These people are outstanding at what they do and the tow truck driver was very polite and very helpful and very skilled at what he does also. I am incredibly impressed and would highly recommend them when you are stuck and need a tow.
Would not recommend their towing service. Sean came out prompt and was very nice but he pulled my car in park onto the tow bed instead of putting it in neutral and was not concerned at all about not damaging my vehicle. He said that he usually does repo's which makes alot of sense now. He also didnt want to pull down the driveway where he was dropping the car off after he looked up the address with me and seen on the live GPS what the driveway looked like ahead of time (it is paved). Will not use this towing company ever again.
Mike was a cool dude. Was there in a timely manner and actually cared about the car, didn’t just throw it on the back of the bed. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone in need. Price wasn’t to bad either
We used Nunn Better Towing to pick up a 1400lb crate/pallet at a dock and deliver it to our house. Sean was very friendly right off the bat when he showed up. When he arrived at our house Sean gave us multiple options on how we could unload this (very expensive and fragile) crate. Once we decided on how to unload it he walked us through what he was doing. Sean was VERY careful and took his time like any professional would do. I couldn't be happier with the service as Sean treated this delivery like it was his own. Thanks again, Sean!

Excellent Service! Jason went the extra mile with his service .Late and rainy Saturday evening .No power at all on my truck . He secured my windows which were down with tarp so the inside wouldn't get wet .. He even tried to start it for me.. I highly recommend Nunn Better Towing !

Ok let me just say DREW came to my rescue today! Traveling on 85 south from graham, nc to Brazoria ,tx and had a piece of metal in construction zone puncture my tire in Spartanburg, SC at gossett rd exit. Drew towed my ride to walmart. Of course they did not have my size tire,but Drew called several other places and found one at Firestone. Took me there and made sure they took care of me!! Also only charged me 85$ for the tow!! Thanks Drew u saved my day!!!!
Called to have vehicle moved from a different towing company's yard to the house after an accident prior to having adjusted. Jason and Steve met us to pick up the car and Jason walked us thru the process with the other tow company so the insurance covered the $750 tow and storage and we didn't have to pay out of pocket. Honest and great people.
when my Honda Accord battery went dead on me after I got off from work Wednesday morning 3-23-22,first thing I said to my self what should I do first I try to take out the bolts out from negative and positive plus the 2 bolts that hold the battery down after 2 days of trying to do by myself I look up all the towing company until I saw Nunn Better Towing&Recovery so on Friday 3-25-22 I talk to Clay what going on with my stuff I told him I need my Honda Accord to get towe from BMW parking lot to Advance Auto in Duncan so that way the guy at Advance can put in a new battery for me the price was cool I wasn't complaining about it plus the driver who I ride with to go get my Honda Accord was pretty cool.i would recommend everyone to use Nunn Better Towing &Recovery.thank for the help Clay u make my day go fast.
I’ve lived in Spartanburg for a few years now and have used several towing services. This one is honestly the best I’ve come across. They are extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and appropriately priced. Obviously, no one enjoys having to get a tow, but somehow Nunn Better makes it a pleasant, hassle-free experience. I’ve never gone out of my way to review a towing service, but I honestly feel like they deserve it. I would strongly recommend if you’re in need of a tow.
Let me first set the scene: gas station, 01:45 am, raining. I have locked my keys in my truck, and after about 20 minutes with no luck at trying to unlock my door I am about to walk the few miles back to my house in the rain. Did I mention I am also wearing flip flops? So not the best night I've ever had to say the least.
Then I hear and see one of the most beautiful sights in recent memory: Drew and his flat bed truck. I walk over and ask for help. I'm not expecting anything because of the time and weather. As it turns out my bad luck turned to amazing luck. Within minutes I was back on the road and headed home.
He did it for free out of the kindness and compassion that his soul possesses. I offered to pay but he declined. I hope future customers see this, as well as his employers because the least I could do is share my experience.
I end this by saying thank you to Drew and the company. If our paths are ever to cross again Drew, I would love to buy you a drink.

I have called Nunn Better Towing twice now, and both times I have been seriously impressed. The first time, Jason offered to talk to the car repair company to get them to pay the towing fee because it was related to their repair. That's going above and beyond, in my opinion! On the second call, we didn't end up towing it, and there was no charge. I am fairly new to the area, and frankly, haven't been overly wowed by most of the service I have experienced. But Nunn Towing has redeemed all the others. :D) Thanks, guys! You are certainly on my 1st to recommend list.
Nunn Better exceeded our expectations! It was the 3rd towing company we called when the car died during a storm in a traffic-wise unsafe location. The first two companies did not have available drivers. One dispatcher was nice and professional, the other was NOT. I called Nunn Better and the friendly and professional dispatcher knew I was distressed and was empathetic. He said he could have someone to us in under 45 minutes. I agreed to use them, hoping that was true. Within 20 minutes he called us to let us know the driver would arrive within 20 minutes, which was awesome. The tow truck appeared within 20 minutes, and the driver quickly greeted us and got to work. The car was loaded within several minutes and we had a pleasant chat on the way to our destination. I suggest you put their number in your phone.
Very friendly people! Drew was very helpful and loaded my car up quickly! They were very understanding of my situation and came to the rescue anyway! 10/10 if I ever had car trouble again I would definitely call them again!!
