After just purchasing a used 2012 Toyota Sienna, I was taking it to my Mom in NC when it broke down on I-85N in SC. I called Jim’s tow service and he and his employee took me and my van to his shop (Jim’s Auto). Turns out it was my alternator. Jim had his guys jump right on it and installed a new alternator and even stayed after hours to finish the job so I wouldn’t be stranded! I can’t speak highly enough about Jim and his operation there. They got me buttoned up and I was on my way in short order with my van running great! Everyone there was very friendly. My dually truck got stuck in a very awkward position. They responded fast, the tow truck driver was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and he was extra careful to ensure my vehicle wouldn't be damaged when pulling it out. He made the whole experience completely stress free and for someone with anxiety that was a huge thing for me. The driver was joking with us and had us laughing and was just a really nice guy. Overall a really wonderful experience and I highly recommend.
My husband was broken down near their shop and we were attempting to fix his truck when one of their drivers happened to show up to the convenient store. We didn’t ask him for help but he came over and introduced himself as Shawn and asked if we needed help, and he tried to help us start the truck in a couple of different ways. He ended up helping us push the truck out of the way. He didn’t have to stop and help but we were so grateful for his assistance and knowledge. Shout out to Shawn and Harvey for making the situation manageable and being kind to strangers. We definitely will be using their services from now on!

Took my truck over to have some filters changed and check my brakes. They were quick to jump right on it and review the brakes. Seem to be honest and knowledgeable about my RAM. They do alignments brakes oil changes and also have their own tow truck
Our serpentine belt and tensioner became an issue. We were on vacation out in Devils Fork. Jim’s Auto was recommended By the mechanic working on our truck. We found them to be professional friendly, and provided an outstanding service. He was helpful and was kind and respectful of my wife and the dogs. 2 weeks they had my car , they never checked the power steering pump that i came in for but wanted to charge me two thousand dollars but would tell me why?? They are thieves and don't go
We broke down on I85 on our way to Birmingham, AL. AAA sent Jim's Auto tow truck to get us. The mechanics and owners of Jim's Auto went above and beyond to get our truck running and to help us with a loaner car to get to a motel for the night
They were a lifesaver for stranded travelers. Their charges to repair our truck were very reasonable.

Tyler is a cracker jack mechanic. He does dependable work and is very knowledgeable and polite. He doesn't "blow you off" and is willing to explain all that he does to your car. Jim's Auto is a great place to go for car repair. Highly recommend

Had two dead batteries they came out and handled both of them! The owner was super helpful and walked me through the issues with both cars. Both vehicles had different issues and he was able to tell me what was going on with both of them.

Our van wouldn't start suddenly and after many attempts to handle it ourselves, we gave AAA a call. They sent us Jim's Auto, Inc and we couldn't be more satisfied. It was a great experience given the circumstances. The man who helped us first tried jumping the van to rule it out and then ended up towing it. He was very friendly, communicative and professional! Watching him set up the tow truck gave a me a ton of confidence he wasn't going to hurt my van (I love my van haha!) - he did an awesome job! He even thought to roll up my windows! We had a breakdown on the way to a family reunion in Pennsylvania. Jim’s Auto towed the car in and made it a priority to diagnose and fix the car first thing the next day. We were able to be back on the road by the afternoon and make it to our reunion. Six weeks later, all repairs are still great. We would highly recommend the service and work quality.

Jim's Auto is a great place to get your car looked at and worked on. All the guys in the shop have great attitudes and James was a huge help when it came to tires. The ladies in the office are super friendly and were helpful in every way. Mikey the tow truck driver is a great sport and was super helpful and we loved how his truck glowed. The vinyl work was great and done by Jim's Auto as well. So if you need something vinyl done just check out Jim's.
Must give these people high praise. Had a new starter put on my Ram truck 2 months ago and it started making a noise again . I just dropped by and asked them to take a look . They had me leave it and a couple of days later they called said they had a new starter in it and no charge all under their warranty. No hassle, no argument pure great customer service . Tyler and the office ladies are great employees. Thank you !
Took my car to Jim’s auto to have a custom body kit installed, custom color paint job, bigger turbos installed, full exhaust system, inlets, chargepipe, intercooler, injectors, stage 4 fueling system, aftermarket coil packs and coil pack harness,transmission service, walnut blast on the intake valves, rims, tires, brakes and full suspension work done and the car is a completely different car. They did an awesome job, couldn’t be more pleased with the turn out. 10/10 would recommend for all your car needs
