Was in need of a new passenger front tire due to a bubble on the sidewall. Shopped around several shops to find a used tire and JRs was the only shop that had one in stock in my size as I am waiting to put a full set once the tread is low enough. Customer service was fast and friendly! $45 out the door and I was back on the road! Tire is perfect and handles smooth. I will definitely be back at JRs if a need a quick tire fix. Thank you!
If I could, I would give this place a zero stars. The guy JR. who owns this place is a fraud and that’s putting it mildly. He sold my son two used tires and passed them off as new tires. I have done business with him for years but since he pulled this stunt, I will never go back there. I am in the process of contacting WSPA to put him on blast. He is not going to come into our community and try to get over. I recommend that no one goes there.
My car has been giving me problems lately. I had 2 tires pop on me in a week. Jr's tires took care of that for me. The next week I had a problem with my alternator. Jr noticed I was missing a serpentine belt. No one noticed that. I went and bought the parts. He figured everything out fast. And got me back on the road. The process was fast and not expensive.I would highly recommend Jrs tires if your in need of vehicle help. Thanks again!
My tire blew on the interstate. Called them they had my tire in stock. Used tired great condition 60%tread. We got in and out in less than 30mins. Really impressed. Great deal.
I had some used tires put on somewhere else and knew something was wrong with one of the tires. I went back to them and was told there was nothing wrong.
I went to JR for a 2nd opinion and I'm so glad I did. He pulled the tire, found the issue and showed me the problem. I WAS given a bad tire by the other guys BUT JR made it right! JR replaced the tire and had me driving safe again. So thankful for him and the peace of mind he was able to provide!!
This place is awesome. Had a flat tire and pulled in. Found the problem (bad valve) and fixed it in under 20 minutes & only cost me 20 bucks 10/10 recommend
Best place to go for quick, reliable and quality tire service. Whenever I have any tire needs I only go to JR Tires and Auto Repair. The crew are quick but also kind and attentive. I never wait long even when it's busy. Highly recommend them.
BAD BUISBESS!! They lie about their prices over the phone. I got there and they raised the price $20 more than what they originally told me on the phone it would be for my tire size. Bad business for sure.

Pulled in late evening on a fri and they were still more than happy to assist me.. Even told me that my rotors looked good and my pads wear heading towards the low end but it wasn't a rush to replace yet. Good people working there.

I've been here several times now for brakes and tires. They are always up front about prices, and very reasonably priced. Everyone is very friendly. I would recommend to anyone, and I will definitely be back.

I dropped my vehicle off to have a tire replaced and paid for the services in advance as I planned to pick it up after hours. I simply asked them to lock my vehicle, leave the key in the vehicle, and place my spare tire back under the vehicle.
Upon my return, I found my vehicle left unlocked, the spare thrown in my vehicle, and the key still in the now locked building. Trying to get back home to Raleigh, NC, you can imagine how I felt at the time. After sitting in the parking lot for three hours and repeatedly calling them (to reach a full voicemail), the owner showed up and pulled the key from the office.
When I addressed my concerns, he took no accountability for his workers’ actions and essentially called me a liar, stating that he locked the vehicle. He and the other manager were very rude and treated my situation as if it were not important.
If you want good quality service and a team of employees and management that will tend to your automotive needs, this is not the place!
Needed 2 tires and didn't realize this place was close to my house so I decided to give them a try. I definitely recommend them!!! Quick service and reliable. I asked for 2 tires and it turns out I only needed one. Very honest and courteous. Will definitely use them from now on.

John and his family found a tire for our car and took care of us in less than 30 minutes. We were really anxious and they were so kind. What a great family- a true gem. I needed 2 tires for my 2013 Chevy Malibu. I found 2 used tires here at an excellent price. They also changed my links on my strut assembly. I had issues with other mechanics in the past that didn't do the job they said that they would do. The mechanic here knows his cars and I would recommend him to all of my family and friends. I had a pleasant experience here last Monday! Our tire went out on us over the weekend and we had to get it towed here. They took excellent care of us and even fixed some cosmetic damage that occurred! We could not get there right away and they were more than happy to accommodate our work schedule and help us figure out the best time to pick it up. I definitely will be using them for any of our tire needs it was such a relief to be treated with respect!
