GUYS MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE RIGHT PAPER WORK TO REPOSSESS YOUR CAR. Bum dude came two nights ago to try to take my car BUT because he DID NOT have the right paperwork to take my car the cops MADE him drop it. BE CAUTIOUS WITH THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY PLAY EVERY DIRTY PLAY IN THE BOOK. DON’T let them take your car without calling the cops to make sure it legit and LEAGAL for them to do so. “Owner Mike” whom sounded a lot like the tow truck driver who came to my house and ILLEGALLY hooked my car and caused damaged to my bumper had nothing to say but “we had the right paperwork” BUT IF YOU DID WHY DID THE COPS MAKE YOU DROP MY CAR???? Oh and to the rude, miserable woman who answers the phones… you need A LOT of help if you think you’re going to continue to talk to people like that and still have a job or company to work for in 3 years . The reviews speak for themselves people. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Professional,friendly & reasonable pricing. Highly recommend. I called to have my suv towed to mechanic. Driver showed up on time and got the job done. Will use them again if needed.
My sister called them at 10:30 to get their car. They said they’d be there within the hour 320 and the people still haven’t shown up nevertheless we had to call another company. They just kept saying they’ll be there in 30 minutes. They’ll be there in 15 minutes. They’ll be there in 20 minutes and they just kept changing the times it’s unacceptable.
The woman in charge of billing and invoicing at this company is extremely rude and a downright liar. My manager had set up this company to tow vehicles when we had the asphalt done around our property. Management was supposed to have everything organized, which includes the property manager and maintenance supervisor, not myself the leasing agent. The tow truck driver came into the office and asked how they were getting paid I requested that they send ov3r an invoice to the property manager and he said he should have our information on file for that since we used them before. Less than 15 minutes later the maintenance supervisor walks in and asks the same thing. I advised him the same thing that I advised the tow truck driver. Then he comes into the office while I have 2 different applicants in the office with a lady on speaker asking how they were supposed to send over the invoices. I advised her I wasn't sure since I'm not manager and I thought this was already organized my management. She copped an attitude and said "well I need to know now so my driver doesn't keep standing around over there." I said again that I am not a manager and I already tried contacting my manager and she wasn't answering the phone. The lady said" Well then I need her contact information and I advised the maintenance supervisor to give her my managers contact information or try to contact her again himself. That lady wrote a formal complaint about me and sent to my manager stating I was rude and had a nasty attitude, instead of just asking how to send the invoice over, even though we have used this company before so they should have already had a record of how we were invoiced before and done it the same way. I don't see how I'm the rude one just because I don't have control over management decisions. If anything she had the nasty attitude and should have been asking for the managers information. The maintenance supervisor also should have had the answer since he was the one who organized this company to tow the the cars. But of course they always blame the little people in the office instead of the people who are actually in charge. Anyways thank you for getting me fired. I hope this rude lady gets fired too because of this formal complaint I am leaving on Google. Have a wonderful day! No sir I have never received a complaint from a vendor and again I was not rude at all I advised her I was not a manager and I could not get a hold of mine. The fact that I am not management does not make me rude. And if it was you and not the dispatcher you weren't even involved in the conversation so your just as bad as most companies beleiv8ng whatever your told instead of actually seeking out the truth. Your dispatcher copped the attitude first just because I told I didn't know how management wanted their invoices I quoted her word for word on here so everyone knows your company is full of liars! Also there towing trucks are broke down most of the time and they do ruin people cars. 2 of Mt Resident came in and reported this towing company ripping their bumper off. No company or individual person should this rude arrogant owners services just look at how he's responded to some these reviews. He absolutely rude and flat out disrespectful I don't understand why anyone would use this company with ad many recent 1 star reviews that they have.
Excellent service from calling the company where the dispatcher was nice and professional. I am from out of state so I appreciated the quick service. The driver was efficient and an extremely nice person. Being disabled I was so thankful that he was so helpful. I think the local community is lucky to have them.
I reached out to this towing company first based solely on the reviews. Unfortunately, no one was available to take my call. The voicemail message said to text a number, which I did, to have that also go unanswered. Maybe the business hours need to be updated on Google.
I can assure you I've had no missed calls from dispatch or a response to a text message I sent almost 48 hours ago.

Towed my new Denali Serria truck and damaged the lower front valance. Would not cover the damage the tow truck wench cable caused to the truck. * Money hungry and just wanted the $251. cash payment and gave me a generic non numbered receipt, obviously runs 2 receipt books, one book for taxes and other for his pocket. BEWARE !
Mike always goes above and beyond anytime we call him. 9pm after driving all day to get my daughter home safely from work, 1am when a friend needs a wrecker. Great company!!!
We have used this company to tow vehicles that are parked in unauthorized areas. Unfortunately those folks sometimes are more frustrated with the fact that their car was towed than themselves for parking in an area that they know is not allowed. We always count on Mike and crew to get the job done and we appreciate the service.

Have used several times and referred several times. Always timely, professional, and affordable. Their best quality is that they answer the phone and will show up when they say they will; that is a rarity these days.
This group of people are flippin amazing. Mike is an awesome guy and he is a man with a heart. Total opposite of the Tow Truck driver stereotype. I would trust his mechanic to work on anything I drive or fly. I don't have enough thumbs to hold up. 5 stars are not enough.

Great towing service. The young man that picked my truck up was very polite and very professional. Got there in a timely manner and made sure I knew where he was taking it since I didn't live in the area. I would recommend them if you need a tow
My car tire blew out on my car around 10:00 at night. I called Prestige Towing to tow my car. The driver came out and loaded my car onto the tow truck but refused to give me and my passenger a ride home. My passenger is a disabled person with a hernia and he's barely able to get around. I informed the driver of this and he stated that we would just have to find a ride home the best way we could. He refused to give us a ride home. It took me and the person I caregive for almost 3 hours just to walk two and a half miles because the person I caregive for kept having to stop to rest, and he was crying uncontrollably for the whole walk home. Not to mention that his body was so sore for the next two days that he was practically crippled.
I can’t begin to express my gratitude for this company. They actually care about people. I’ve never in my life dealt with a company that actually cares about people and not money. Amazing, friendly, compassionate. Fantastic wonderful company
Mike is awesome! Very personable on the phone & very reasonable pricing (quoted much lower than other places). There was no rush on our tow but he fit us in the same day I called. Will definitely use again along with recommend to others! Thanks again Mike! :-)
