I called them, I was looking for a towing company, and I accidentally called them three times... And the person I talked to was rude and said you already called me three times buddy and hung up the phone on me... That is not a good business practice.. if he would have spoken to me with respect they may have received a new costumer, I don't know if he was the Manager or just a employee but the rude reaction that I received just cost them some business, on a towing fee.. and I suggest anybody out there that needs a car to be towed do not contact these people they are unprofessional,.. The owner is the one that does the towing. He is the most rudest disrespectful person I’ve ever met! He hooked up my car with a minor in it with no warning or anything! I got out and asked him if he was allowed to do that and he said yes !
South Carolina law you are not allowed to hook up a car with people in there he must not know that, I done my research and have made my complaints against him, he tried to give me a hard time about taking my car out, saying that I needed it to be registered in the South Carolina state when I’m from Rhode Island. I had to get in contact with the officer that had him towed my car. the officer had to contact him and tell him he knew better. & seeing how my car is dropped. my brother tried to tell him that he might have to get a flatbed. It couldn’t be told like that because it’s also all-wheel-drive and he caught an attitude even with my brother even threatened to him for some friendly advice (my brother does what he does in Rhode Island) he had no choice, but to release the car to me! This guy it’s going to end up, hurting someone I don’t know how he still gets to towing for the state. I too am a business owner and I would never talk to anyone the way this man talked to me. With that if I can give less then 1 star I would.
Owner is the greatest example of unprofessional, unsafe behavior and driving. My daughter interacted with this person on 85. His behavior was wholly inappropriate and he has on his page that he is saved by Jesus. I would like to know what church would approve of his ignorance and disgraceful behavior.
Not towards other employees (if they have any) but the owner of yalls black truck is a pathetic excuse of a driver, no lights, failure to indicate, runs red lights, driving on shoulder, failure to yield. Driver needs to be fired before he injures someone and your company is held liable.
This man repossessed my car. I ducked and dodged him for months. I hid in garages, locked gates, it was the best cat and mouse game I ever played and the adrenaline rush was well worth the repo fee I had to pay to the bank to get my car back. 10/10 would run from him again.
If I could leave 0 stars I WOULD. Continued to honk at me in stop and go traffic, then proceeded to get pass me, flip me off and scream profanity at me out the window. I had my daughter in the car, it made me very nervous and uncomfortable. Would NEVER recommend!
The man I spoke with was VERY RUDE . I was simply calling about finding my car & he was being very nasty with me , I thought he was saying they opened at 10, he clearly didn’t explain to me that I was making an “appointment” . Then when I arrived he was also very rude ..

Driver cut me off on the interstate I 85 and I had to slam on brakes to avoid hitting him which almost caused me to wreck and the driver behind me almost slammed into me and he continued to do this other drivers for the next four miles until exiting the freeway. He was putting everyone on the freeway near him in danger and that’s not ok, I don’t care how pressing it is to get to the job; You can’t risk people’s lives to get there!!!
I spoke with the owner about some people parking out of place making it hard for others to park last week. Good vibes only from the owner. Very professional and respectful. Not from here so this was my first experience with him and not hearing from hearsay. I would definitely recommend him and his company
This is the worst towing company ever. The owner (photo attached below) is extremely rude , unprofessional , uncooperative, and has a horrible attitude. My car was towed for no reason. This towing company only takes cash ($200) to get your car back, an extra $25 per day if you don’t get it same day. The IRS definitely needs to be involved for this “ business”, because this is completely a scam. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I reached out twice to have a truck removed from my driveway said he was coming out never heard back from him they pick who they want to deal with but no problem I got it done anyway!!!!
They were in the process of repossessing my son's car. I pulled up to ask what to do to get his car back. The owner was very rude he didn't give me a chance him ask what I needed to do. Just told me get off his property cause he was calling the police. I never even got out of the car.
Very unprofessional. Questioned them about damage done to my son's car, and they said they had all the documents showing it was damaged. I asked for them to email me the pictures, they refused, saying I needed to take them to court to get the pictures. I was also cussed out because I was video taping the entire process. They don't take credit or debit cards. Strictly cash. Makes me wonder if the IRS needs to come and audit their buissness.
It’s very backwards to have a park n pay for visitors just to be towed still. I started at a friends house just to wake up and not be able to take her to daycare because my car is gone with her carseat inside. And to make it even worse they never answer the phone so much for 24hr service.
They’re a very reliable business, because they come out to my apartment during all times of the day & night. However, they’re very rude & unprofessional. If you look at the comments you can see just how rude & unprofessional :) . They towed my car on Saturday morning, I didn’t notice it was gone until around 3:50 that afternoon. I called up there multiple times, but by the time I got an answer the man said that he was on his way somewhere and I’d have to wait until 9 p.m. Sunday night to get my car. I texted the number around 8:45 p.m. and called, but never got a reply. Called up there Monday morning to get the car and found out that I had to pay a $50 fee bc my car sat overnight, which was not my fault bc I tried to get the car Saturday. Not fair at all, but I needed my car to go to work to make back the $200 I gave these people, so I didn’t even argue. Oh and not to mention how you have to set up an appointment to get your OWN car back.
As a college student I understand it is park to pay system but it is ridiculous that my friend was towed 5 mins after he parked and still paid for pay to park in Auden. This service is very unprofessional and always have an attitude when you call, the guy that tow’s the car’s is very rude. There is no problem with doing your job I understand that’s how a towing company makes money but it is ridiculous.
My car just got towed at nearly 1 in the morning and I was parked in a valid spot for maybe 30 minutes just dropping my friend off and trying on the clothes I just purchased. I have to work at 7 in the morning and the towing company doesnt even open until 9. How can I get to work, to make money, $150 WORTH, if I cant even make it there? When I tried calling their number, the man said he had nothing to do with the company and there was absolutely no way it could be handled until the morning. My anxiety is through the roof because I have no clue how Im going to get anywhere since my friend doesnt have a car.
Very unprofessional, rude, and has no respect towards people. Some people have no problem with paying to get their car back, I most definitely didn’t, but the way the workers handled the service is unacceptable & very rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
