These guys are great, I needed a windshield motor and circuit board for my 1990 Chevy truck, the parts on the computer didn’t match up , this was the case with all the auto parts stores; if anyone showed both parts together, they were out of stock, The Chevy dealership in Spartanburg said they could order them , take 7-9 days at a cost of $650 , these guys finally found me one after a lot of digging and reaching for less than $70 , love these guys
Omg, an angel in disguise named Mike totally helped me fix my steaming truck. My truck suddenly started steaming while driving and I was freaking out. Suddenly Napa Auto appeared before my eyes and I showed up seven minutes before closing. Mike told me exactly what I needed and I said I will wait for the truck to cool down first. After he closed the store he came out and helped me. He said he didn’t want me to be stranded. If I had done this myself, it would have taken me all dang day. He went the extra mile. Holy guacamole. Thank the heavens and angels and this universe! Thank you Mike from the Napa Auto in Landrum! I appreciate you so much!
Excellent customer service! The guy worked in the freezing cold for 20 minutes to replace a hard-to-reach headlight bulb in my car. I tried to offer him a tip when he was done but he wouldn't take it; said he was glad to help.
Beware of using your debit card at this location. This is the only location I used my debit card. Someone in another state tried to make charges against my debit card several days later which were declined by my bank..
My wifes jeep died and all attempts to start it failed. I found a local Napa auto in Landrum. Got a good deal on a battery and the folks there were super helpful. Thanks Napa.
I went into the NAPA auto store to get help and got absolutely None. I know they’re not certified mechanics but they offered absolutely no help. I was stranded needing fuses needing to have my truck and they offered no suggestions no help would not even look at the fuses in my truck to make sure I was getting the right kind. Did not offer to look it up on the computer didn’t offer any help at all you have lost a customer for life and I was a good customer
