If they Don't have it in stock then they will get it for you so that you can pick it up at their store. They do everything they can to try to help you with whatever situation you got going on with your vehicles.

Great place! I had no idea they would replace the headlight for you! The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. I had one worker recognize me and tell the other worker I come in a lot. Being recognized as a frequent customer shows the workers pay attention. That's A1 customer service!
During the 20 minute Veterans Day parade in downtown Liberty, all roads leading to the store were closed and no customers could visit the location. Workers at this location threatened to call the police on my teenage son who was parked in their parking lot to watch his sister in high school walk with the ROTC. His car would have been in the completely closed off parking lot for approximately 30 minutes tops. This was rude and disrespectful. The entrance to and from the parking lot was completely barricaded so that no one could enter and he could leave to move his car. Do better. Respect the community that keeps you in business.
A young man named Timothy @ the Liberty store location, helped me SO much by putting the newly purchased hubcaps, on my tires after taking the old ones off. I am a retired older lady and his extra help was such a God send. Thank you Timothy!!!
Very helpful!! I had an engine light come on and start blinking. They ran a check on it and got me everything I needed to get it fixed. Great job, very friendly and helpful!!
I really enjoy going here for anything vehicle related. Whether it be from an air freshener to a fuel pump, they have it ready to go. Customer service is great. I've noticed even when there is an employee with minimal knowledge they tend to ask right away for help instead of acting like they know. Overall I am really pleased with their customer service as well as their stock.
I buy a lot of parts, went there today 7/22/2023 @ 2:00pm. They said they didn’t have a oil pan drain plug on hand but could have there by 4:00pm, so I proceeded back to the store and arrived about 3:50pm. Doors locked sign in the window, short staffed closed early. Now I have a vehicle in the air needing this drain plug, by the way I already paid for. I had to go back and put the old one back in, someone’s going to replace the 7 quarts of oil I put in, when I put the new drain plug in. Ordered the new one because the old one was leaking oil. Tell me how the worked out. Very unprofessional, I have worked doubles before because I was short staffed, what’s wrong with people anymore.
This location is always hit or miss, in the mornings the staff is very helpful and willing to get what you need. However if you visit in the evening it's like no one wants to do their job. You can price the part on their website online, go into this store and it will be a whole new higher price. They don't want to help you, or even look up the right parts. Then you will get home, start installing and have to take it back up there because they gave you the wrong part. It's just ridiculous. You should match the price on your own website.
Very knowledgeable people. I bought brakes, found out I didn't need them. I lost my receipt, they looked me up in their system and gave me my refund. They have been helpful with all my auto part needs. Recommend this company %100!
Needed a new battery for my car. CJ was super helpful and was able to help me get the battery right away. Electrical testing and installation was free. This store has always had great customer service and professionalism.
was able to walk right in the other day an purchase exactly what I needed which was a cut it yourself gasket sheet pack, staff was on point with what I was asking for this is not an on shelf item but one that you request from behind counter. I myself chose a Fel-Pro multi type purpose pack an at a very reasonable price.
Well it is the only auto parts store in our town .they usually have the part you need .but it is most usually more expensive than any other auto parts store, so if you shop here make sure you use the coupons or codes to make it more affordable. it's still going to cost more than the rest. And I can't say that they are the better parts here because auto parts parts are always manufactured by the same manufacturers but they usually do have the higher end and and it's definitely better than the Chinese junk you get off of eBay or Amazon for 1/8 of the price.
Had to shop for fuses, relays and bulbs for the car! Typical things that have to be done. The auto parts store, O'Reilly's in Liberty is well kept and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback of the trip was they didn't have the one part I really needed, but then no auto parts store did,at least for the price it was listed online ! The overall experience was good and knowledgeable. Head on to the nearest O'Reilly's auto parts store the next time you need to do maintenance on your car, truck or recreational vehicle. Hopefully your experience will rate 5 star's ✨!
O'Reilly's Auto parts is becoming my parts store. I used to visit one in particular I won't name it but O'Reilly's is one my heart. They are knowledgeable much, they always have what I need or can order it within a day sometime sooner depending on the time I place the order. It's convenient and the staff are always friendly they welcome me by name and seem genuinely sincere. And as far as the pictures I posted, these items were bought as well as a radiator a water pump and a thermostat at O'Reilly's. Make sure you visit there they're friendly and helpful.
If i could give less stars i would. Order parts. Be here in morning by 7:30. Three Days later still no parts. Then we had to reorder your parts should be here tomorrow by 7:30 am. Advance here I come
Shelley was very helpful. She's very direct, up front, and authoritative. If she's not a manager, I'm sure she will be in the future. I love this location!
My wife and I were in a real bind and needed immediate action. We got it from Luis and Adam in Liberty! Everything was solved the next day and we are very happy customers thanks to their care and thoughtfulness.
Using profanity and discussing personal matters amongst each other very loudly and vaping in the store while ignoring me when I walked by is not professional at all. I didn't even want to ask for help so I just walked out. I suggest to hire more professional employees.
They had to order some spark plug wires for my truck. They were in the next day. When I went to pick them up there was only 1 person running the counter. I had to wait about 15 minutes before my turn. That may not seem long, but when you're balancing yourself on a cane, it is. It took about 2 minutes to get checked out. I will still use this store because it's clean, well stocked and if they don't have it they will get it. The service is great and professional.
Each time I visit this store I'm greeted by employees that are more than eager to help me. It doesn't matter if it's checking the code if my "Check Engine" light comes on, installing batteries, etc. , the staff are always professional and courteous.
The Worker's at O'Reillys in Liberty SC are the Best. I'll go out of My way to get the right people that are Happy to Help You with anything that they can do to get You & Your Car running right again. But at times they get kind of busy like any good place. Thanks O'Reilly For All Your Help !
Best experience I've had during a vehicle breakdown event because of the gentleman working that night (wish I could remember his name!) They didn't even have the part I needed (special radiator cap) but this guy went out of his way and spent a good bit of time searching computer inventory for something that would work to get me home safely without overheating. He also called another store and asked them to hold the part for me in case we didn't find another solution. Without reservation typed in every part number I could Google that might fit my radiator. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to want to help. At closing time that's hard to find anywhere and although I left with no improvement or solution to my radiator peoblem, the helpful employee made a bad situation a bit more tolerable knowing that there are folks out there who will stop and take the time to help. His partner that night, however, stopped helping me after one computer search and an aisle number. Im glad looked around the store long enough to get his assistance, because my mood/outlook/opinion/review of the store would have all been much different. During a vehicle breakdown moment you really don't want to be passively dismissed to do a return and clean some shelves. So thank you sir, for helping me keep a positive outlook and optimistic spirit that night. Btw, i made it home safely too.
Service reps were very helpful and knowledgeable. They know their jobs well. Found the parts I needed quickly. Did not overcharge and had me out the door in minutes.
I bought a battery from this business they installed it. I was given a battery to use after I left the store and tried to return it about 14 hrs later they refused citing a industry standard not to refund batteries. They didn't inform me this was a policy in writing or verbally at the point of sale. I feel this should be stated at some point in this process. I am out $141. I will not be back this policy should be posted it is just some small thing to lose $141.
