Went to Mr. Oz for a broken piece for my mower. He's rude and his conduct toward people needs to in prove. I can't believe he's allow to work for Cub Cadnet the way he treats people. If you didn't buy your mower there he won't do warranty work or sell you the pieces that you need from him. He takes care of his buying customers. Grant you he won't be getting my business.
Darryl is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I purchased a new zero turn Cub from him recently. I am very happy with my purchase and glad I did not go with Home Depot! I even got a flat tire after the first time mowing at our new property and took the wheel into his shop and he took time out of his busy day to repair the tire for me! I took my Cub cadet in to. Get serviced and everything tightened up. I could not believe when I got it back. How good at ran. It has never run this good and I have owned it since two thousandand 11 I highly recommend. Mr. Oz very knowledgeable and great at what he does.

I had 3 contacts, 2 by phone and one in person at his shop. Extremely knowledgeable, informative and through with each contact. Customer Service is the best. My problem was solved without taking the lawnmower off the trailer. Highly recommend.
I have a cub cadet LT 1045 that I have taken to Charleston. I took it to Corky's Lawnmower Repair and they told me it needed three new spindles with a service at a cost of $800.
I loaded it on my trailer and took it to Mr. Oz about three hours away in Spartanburg where my other house is. Darryl has been working on my mowers for 15 years and always honest and fair. After he looked at the mower, he said the spindles were fine. He, like always, greased them, changed the oil, tuned it up, sharpened blades and replaced the exhaust manifold gasket for a total of $175 as opposed to 'ripping me off' at $800 like the repair shop in Charleston.
Darryl, owner/operator, of Mr. Oz Cub Cadet is very good, reliable and HONEST. I recommend anyone to purchase a Cub Cadet at Darryl's 'Mr. Oz'. They have the best warranty 3 years and many hours. On professional mowers they have a 1700 hour warranty.
At first I didn't want to buy anything from him because of the way he answered his phone.. but after meeting him in person.. I realized it's just the he talks.. he's a man that knows his job.. he jumps straight to the point. And he helped me find exactly what I needed.. I don't know how he fix on stuff.. but if you need a part.. he probably has it.. and if you don't trust him fixing it.. go somewhere else..
This guy (Dayral) is the bomb! Straight shooter...no bs and fixed right the first time for a fair price. Will only go here for repairs or to purchase from noe own!
Mr. Oz is very knowledgeable and gets straight to the point. He helps you unload and load great experience. I would return and will probably purchase a club cadet from him. When you go in his store it’s like Christmas with all the great club cadets.
