The whole company is amazing!!! I moved up here from Atlanta about 3 years ago. It was not long before someone crashed into me. I call my amazing new mechanic who called Campany's Body Shop. I wrecker did a Uie right in front of me and loaded me up. I have never seen anyone work that quickly! He was amazing. He took me to the body shop. The owner took care of me right away and then they drove me home. The work was excellent. Since that incident they have become my shop for all little mistakes I have mad. Lee is amazing. I recently had the roof of my carport fall in on my 2012 Avalon. The State totalled it despite it being a fully functional car. Matt, owner, had his detailing gentleman, Lee take a look at all the panels that were scratched, dente, etc. Windshield had to he replaced. Lee was amazing in his work. The car looked brand new inside and out except for a few dents and scratches. Matt, the owner is going to get me some paint when he has a a matching car come in. That will take care if any potential rust also. These guys are amazing and the gentleman who refered them to me is the same. He owns/manages the Exxon on S Pine and has a whopping business; Rick works like a Trojan and takes care if all of us who enter. I have never seen two businesses who are so exceptional.
I dealt with them a lot at my last job and always had a good experience. Today we picked up our car from being repaired here. It was hassle free and everything seems great so far. They really just took care of everything. Thanks guys!

Did a great job repairing the vehicle. Kept us informed throughout the process, which drug on longer than anticipated because of State Farm.

Unfortunately I couldn't no longer recommend Campbell's body shop. Repairs took forever, had to return car for uncompleted repairs taking more time. Very rude, unprofessional service. I have used Campbell's in the past- never again
0.1 out of 10. I was told by an insider in which who I will not name, that they are taking in to much work and procrastinating on the work at the same time. I had a family member whose car has been there over a month! They was told they would get it by Friday the last 2 Fridays. Now it may be Tuesday. Ive also been told that they have taken in 6 new projects while mine is still not being handled. If anyone wants to know how to do bad business, well here you go. Go some where else.
I had my vehicle in this shop for front end damage. They called to let me know they were done but I was advised that when they started the vehicle to move it, it started pouring out fluid and smoking. I was later advised they had put water back in it, drove it and it was good to go, that nothing was wrong with it. Mind you, I had no issues with leaking fluid or overheating prior to leaving it in this shop. Fast forward to after driving away in it… I’m stuck with a blown head gasket. Would highly not recommend.
They always take care of me. Matt (the owner) is the best. He cares about me and my needs and I’m so grateful! Trust me and support this amazing business!
I have had several cars worked on at this shop. They are a locally family owned shop and the Campbell Brothers treat everyone like family and treat your vehicle as their own. Their father started this shop and the brothers have carried on their father's good name. You can't go wrong with Campbells Body Shop.
Nothing short of excellent customer service. Oh, and a lovely brown lab doggo the greets everyone. Actually had an estimate of 10 days but had it wrapped up in 3, and ended up waiting patiently on me for a few aftermarket parts to come in a few days later. Can't say enough good things about the customer service Matt Provides.
Gf car was towed here over a year ago. We call to try and find the car to see how much it would be to get it back , they say the “can’t find it” in the system. Long story short after being giving excuses, they say they cannot find the car . Which means they probably sold it illegally. We NEVER received any paper work regarding the car being sold at auction or whatever they sold it at or to . Legal action will be coming
Wonderful family owned business. Matt Campbell is a gem. Matt provided frequent updates on the status of the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle, I couldn’t believe how great my car looked! They did not cut any corners. Masterful service and even better people. I recommend them highly!
Campbell’s body shop is a great body shop. They are very attentive and do great work. There wrecker driver showed up onsite at my accident and took it from there.
Always friendly and kind, with amazing work. Plus I was greeted by a black lab named Susie while I waited, which made my entire day. I always come here for any body work/painting needed!
This place is amazing. They were professional and helpful. If needing any body shop service or wrecker service in the Spartanburg area you need to use Campbell's. They are amazing.
Great people. Very honest and trustworthy. Best body shop around, their repair work is flawless. Wrecker and rollback service is very reasonable and prompt. Definitely recommend.
Awesome people!! They have had the pleasure of fixing three of my cars that have been in wrecks. ( none of which were our fault) They stood up to the insurance companies when they tried to make suggestions that parts were fine and didn't need to be replaced or fixed. When my vehicles were done, you would never know that there was any damage. Campbell's is very proud of there work and will not let you leave if they are not satisfied with the work they have done. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.
Cambell's did an excellent job repairing my Honda HRV. Matt was very good about communicating status of my vehicle while it was at his shop. There were a lot of delays due to supply chain, which is understandable.
When I picked it back up, it was very clean and runs great.

Campbell's painted the side of my 2018 F-150 aluminum body ,and done very well I can't even see where it was damaged, great service,very prompt on everything , very honest and will always be my paint and body shop ,THANK YOU GUYS!!!
Unfortunately I have had to bring a couple of cars to Campbell's through the years. Every time they have provided fair professional services. The work done has always been outstanding quality and they stand behind the work. Hopefully will never return lol but if needed Campbell's will always be my collision repair place.
I was referred by my insurance company. And I must say they done an amazing job. There was a lot of damage to the car and it was returned in perfect condition. We have returned multiple times for them to do different types of body work always great. Also had a spoiler painted also great job. Matt has always been very polite and accommodating to help us get what we wanted and in a timely manner.
Our auto insurance is with USAA and Campbell's has been on USAA's preferred list for years. We recently selected them to perform the body work on a vehicle of ours after it was involved in an accident. Campbell's was great in working with us to arrange drop-off and pick-up of our vehicle after hours. We were very pleased with their work and when we arrived to pick up our vehicle they had even vacuumed and washed it.
Following a run in with a direction challenged deer, my insurance company recommended I use Campbell's for a minor body repair. I'm very glad that I did. Matt and the staff at Campbell's were simply the best. Prompt, courteous, and professional. I could not be more satisfied with their work. Truly a first class shop.
I had a great experience with Campbell's and the quality work that I received was outstanding. After my car was hit by a Tractor Trailer on the passenger side Campbell's fixed my car and once I received it back I was amazed my car looked brand new. So yes I'm pleased and will recommend them to anyone.
