chris was amazing came and saved me in the middle of the night @3am after many other failed attempts of trying to contact other towing companies that claimed 24 hours. thank you chris will definitely be recommending this company to my family just for future references and myself.
TCB Towing and Chris have been great! My car was in an accident in Spartanburg and Chris arrived on the scene extremely quickly. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful during an otherwise difficult process. I really appreciated his help and would highly recommend their services!
Chris was very helpful and nice! My car was towed and impounded to a lot of the incorrect address not once did Chris get upset with me! He was very nice stating that it was ok! He kept me calm! My car was supposed to be in Welford but was towed to Greer. He still went and picked up my car with no problem! He didn’t cancel on me at all!100% trustworthy!

I got towed today by them. I believe the gentleman’s name was Chris & he was wonderful! He picked up the phone quick, gave me an eta and was right on time. & the price quote over the phone was the exact price when he dropped me off! Car was out of commission and not only did the tow truck driver go out the way to pick me up but also was very reasonably priced and great attitude. True professionals. Will definitely use them again!
Hwy 26 had a blow out @3:30 pm called couple of towing services one said they could help. I waited until 8:00 pm. They were a no show. Then I called TCB told me I’d have to wait he had two in front of me. During my wait he stayed in contact. Very Professional, if I’m ever up in SC again and have a need for a tow I’m calling them a stand up company. Prices are fair and he’s a Great guy.
Great guy. Was very proffesional. Really big truck that towed my 3500 dually and fifth wheel with ease. Came quickly like he said he would. Thought it was priced right too !!! Great service !!!

This company is very professional. I was on a bad spot on the highway and several other tow companies had told me they would get to me as soon as they got done with whatever they were doing. TCB stopped what they were doing and came to get me and my family to safety first. I'm thankful for their staff.T hey are very reasonably priced! We will definitely use them again if we ever need a tow!
Had to go pick up something’s from an accident I was in, showed up after 5(their towers are 24/7 office is mon-Friday 9-5) and called in, had a really nice go pick up and inform me about the hours but still came down to open up the gate for me very quickly. Very fast service, very informative, and just all around good service!

My girlfriend broke down on the Interstate with no shoulder to get too. This company was called and Zach got out there ASAP. He was such a blessing to my family. Things could have been so much worse. Her jeep finally started back and he offered to either tow it to our house or follow her. He followed her and once she turned in at home he continued on with his night. No questioned asked. I couldn’t have asked for better service in our time of need.
Worst service and beyond unprofessional. If they can't do a job that they are being paid for, just decline it. When called, the "owner", stated that I should get a better car that wouldn't need to be towed and that is the reason why they damaged my cars front lip kit and bumper. They have probably moved from locations due to the fact their company is so bad at what they do. I know that mistakes and things happen but to be caught on camera trying to cover up the damage with zip ties is just a refection of the kind of people you are. Try to act like you have sense or home training when a customer, the people that pay your business to stay open.
Legit the only good I can say about this place is they towed somewhere besides their lot. Everybody was rude. It was like $250 to tow which seems absolutely outrageous. Took forever to get a receipt and then dude on the phone caught an attitude saying he was driving. Like my brother in Christ, it takes about 30 seconds to a minute to send an email. Absolutely ridiculous. For anyone needing a tow, go anywhere else. They cannot possibly be worse than this place.
Very unprofessional. Lacks common decency. Likes to take advantage any chance he can get especially with elderly folks. He was also caught on video assaulting a customer who called him out over taking advantage of his parents. Has no compassion for thy neighbor. It’s a shame I couldn’t leave a 0 star review. Has also been blasted on local news channels for shady business. 0 out of 10 DO NOT Recommend. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Find Jesus he will do you some good to have in your life and maybe you won’t be such a stain of society.
My insurance company uses this towing service. The tow was set up on Friday night and the guy called me when he arrived at my vehicle. I thought all was well. Sunday night I drive to the automotive place and my truck was not there. They never even called to tell me they didn't pick up the truck. Tried calling TCB and no one would answer the phone (even though they are 24 hour). Called the driver and he said TCB cancelled the tow after he arrived. Now just to think if I had sat on the side of the interstate late at night waiting on a tow from this company. This company has no customer service. They are surely not dependable (will leave you sitting for hours with no contact). I will never use them again and urge you not to as well. Call Scruggs Towing instead. Very nice, helpful and will keep you informed at all times. Scruggs will be my tow service from now on.
