  They take advantage of people in bad situations. Went to pick up my car from the lot after 1 day storage and that wanted 700$. It had literally been towed from a place 10 minutes away and I went there the next morning to pick it up and they were very rude. They said it would be 300$ each additional day. Also they damaged my vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional.

  They are hard to get in touch with. And when you do get them on the phone they get an attitude with you. They tell you it's one price on the phone. But when you get there it's something totally different they charge you more money they only accept cash and they can't even give you a breakdown of the itemized bill they just put what they charged you

  Absolutely fantastic. I hit road debris on the interstate stranding my car 2 hours from home. I called and he was there within 20 minutes. He suggested ways to get a rental car, hotels to stay at, and ended up taking us to a safe place while we waited for family to pick us up. He found the debris we hit and took pictures for our insurance. He wouldn't let us pay because there will be an insurance claim and he said he'd bill them directly. He really was acting like it was a family member in distress that he needed to help in any way he could.

  These people are horrible. They will literary schedule an appointment and leave you stranded on the side of the road. Do not call or use them.

  You can NOT get ahold of them. They will not answer their phones until 7ish at night. When you have your vehicle towed , they purposely will NOT answer the phone. Thats because they are racking up your bill!! Not to mention they are jerks on the phone. Do you self a favor and call.someone else. ( we had wreck on Interstate & HP called.this wrecker service for us)
