I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but every time I wash my car it makes me upset to see it. I had to take my car to Calibur Collision on Image Drive a while back because a man rear-ended my car and tore the back off. His insurance paid for my damages as long as I used Calibur Collision on Image Drive. So I took it there. When they “finished” the work on it, the paint job was that orange peel look. Very poorly done. It was so obvious, but I think they thought I wouldn’t notice. Other parts that had to be painted were also the same way. So I asked them to fix that because I wasn’t accepting that. They also didn’t notice that the front had to be fixed. So when I told them that, I think that was the third time having to bring it back. When I got that back, I was so ready to get it back and aggravated that I just went on home. They put a different color red than the original red that is on my car. I have a Camry TRD, and it looks like the red of a regular Camry. Not only that, but both sides of my hood do not connect properly and haven’t since I got it from there. I’ve just dealt with it. It’s a lifetime warranty, but I don’t want to take it back there, because it may end up worse than it is.
A deer hit me on the passenger side of my brand new Volkswagen Tiguan. Messed up my door, quarter panel, headlight, etc. My insurance suggested 2 places in Spartanburg and after going over reviews, I chose Caliber Collision. Boy and I glad that I did! Patrick was my adjuster and was the easiest to work with. I somehow (unknowingly) opted out of text updates...no idea how I managed to do that.. but anyway, he called me throughout the process with updates instead of leaving me hanging in the unknown. The repair service was quick, they even matched the paint color for the door and quarter panel perfectly so my car looks brand new again. Crossing my fingers that I don't need them again but if I ever do, I will be a return customer!
I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They have never disappointed us when we have to take our vehicles to them for any kind of work. Nick was my advisor and he kept me informed every step of the way in the process when it came to my vehicle. I received messages every single day while they had my vehicle letting me know what step was happening right then. They made the process, super smooth and easy for me
Just make sure you take pictures prior and onsite. Inside of the car etcI hope these people are not crooking people. My son got to bring his car. I hope they are not damaging people cars or causing other issues and not fixing the issue people are being their cars in or the staff just unprofessional. My vehicle was sent to Caliber Collision after an accident that was NOT my fault, and the experience that followed was an absolute nightmare.
First of all, the problems with my vehicle were NOT even corrected. After weeks of delays and excuses, I finally got my car back — still damaged. That alone is unacceptable for a collision repair shop.
Because Caliber Collision failed to communicate, my insurance company could not even reach them to approve a rental extension. As a result, I was forced to pay out of pocket for a rental, something that never should have happened and could have been avoided with basic professionalism and communication.
When I brought my vehicle back to address the remaining damage, I was told to test drive it with a technician named Smiley. At first, he seemed helpful, but that attitude changed quickly. It became painfully obvious that I was being treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer dealing with unresolved repairs.
I was ultimately told there was nothing more they could do, that I would not be provided a rental, and that none of this would be on them — despite the fact that my car was returned to me in damaged condition. To make matters worse, I was told I could take my car elsewhere and pay another $200 out of pocket just for a diagnosis, because Caliber Collision claimed they had “done everything they could.” What they actually did was basically nothing.
This entire situation caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and frustration. A repair shop is supposed to help after an accident — Caliber Collision made everything worse.
I would never recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. If you value your time, money, and sanity, go somewhere else.
Please avoid this place. Guy. And Nick took long time to quoted me 3k for almost dint in my car. Everyone goes on their own risk. They only work with insurance personal claims is gonna be arm and leg.
Car came back very dirty ( like with visible sawdust type material in the backseat and trunk) and the spoiler on top of the trunk was not installed correctly. It is still loose. I have to take it back. Oh, and it took a month to fix simple bumper damage.
My car has many defects that still need to be repaired. They delivered the car to me with a flat tire, the lights were incorrectly installed, and there's a noise in the car that sounds like I have a flat tire and is very uncomfortable.
The employees were very professional and my car was ready when promised. I especially love the rental car service because of the convenience and ease of renting and returning the vehicle.
Extremely happy with the work they did on my truck. The turnaround time and quality of work was excellent. Nick was great to work with and communicated every step of the process.
They were very nice people to do business with. In the future if I ever need any work done to my car they are my number one choice. Hands down their great .
Absolutely terrible place to get you car fixed. My friend got his car fixed there and they messed it up and body work wasn’t impressive. So he took it back again and had to wait forever for a “part”. He just recently got it back and they have created more scratches on it. Obviously no care for good service. Especially Patrick… someone needs to fire that dude. I know no one cares what I have to say, but if you care about you car or are a car guy/girl ( if you are the second option hit me up ) I wouldn’t take my car there. Anyways, that’s what I have to say.
The initial process of dropping off the car was good, but the follow-up by Nick (my account rep) was very poor for an issue that I alerted Patrick about a small issue for the trim on the bumper since Nick was on lunch break. Patrick said he would take pictures and let Nick know to call me. When I called Caliber, I was told that Nick was aware and that he would call me back. I received zero callbacks. Overall, the installation and repair was ok, but it looks like they used a cheap aftermarket bumper, where the molding on the trim is off and raised up. I did communicate this during pickup, but again, I never received any callback or communication from Nick to even discuss it.
On July 2nd we carried our vehicle to Caliber Collision on Image Dr Spartanburg SC . From the receptionist to our Service Rep Ethan to the body shop ,we had a great experience! They even got us a rental car that same hour we brought our car in . Ethan kept us updated daily with how the work on our car was going. And he told us about a week and sure enough it was completed on the 7th day . Ethan walked through the checklist of what was done on our car efficiently and the car looked perfect! We are highly satisfied with Caliber . And will definitely recommend them .
They did an amazing job on my car and I would definitely be using them again . Ethan was awesome. He kept me informed on everything. I didn't have to call at all. I would definitely recommend them for your car care needs.
22 charger, 26k miles. Had deep scratch below driver door handle, see dollywood review. Repair done here, it looked better with the scratch. Water looking spots all over both doors. Brown spots in area where scratch was and goes into rear door. Sanding marks on skirt below doors, on front fender and body at rear door. Mark on a-pillar, scratch on roof behind rear door area. top of mirror cover has white specs all over. Same looking specs all over both door windows; doesn't wipe clean. Trim inside behind mirror is broken. Trash and specs in several places in fresh painted areas. Spray line on skirt below where doors meet. I asked to retain as much factory paint as possible and I'd rather have the scratch than all this. I trusted Caliber to fix what some idiot scratched 3 weeks after i paid 45k for this car and yet I've got more damage and was happier with the scratch. What happened to pride and quality of work? Cell phones? Now I've got to find time away from work and do this all over again!!! Sure I've got PTO but I'd rather be on the boat than dealing with this when it should have been done right the first time!!! UPDATE, I added couple more photos of the white specs that's on mirror cover and door glass. Apparently it's all over the whole car with the heaviest of it on side the scratch was repaired. I've seen same tiny white specs even on other side of roof. Heavy at the hood below wiper arm and super rough. My only guess is this has to be clearcoat mist and it's all over. I'm at a loss for words. I specifically asked to do away with my factory paint as little as possible to repair scratch. I'm not sure how you will address all this, but the rest of my factory paint better remain intact with not much loss on my clearcoat thickness!!!
Update 5-28. Picked up today after 2 week attempt in fixing these issues. The white specs still all over front bumper, skirt and windows. Sanding marks are still there (manager said the whole side of car needed painting to fix that as i noticed in rain upon pickup) I mean all this damage for an easy simple scratch to fix according to your estimate guy. Simplicity has turned into a nightmare. I added 7 new pictures, all new damage. 2 lined marks on a-pillar (twice). 2 snake bite looking marks on top of driver fender and side of fender. Marks all over corner of hood near where the overspray was. Long white scratch marks in fresh painted doors that are now blacker than other body panels (paint is less than 3 years old but guess its better than the brown from 1st time). 2 ding marks in newly painted doors, see pictures its below my index finger. Not a good track record so far in everytime it goes there you damage the car. Had a simple 6 inch scratchto start with. You have wasted enough of my time, it'll be repaired but not damaged any further by this place anymore. You'll find out who repairs it, don't worry!!! I'll be in touch
Noticed plastic bolts missing from the front end of my daughter’s Nissan. Stopped by Caliber and Lauren explained how the heat buildup over time (3+ years) probably caused them to fall out. She replaced them and this shop should recognize her outstanding customer service!
Patrick was great! He kept me up to date on everything that they did to my car. There was some black spots on my headliner that were missed during detail but I called them and let them know, and they got it all cleaned up! 10/10 recommend! Caliber Collision made this process so easy! Thank you again for everything!

They gave a great customer experience, I have never had a reck/ bump up. So I was completely lost however they informed of the repair and even when the parts had arrived. Great job all around I would truly recommend them.
Customer service is great, however the quality of craftsmanship is sorely lacking. I had to bring my vehicle back for two rather large paint runs as well as my logo not installed on my passenger door. They did take care of the runs by buffing them out, however if they know of an issue with a paint booth which is the reason I was given then that issue needs to be corrected prior to utilizing it on a customers vehicle.
Great service and quality of repairs was great. Had Miss Shelby keeping me informed on an almost day to day on the progress of my cars’ repairs and any other questions I may have had.
They did fantastic job. I had damage door and rim and they did fabulous job. Chris Hill kept me inform about jeep repair and answer questions. Thank you Chris.
