ADVANCE AUTO. Gave me false information. Sent me on a wild goose chase. That was advance in walhalla. Then Seneca advance wouldn’t let me get a word in while trying to explain my needs. That explains why it was all a waist of my time. It was if they could not walk & chew gum. 🤦🏽♂️ won’t be ordering from them better to pay a little xtra & get what you need.

Had a great experience at the West Union Advance Auto today. Was looking for headlamp for my truck and the young man Jessie helped me. Really quite knowledgeable and seems to have the customer's best interest at heart. After helping me with my purchase he was also good to suggest an audio shop I mentioned I needed for another issue with my truck. Jessie is good for your business and will bring me back to this location. Thanks Jesse! Ron

Call before you visit if you're doing a return. Usually great. The people are great. Policy is the problem. Wasted trip to return batteries for core charge refund. Can't be done without a manager. Call to make sure a manager is there before you visit if your situation might require one.

Can not say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. Was leaving Ace and my truck wouldn't start so I walked over to advance. William was great let me borrow a jump box but that wasn't the issue... long story short Papa Bear that works there was getting off work and with what we thought would be a quick battery swap turned in to replacing the battery and putting a new starter on the truck. Something g papa bear was able to diagnose with old school knowledge you just don't see now a days, I tried to pay him for his time and he refused, dont see that much these days either. They went above and beyond what could be asked and had a tremendously great attitude and I am so appreciative of all of you. Thank you!

Terrible service stood there for 10 minutes while they help everyone else but not me! If you're going to keep old school parts behind the counter make sure you have somebody over there to let people look at them! The people there have no knowledge they just know how to run a computer! You could ask them for an air freshener and they would ask you what the make and model is! Also nobody wants to hear your employee's stand around cussing like a sailor!

I get most of my parts here and the prices are reasonable. They can order a lot of stock, or check if it can be ordered. The part took 2 weeks to get in but it wasn't the store who was at fault. They have a verity of services that help you diagnose problems and they install some things. Like wipers and do some diagnostics. The service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable about parts and services.

Everything you need for your car everyone was very helpful and nice but I did have an issue where I'd already paid for the part and it had to be ordered and was told I would have to pay for it again but everyone was very helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly it did seem like the young man who helped me could have used some help but he didn't get it I did tho

Fount myself with a completely dead charging system in their parking lot. They helped me pull the batteries. I had previously ( in July) replaced one battery and the alternator. Due to a defect, the alternator killed both of my batteries. They loaned me the tools and helped me get everything back in. I know most stores don't want you to work in the parking lots, but these guys didn't mind at all. (They said they were trying to help me avoid paying for a tow). Tim Davis is a ROCKSTAR and knows his stuff. He printed me out a serpentine belt routing diagram to help me (because my belt came off two of the pulleys) put the belt back on right.

I’ve gone multiple times to this advance and everyone is so nice and everything, but the old gentleman named Kevin has one of the worst customer services I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve lived in multiple cities in the USA. When I look for parts he tells me he never has them but I end up finding them in the store. I don’t like to pull this card but I’ve seen Kevin take care of Caucasian customers and how very quick he switches when he helps me or my family out I don’t want to make sumptuous if it’s because were Latinos but just one of worst customer service I have ever received

I went in looking for mirror window tint. I couldn't find it so I picked up a few other little things. When I got to the checkout The cashier asked if I found what I needed. I said no. She says, "we have mirror tint, it's on isle blank". I ran to make sure, still couldn't find it cause there was none. Returned to an unmanned checkout. Waited and they didn't come back and I wound up walking out empty handed.

This Advance Auto has really went down hill. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. There needs to be better training for inexperienced employees and a great need for more motivated supervisors. Past few visits I've been very disappointing people in line waiting and employees that don't know how to search for hard to find products correctly. And people idling and not helping employees.

Dropping to One Star! where do i start???? last week i purchased a 3M Headlight restoration kit that I thought was the same kit i used last year but it wasn't (I'm disabled and cant use the Manual i needed the kit with the drill adapter this was the one you needed to manually sand the plastic) when i returned it unused they said it was missing stuff? well if it was that's the way i received it! then i order a part online that supposed to be in-stock but after a hour i get a call sorry we don't have it we will refund you (you will have to get it in Seneca but pay full price since you used your promo code???? not only that i have to now wait for the Charge to reverse back to my bank so i have the funds to pay for it again) i'm trying to support my local bushiness but amazon seems to be the only place to shop today and get what you pay for? sure they have issues also but if one of there locations is out they will send it from any place they have it in-stock unlike Advanced Auto they Cant/Wont transfer online orders if they cant find the item the system said they had available. and no this isn't the first time had a issue with this location! i have had to drive to Seneca at least 60% of the time due to availability issues in West Union! don't bother calling the 800 number they cant help either!

I was in Advance Auto Parts a couple week's ago and was looking for something to clean the water spots on my wind shield.I was very confussed about what would work. I'd tryed many things in the past.The sales man could have just sold me the most expensive window cleaner,but he went with me looked at my Windows and said vinagar and a new scotch bright scrub pad. Much to my surprise. It worked. Now the the sun doesnt blind me in the morning and evening sun. Thanks Advance Auto Milly

They are very helpful always. If you are waiting and one isn't busy they see you before you see them and are right there to help you. From manager to the news employee are very courteous That means a lot to me as a customer! It's rare these days!

They were a huge help they worked hard to find the warranty on my alternator even though I had no receipt. Friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated employees, they for sure won my business against all the competition. I had to go to both the Seneca and walhalla store awesome managers and workers at both.
