Awesome team of individuals at Barnett's. The battery on ny GMC truck was losing its charge. I had the battery tested by two different companies. Each time I was told the battery was good. Assuming I deeper electrical issues, I took the truck to Barnett's. The diagnostics their team conducted on the electrical system revealed, while it tested good, the battery was actually bad. Their experience and expertise are incredible, but more importantly, its their honesty and integrity that makes me a loyal customer.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic! My 2014 Audi Allroad started missing out halfway to Myrtle Beach, and I stopped at Barnett’s Garage in Spartanburg, SC. They diagnosed it right away, replaced the timing chain, and even fixed two valves the same day all with genuine Audi OEM parts they already had in stock. Super affordable, fast, and my car is running like new again. These guys really know their stuff. Highly recommend them to anyone needing honest, quality work!
Very happy with Barnetts' service! My car went down, and I was told by another place that the cost would be more and would take a lot more time to fix. Barnetts Garage fixed my car very, very quickly, was very friendly and very reasonable and honest! I will definitely be using them in the future!
Don’t take your car to this place they will take your money and not fix the issue then lie about it and make it seem as though the cx is lying about why they brought their car there to be repaired…. 0 stars if possible!! Horrible horrible customer service!! Bold face liars

I came and got service done to my Subaru, it was affordable, the mechanic explained exactly what I needed, and they were super friendly. I would highly recommend coming to them for both maintenance and repairs.
Samantha did a great job on the phone scheduling my appointment and explaining their services and costs. Alex took my vehicle almost immediately after I arrived. He showed me and explained the issues that he discovered. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and service.
What a professional, and honest mechanic! A group of knowledgeable and thorough mechanics, assessed my car, and in a situation where they could’ve charged me hundreds, they didn’t! I will definitely be returning here.
My experience with Barnett’s Garage was an amazing. They were willing to work with me through the troubles I was facing with my car. Samantha and Alex were good in communication throughout the process and were good to work. Also, Ernest is a great mechanic he made sure my car was up to part and that everything that needed to be fixed was.
After an extensive diagnostic, and I was informed of repairs that needed to be completed. Upon completion, there are additional things that were left off that needed to be addressed. David, the owner personally called to let me know that they will honor and fix these additional Items, I'm very grateful for his phone call. And upon completion, with everything being completed appropriately, I will come back. I will bring my car back. I will bring my other cars there for the sole reason that the owner spoke with me and honored their quote, and to me, that is good business.
This place wasn’t customer friendly at all and gave off racial undertones. There was a slight fender bender and a drain pipe was bent and this place asked for 1500.00, I refused and they held my car for 24 hours and were angry I called the police. We’re new to Spartanburg and our first experience with Barnette’s garage is a total never again.
Seen and heard the negative reviews about you guys. Was hoping for a different and better outcome. Staff was great but the one in charge needs to step down respectfully. I told you guys that I also had a coolant leak that was noticeable but you guys told me I didn’t when I’m clearly looking at it. These people will also hold your car for any inconvenience, was told not to come here but I still did to get my own insight. I went there after scratching my car and having a dent in there gotta say this is the best place to go they don’t even work on the body of cars yet a man by the name of David came and fixed it right up. I highly recommend going here the workers are incredibly amazing, helpful, and fast

Upstate residents have long known the sterling service Barnett's Garage has provided for over fifty years. I can honestly say their reputation extends to the new owners with three separate maintenance issues I have had in the past year. My vehicles were both imports & a domestic utility van that Barnet's was able tow, diagnose & fix with an impressive turnaround. And their pricing is more than fair for the comprehensive services they provide. I like to think any mechanic can offer a good price. What I want is a good mechanic who offers a fair price - and Barnet's Garage does. The billing estimate summary (they can text it to you) is a new feature the owners have implemented that is concise & detailed. The service desk along with the shop yard has also had a noticeable makeover, so you know this outfit is conscious of making a good impression. I cannot leave out Kim, at the counter, who is an exceptional representative for Barnet's as she communicated throughout the service process & makes the hassle of any car repair a much more pleasant experience. Wishing the Barnet's brand another fifty years' of success.
Recently had my truck's transmission die on me, among other issues the truck was having. Barnett's was able to fix all the other issues with my truck as well as the transmission. 10/10 would recommend. Fair pricing for excellent work.
Do not go here unless you want to wait 3 weeks for your vehicle and be overcharge. I went there last month for car service and they kept my vehicle for 3 weeks. Then when they came time to pay it went up $300. The manager stepped in and made it right so he's a good manager but I went today to get my vehicle expected for Uber and the woman was going to charge me $80 just to walk around and check off, no labor at all. Do not go there!
Horrible experience!!!!! I got my vehicle towed there for a diagnostic and on day 2 of it being there they told me they didn’t even have the car. That was my first sign. My car sat at the shop for a week and without even being looked at or diagnosed. That’s unacceptable!!! Being that behind was not expressed to me when I got my car towed, I could’ve took it somewhere else. Just a waste of time and money, I would avoid them at all costs!!
