Friendly people. They got my car out of the creek the other night. It was almost flipped over on its side and they sent some big guy and he about got the car out without using a truck. My car was a total disaster.

And before I explained I asked the question twice and you replied you didn’t get that part. So you also don’t pay attention. I manage a few properties over the upstate. We have an huge problem with customers using others parking spaces. It’s not a coincidence that I decided to oversee reviews and, see this company being rude to a customer just for that reason. Although most of our properties are private it’s written in their deed or rental contract which parking spaces belong to them. So, it’s not illegal to tow. And, for this company to respond to a customer so rudely is absurd. Like it was said “ sometimes the best respond is none” instead of trying to publicly bash someone. I could only imagine how many customers would call due to this companies rudeness alone. And that’s exactly what I’m trying to avoid the several phone calls! I hope this resonates.
There was a scheduling mix up about the time for towing my car to the dealer for service. They were late but did not charge me for the tow. Highly recommend!
