I’ve had the worst experience with these people they suck, the driver is an idiot and the old man running the place is smelly
They tried to charge me 770ish$ to tow my motorcycle and then keep it for 5 days while I was in the hospital
The kicker is I called them every other day while on the hospital and everytime they told me the tow cost 278$ and it cost 42$ a day to store
I’m so mad rn I don’t have 700$ and my motorcycle isn’t totaled
This place scammed me and made my life harder than it already has been recently
These people are crooks charged $273 for first on call towing plus $43 a day storage fee had my vehicle for 5 days go to get it out and they then tell me I owe them $750+ do not use their "service" once they have your car behind a locked fence they will charge you twice what they originally told you
Worst place ever. Rip off crooks. Wouldn't recommend this sorry place to anyone. How their on the police next on call list is unbelievable. The on call list is set price they add $100 to it. Bring wrong truck for job have to get another one. And charge you for their stupidity. Charge clean up fee and don't clean up nothing. Call and ask price and tell you price to pickup vehicle. When get there price doubled and got all kind of excuses why more. A true business gives you a price then that's what it should be. Crooks out to take advantage of people. Don't deserve to be in business.
Scammy/ Unreliable
My boyfriend and I went to look at his motorcycle after this place towed it and told him it would be $470 to pick it up. They also said in another phone call that it was basically junk and not worth picking up.
Upon arrival we see a damn fine motorcycle with an unbent frame, no leaks and its able to roll… so definitely worth picking up. Completely opposite of what they said on the phone. Suddenly they are asking $750+ to take the motorcycle also very different than what they said on the phone. Seems scammy to me.
Jason said that he “wasn’t looking at the clipboard” when we asked why the sudden change in price. Blamed the up price on “special operations” aka brought the wrong type of equipment to pick it up and had to turn around and come back.
Simply Unreliable. Don't trust them.

I was in hospital 5 days. They had my bike 5 nights.
I call them 3 times over those 5 days just asking price asking what time they’d be there and the price was always reasonable . I call them the last time, they tell me 472$ total to keep out of scrap yard
I arrive hours later with only 500$ in my pocket and they tell me the total is now 750ish

750 for a tow and 5 days storage you guys scammed me
It’s not my fault you brought the flatbed at first and had to go back to shop and get a different style truck
They are the BEST by far I have ever seen. Jason is an Honest man I had a wreck and was in the hospital and he went out to my car and cleaned it out of my personal belongings and held them for me!

Dude rushes through things . Had my alignment done on my car because he was the only shop that was available to do it ( probably the reason why he was available ) , I literally had to drive down the road holding my steering to the LEFT just to go straight making my alignment worst than when I pulled in . Went to another shop exactly 1 hour later ( Vic Bailey dealership to be exact ) for them to check & aligned my vehicle & they even gave me the print off of the before alignment & it was WAYYYYYYYYYY OFFFF (which I already could tell) . So I had to pay for an alignment TWICE & he insisted it couldn’t be lined up correctly. He may be alright with other work but I WOULD NOT 100% trust him doing an alignment EVER again
