they did my radiator last year and that worked out perfectly. but i’ve been trying to get my power steering fixed by them for a month. and ill always get a “we’ll call you back” with no calls. they say they’ve ordered the part twice when ive only been up there once for them to look at the car? got no confirmation calls absolutely nothing. if you don’t want to work on my car that’s fine…communicate instead of dodging and making excuses.
Anderson Auto Center treats you like family. This was my first visit, and it will not be my last. I've been looking for a repair shop I could trust and I've found it. I highly recommend AAC.
I took my 2011 Camaro to Anderson Auto just to see if my clutch needed adjusting and or if the throw out baron needed to be replaced. Left the car for one week went back to get my car and found out that they locked the motor up in my car. NOW I HAVE NO CAR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Stay away from that place bought a truck made down payment and one payment “truck had a bad motor in and Jim “and his son would not make it right “The bad part is I paid the truck off within 2months”yes I’m mad “but my mom always told me what goes around comes around “stay away from that place “”””!!
First off, they were the only place I found that would look at my 75 cadillac. Plus, he was kind enough to call and give me an update on the status, which most places can't seem to want to be bothered with. Also, no way they tried to pull the wool over my eyes, the issue didn't even need fixing and they just charged me for the time and told me what I needed to do to keep it from happening again. No made up expenses. 100 % going to be taking it back for whatever else I need done.
Whether you represent or act In place of or are directly an entity of the business called KT Towing, the business which towed my vehicle, there's no excuse for the way your admin assistant or front desk secretary attempted to gouge the costs and extort more money from the set storage and towing fee. By such a blatantly obvious attempt to rob me of my property you should be sued. I can't stand to see the kind of careless and unforgivable difficulty caused for any human who's fighting daily, just to stay alive, rarely knowing where the next meal will come from or how the lights will be kept on. There isn't anyone working at that establishment that is hurting like someone who truly lives hand to mouth does. If you wanna make a killing make it off of rich people like yourselves.
Friendly and helpful staff. Agree with the comment regarding them being busy but was able to schedule appointments for the work I needed and got right in when scheduled. I waited while the work was done and had a reasonable wait while parts were delivered from local stores. I'm pleased with the service I received and consider their prices reasonable. I recommend this business as a good, trustworthy local mechanic and intend to keep using them.
Well change of heart on these guys told me a free estimate at first then was trying to charge me, I did end up getting it for initial offer. Sadly 9 hours into having my van and me calling 3 times all calls after 4 granted they close at 5 they claimed the fix the squeaking and did not as well as now I have to put water in my van everyday to have heat some how "my water pump went out " during these 9 hours of looking at my car berg disappointed
Anderson is a reasonable place this app is friendly it can be a little difficult to get an appointment they have a lot of business and it takes them quite some time to do the jobs cuz they're doing multiple jobs at the same time but I would say I would recommend it
Jim did body work on my '14 Maxima after my vehicle was involved in a hit & run. Looked great afterwards! But shortly thereafter (a few months later), I took the vehicle to a self carwash. When I used the hose to rinse my vehicle the paint came right off my front bumper. (I wish I was able to post a pic for you all to see). I texted and called Jim to see if he'd make amends but he hung up on me. Bad business. Prior to, I allowed him to talk me into getting a set of Denali tires (I wanted a more expensive set). Two of the tires have gone bad since. I regret taking his advice.
I have taken 5 cars over the years here. They can be busy at times so turn around can be slow, but they get the job done. They have a high tech device that can read just about any problem. Average repair between cost is between $150 to $350 for minor repairs.
Sold me a car back in 2015. He switched the car on me changed the miles and just recently found out the car had been in a major car accident some years ago and I paid almost $6000 cash for the car. What a rip off!!!!
I will NEVER do business with them again!!! They had my vehicle for 6mths and still didn't repair it!!! Had the nereve to give me a $1500.00 bill and my vehicle still wasnt fixed!!! I dont think so!!! They will be hearing from my Lawyer!!!
Wanted to get a car for my son but they couldn't start the car because keys aren't left at store. Called back the next day and still didn't get anywhere.
I lucked up on this place after having several places turn me away. Not only did they do what I asked, but went further to offer a service I would have went elsewhere for. When I went back to have them recheck it an issue, they did it no questions asked! They were fast, friendly, and affordable. The owner is hilarious!! All around great guy!! They will definitely get my repeat business.
