Worst place to live load in my driving career, I’ve driven over a million miles loaded at several mills this is the worst one. Never Again!!!!!

Checked in on a Sunday at 12pm literally the only truck here not one other truck has came in its going on 4pm and still not loaded

6 h for loading! I wish the management of this pseudo company could sleep 6 hours less ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️

Large plant. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Offload was done in two different locations. First offload took approximately 90 minutes, the second, approximately 60 minutes. The road to get here is very rough! There was a long line to get through the gate, but it moved quickly! "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'

For a Dryvan Pickup Look carefully at the map (photo) DO NOT STAND IN LINE WITH TRUCKS WITH WOODS Follow the right lane Then, at the entrance to the territory, you need to stop on the right, enter the security office, and check-in. Next, follow the map. It's advisable to drive quite slowly because the road is simply terrible, with lots of potholes, debris, and nails. The next place you need to stop is the trailer cleaning station. Even if your trailer is clean, you still need to stop for the inspector to inspect your trailer and sign the paperwork given to you at the entrance. Otherwise, you won't be able to load it. Then proceed to the office for check-in. After you've been given the door, you need to drop off the trailer and wait for a call from the shipping office. After loading, near the docks, you will see a scale on the right side where you can weigh each axle. Loading took about 3 hours. The staff is friendly. The restroom inside is clean.

The staff is nice but please know you will wait for at least 3-4 hours.

We arrived at 1 pm and didn’t get the call u till 11:30 pm. This is just unacceptable. There has to be somewhere to make a complaint. Best believe we never haul for them again.

Very good place to pickup the load they are fast and very friendly people also have overnight parking available clean restroom. THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING. WELL DONE

Dry vans pickup go right lane and parking off to the side of scale house if possible and go in with 7000 pickup# yellow or orange safety vest required Expect 2-4 load time single axle scale on property is now accurate almost 3000lbs off so don't trust it

I give 2 stars for the road into and around the mill. 1 for it being concrete and 1 for it being god awful concrete. I’ve been on smother ATV trails.

Thought this load was preloaded for JB Hunt, it was not, live load, an takes a good amount of time... 2-4hrs at best anything less you were lucky

Huge plant and those roads driving in you better not be speeding if you want to keep your load or vehicle in proper working order. This Lumber plant turns trees into whatever helps drive the workforce on many levels.

It was great got in got loaded no problem. I do not see a problem doin business with them again.

This is the first time and last time pick up from this crazy place, I checked.it in 1:20 PM now it's 8:20 PM. Nobody even give any update and guess what I am just here to pick up some paper rolls , those people are just sick. Their system is bullshit, when you come to pick up from this company, you should put on your mind. You can stay here for 12 hours. Good luck guys.

When you come in don't follow log truck on scale stay to the right up to stop sign park to the right side don't block drive way.check in with Guard will direct you to the cleaning station to clean up ur trailer,then you have to call the number on sign board for someone to come and inspect ur trailer,after you drive to the shipping office for further instructions to the dock. Once you hv been assigned the dock back in drop trailer put wheel chock both side and jack stand on both side then bobtail to waiting area.almost 1:30min or 2hrs for loading.but the worst part is make sure YOU WEIGHT THAT SHIT BEFORE YOU HIT THE ROAD.The closes scale is about 45min to I-77(exit 5) petrol and love.good lucky fella

Checked in and Docked for loading at 2pm....it's 630pm. Light is still green...haven't even started loading. Don't pick up here unless your wanting to waste your day away!

I had a very good experience. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They inspected my trailer right away I did not have to wait . The only quarrel from me is rough roads

One of the worst place to pick up a load Checked in 11:30 am now 11:30 pm. 12 hrs still waiting to get loaded. Drivers don't come to this place. Stay away as much as possible

After reading reviews I expected to do my break here but was out in maybe an hour... tops! I showed up at 8pm for a 10pm appt and am on my way out at 8:50pm. If you are dry van don't pull on scale when coming in (they waved me over), just park in gravel off to the right. They will give you directions from there. I will include a screenshot with my route throughout. Everyone was easy to work with, good experience! ? I was totally going to include an fpv clip diving that smoke stack but it was too dark! Maybe next time! Don't stress, just get it done! ✌️

Came in in the afternoon for a drop and hook. Guard shack people were friendly and helpful for my first time there. Yard dog checked the trailer for being clean, gave the go ahead, and was friendly and thorough with his instructions, too. Even pointed out the scale back by the empty trailers to check your weights. All in all, a pleasant experience.

The worst place in this country to pick up from everyone is rude all the way from the gate guards to the shipping office the are very unmotivated to friendly to carriers and be respectful of there time there roads are horrible to boot and there loading process is like being in a earthquake. Everyone around the docks are on there phones the whole time as well so good luck carriers I would recommend taking a different load for sure unless you enjoy being treat as if you are less then

Step 1: You get on the scale in front of the guard, then drive to the right and park. They will explain the next steps to you, and from there, you follow the map to go to the trailer cleaning area. You need to clean the trailer thoroughly, ensuring there is nothing left inside. A worker will come to check the cleanliness of the trailer, mark it on a paper, and explain to you which direction to go. Then, you will arrive at the loading area. After that, you park the trailer in the designated spot and wait in your truck in the opposite area. They will contact you once everything is ready for loading. This whole process can take an unknown amount of time, but if you're lucky, they will load it quickly. Best regards, Driver

Overall not a bad experience. Yes they do have overnight parking. That is a bonus. The road coming and going out...yeah enjoy the free back adjustment if you go over 15mph.

Roads are bad but will make you drive at a safe speed. The security and shipping staff were friendly and professional. I had a 13:00 appointment but was told I could check in anytime. They got me in and out without any problems. From the negative reviews, I was dreading it, but my experience was totally opposite. I should be home for the weekend. P.S. There's a small truck stop about 4 miles from here (Simply Soulful) cafe.

The staff is nice but please know you will wait for at least 2 hours. Once you finish at trailer inspection and clean out you go to shipping and receiving office, you have to go to assigned door and slide tandems to the rear, chalk tires, and disconnect. When done get BOL, reconnect, and go back to main gate. (Don't put on seal the guard will do so.) When done make sure you find the nearest CAT Scale and weigh your load, because you may have to go back to get them to reload and distribute weight evenly like I did. They were nice enough to do so right away.

So far, I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. Their trailer clean out station is easy to get into and I feel like most shippers need one! I got here with just 30 mins left on my 14 hr clock and they are allowing me to take my 10 hr break on their property. Yeah, the roads aren't the best, but they are having a company fix them. Also, what do you expect with 80000 lb trucks constantly going in and out of the place? Five stars also for super nice employees.

Always very easy folks to deal with. Everyone is always pleasant. They had to live load me because we were short on dropped trailers. They loaded me quickly and they'll let you sleep there if you need to.
