I finally a tow on 9-25-25, my master cylinder went out and had no brakes to stop. I was referred to Red’s towing by my grandson. I was on 292 and 176 down town when this happened. I’m very grateful that Mr Caldwell helping me to get my Rava4 to the shop. And shout out to Mrs Rosa for taking my call.Good team work!
They think yield signs don’t apply to them so everyone else has to get out of their way. I guess it’s good job security to cause accidents to get extra customers.
Horrible company to run people off of the road and not allow traffic to get onto highway. He proceeded to lay on his horn. Makes this company look pretty bad
AAA sent The old man came to pick up my daughter‘s car left with it, took her key. Bring the car back to the same spot dropped it off in the middle of the parking lot took My Daughter‘s key did not return the key. He told AAA that he jumped it with his house key he lied. She had a witness who saw him take her key . He just did not want to bring her key back to Greenville when he was in Spartanburg. It’s really sad that old man took advantage of a young mother sitting outside waiting for help.
Never been a customer but almost got ran off the road by one of the wreckers. Called to complain which they gave me a managers phone number (Mike) which he pretty much didn't care and suggested I was lying. This wrecker was driving with a car on the bed dangerously brake checking and swerving!
Sent by AAA showed up with the wrong truck. Said they would send the right truck. Told AAA they were not going to tow anymore. Waited around. Had to call AAA back and got a new company Would not use.
Amendment. Right after I sent this review, Joe showed up with the correct equipment. Very professional. Very capable. Changing this from a one star to a four star.
DO NOT HAVE THEM TOW YOUR CAR !! They towed mines I went to get my items out and a lot of my items were stolen !!! They said homeless people be breaking into the cars but they picked through my clothes and took my two pair of shoes if the homeless people broke into my car why wouldn’t they take everything ?? 10/10 do not recommend!!!
Martin was the driver sent out to tow my car. He is one of the nicest people that I have ever met. Additionally, I was amazed at his driving skills in a very tight spot!
Progressive Auto Insurance gave him the run around about which body shop to deliver the car. Personally, I lost my cool with Progressive and the body shop because of the protracted time to make progress.
Martin remained nice and calm with all parties involved while Progressive and the shop finally resolved the issue.

Called them last night to get our car towed they said someone would be out in about 45 mins, well an hour later we couldn't get anyone on the phone and no one ever called us back to let us know anything! I highly recommend Woodfin towing to anyone who needs a fast friendly tow. They stay in touch the whole time and even came and picked up my keys.
Kelley towed my car after it broke down about 3 minutes from my house. Kelley was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help me after I forgot to leave my key with the car. He was extremely patient and kind. Highly recommend this company ONLY because of Kelley’s hospitality.
Great company! I don’t remember his name but he was absolutely amazing and so kind. I had 2 towing company’s say they could not get to my car but he did it effortlessly. Definitely recommend
They just like to fire people for no reason, then act like nothing happens. They also wrecked a lot of people's cars. One of these driver wrecked, they didn't let him go but was immediately fired my person because he was waiting for next call in the truck, simply closed the eyes for brief. This company is scam, greedy with money cause they ain't pay you any money weekly if you wanna work there. Do. Not. work. there. Otherwise you'll get yourself fired for absolutely no reason.
It is a scam shop. Do not let them near your vehicle. I your insurance company is sending them call and have them send a different tow company. It still might be reds in a different outfit. But any effort to not get ripped off and lied too is a good effort.
Cody is absolutely amazing!!!! he was so helpful and helped my anxiety. Triple AAA showed up said they couldn’t and would call someone never showed and than said someone would be there at 8am and i’d have to leave my care! Cody showed up early and was great with communication
TRIPLE AAA couldn't find a tow service to transport my Merecedes to NC. Red's Tow service picked up from my insurance without hesitation. Dennis the driver was very professional, patient, thorough, and informative. He made a horrible experience tolerable and pleasant. I recommend Red's for towing. Thank You
I received really great service from Kenneth Gray with Red's! I had just had a bad experience with another company and my insurance company dispatched Reds. They saved the day! Kenneth stayed in touch the whole time keeping me updated. He was very friendly and did an excellent job! I will recommend!!
Gave an ETA of 90 minutes. I called them after the 90 mins (very loud background noise of laughter and cussing) just to be told an additional 45 minutes. So I waited, my insurance called them after that and was told another 35 minutes. So my insurance dispatched a different company that arrived quickly. One thing I hate is my time being wasted.
BEST TOW COMPANY EVER! I first used them about a month ago when I asked Geico to find me a tow truck. Dee did an amazing job! I then needed to transport the car to a different location a few weeks later so I got in contact with them directly and Bob was by the car within 30min, if that. Great company and very fair prices. Both times I’ve had to use them late at night and both times they responded very promptly and kept me updated on their ETA. They even sent me a picture of the car once it was delivered. They are the only company me and my family will use going forward. Thank you so much for your services!
Our insurance company setup a tow with Red’s and we were informed of a 1 hour wait. After an hour we heard nothing, we reached out and were told another 20 min. Long story short, they didn’t end up coming for 3 hours and never let us know a realistic ETA. Very disappointing service.
I had to call roadside service late at night to get my Jeep towed. The roadside service called Reds automotive services and it was very late at night. I became concerned after reading some of the reviews, but the gentleman showed up when they said he would, he was very thorough and careful with my jeeo. I am sure every company can have it's ups and downs, but I thought they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them as I had a good experience.
This is the worst tow company ever! They were dispatched and never showed up. My pregnant daughter and her 2 year old daughter sat in the car for 3 hours waiting on someone to show up. The times kept changing and when I called she didn't have a clue about nothing. I would think if you can't fulfill the job you wouldn't take the job. This is a terrible place. As of this time they still haven't showed and they were called at 4pm and its now 7:15p.. If you are looking for reliable service don't use Reds!!!!!!
No clue qho woupd wvwr use these guys i was behind the white truck with reds in red writting mind u car wad not held down good at all the car would go foward and backwards about 2 feet and then he cut of two cars who had to slam on there breakes amd then he almost hit the back of a 18 wheeler not to mention u can see in picks im doing 62 mph in a 45 and i cant even keep up with him at all he passed me like i was standing still while i was doing 64 mph in a 45 wow great company be proud
Radiator hose blew up on my car. Brandon showed up in a timely manner, knew what he was doing, loaded my car up and dropped it and myself off at home. If I ever need help again I'm calling Red's. Thanks again!

Towing: Joseph came and saved the day! He was very professional and courteous, apologized for taking a while but he did text when he waa on the way. It took some strategy but he got my car up and over the median and changed my tire. I would highly recommend them for towing and emergency services but ask for Joseph!
I do wish they'd call if they're going to be late but life happens. These guys are out on calls day and night. When I rescheduled my tow they had someone from Leon's Wrecker prompt at 9am the next morning(12/13/22). For this being less than 2 weeks until Christmas, I've got to say, job very well done! It was 40° outside and the guy not once complained.
They don't show up, and they don't call to tell you!! I got a flat tire and my insurance contacted Reds to provide roadside assistance. The original time estimate they gave for help to arrive was 60 minutes... but no one called or showed up. My insurance reached back out to them and they said they needed another 45 minutes, but again, no one called or showed up. Then they said they needed yet another 45 minutes before they could dispatch someone... you can see where this is going. Luckily, some kind people at the diner next to where I was stuck helped me change the tire before I had to find out how long I would have had to wait in total before Reds actually decided to show up.
My fiancé set up a tow through her insurance the driver was late didn’t tow it to the address he was supposed to then drop my car off in a empty field not at a mechanic shop. After hours of searching and calling the cops they found the vehicle. Bruce the manager told me over the phone he doesn’t care about my car and it was obvious because they left it in a empty field. Extremely unprofessional from management, ownership, down to the driver. The manager explained to me if the address wasn’t correct he was supposed to tow it back to their lot which he didn’t he just dropped it off in a field no where near a mechanic shop. Negative 5 stars
