My vehicle broke down in Sumter. AAA sent me Cola towing. It was the best tow experience I’ve ever had. Justin did an exceptional job. I felt compelled to leave this review and share my great experience.
I got locked out of my car and Justin came out to help—he was absolutely fantastic. He arrived quickly, was very professional, and got my car unlocked with no issues at all. He was friendly, calm, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Being locked out is stressful, but Justin made the whole experience easy and painless. I really appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a lockout or tow service!
My car lost all power and left us stranded on the highway 35 miles away. Kwane put his own family’s Thanksgiving dinner on hold and came out right away. Can’t thank him enough!
Extremely rude red hair male driver, believe his name was Tom .His comments were Extremely rude and foul language. He was heard by others and they were even shocked how rude this tow driver was. We have called a few times trying to speak with a manger or owner with no success. A police report with full video footage was given and shown to police. The number the people at the main phone number gave us just goes to a woman voice mail with no call backs at all.
I called AAA they sent Cola Towing. They sent Michael he was heaven sent. My alternator went out in the middle of an intersection. He showed up and block the road and got my truck to a safe location. I highly recommend them.
Got towed yesterday by Justin Stone what a bad way to start the morning he turned my mood right around had me laughing by the time we got to the dealership great experience with cola towing thru AAA he treated my vehicle like it was his own I really hope the owner of Cola towing gives him a that a boy above an beyond service thanks y'all keep up the great service 😀
Justin is an awesome driver idk what yall pay him but double it he is the best tow driver I've ever had very easy to talk to was surprised to see how clean his truck was Inside an out you can tell he takes pride n what he does I've used AAA n the past n sumter an waited hours was shocked to see him within 20 mins cola towing is changing the game with Justin would highly recommend COLA TOWING just hope u get to meet Justin stone he is the man I can't say enough about my experience with him I'm looking forward to calling AAA again
Robert was absolutely awesome. Terrible start to a Monday morning with my truck being completely dead and he was there within 30 minutes and was extremely creative getting my truck on the flatbed!
Very aggressive driving. I was driving back to Cola from Charleston when I was almost run off the road by the truck. Speeding well over 85 mph, tailing cars, and not using any turn signals. Please be more careful, especially when driving such a large vehicle!
I had a flat tire in Columbia and Cola Towing was dispatched through Verizon Roadside service. Chris came to the rescue. He was friendly, knowledgeable and saved the day! I strongly recommend Cola Towing.

We had our vehicle towed out of Columbia to the upstate which was over 100 mile radius. I called the tow company as I was enroute to my stalled vehicle. The tow truck arrived promptly within 20 minutes of my location. Our driver, Kwame, was a complete gentleman from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend their service to my family and friends, they provided us with excellent service.
Got towed the other day and Justin was probably the coolest dude I’ve ever had to be towed by. He sure made light of everything going on. Need more like him on the road.

The BEST towing company in Columbia! I needed to have a car towed from one bad car shop to a reputable one I have used numerous times. AAA had COLA Towing (on a Sunday no less) tow my Civic. Robert was there, in a flash! He even asked what the car's issue was. Lightning fast, the Civic was on the tow bed and we were headed 8 miles, down the road. Robert was super careful to make sure the car was dropped in a secure location and then took the time to peek at the part of the car that the first shop was insisting was the problem (to the tune of $1900). He even took a look at another patron's leak, as she was also dropping off her car for service tomorrow. He went above and beyond and was super patient with the process. If you need a tow, make sure you go with this business!
Cola Towing showed up promptly and helped us with our tire. We are from Pennsylvania so we were stranded with a flat. The technician agreed to follow us to the tire repair shop down the road just as an extra measure of safety and precaution. Wonderful service! Thank you.

I rolled my vehicle in Camden SC, dealt with AAA all night, they kept me updated on the towing company and all the adjacent info. Driver showed up 9:30 in the morning, loaded my vehicle fast and efficiently, was extremely friendly and conversational, I highly recommend this company

I needed a long tow through AAA and they set up Cola towing. Within a short period of time the dispatch lady with Cola called me and gave me a timeframe which was very reasonable. She was very nice and courteous. The driver Thomas showed up well within that time and quickly introduced himself in a kind and professional manner. He delivered my vehicle in the same condition he received it and placed it where I asked him to. I hope I never need a tow but if I do I'm requesting Cola towing again. Thanks Thomas!
During a very busy Monday after Easter, Cola towing called me and stayed in constant contact with me to get to my daughter’s car that was on 26 eastbound near Orangeburg. From dispatch to pick up, they were professional and got the job done. Highly recommend Cola Towing!
I had the unfortunate incident of hitting a construction ladder in the fast lane of I-20 heading back home to GA from NC at just about dusk. It sliced my tire and it was unfortunately not salvageable. I was lucky enough to be able to get to the next exit before my tire totally gave out -- otherwise my dog and I would have been on the side of I-20 in rural SC in the frigid cold and darkness alone. I called AAA from the gas station as I was unable to access my spare tire due to being sold a working fob but with an incorrect physical key blade from Carmax (that's a whole other story!). So, basically I had a spare, but just couldn't unlock it to get to it. AAA dispatched this company to assist me and someone called right away and tried to work with my situation. I was 3 hours from home and 3 hours from family in NC and I was in the middle of nowhere. They were able to be there in 20 mins but if I did that, my dog and I and all our stuff would be sitting in the parking lot of the run-down gas station alone in the frigid cold for hours before my son came to get me from NC. So, they offered to give me 2 hours to wait til my son came and they would come tow my F-150 because I was too scared to leave it overnight at the gas station unattended. They offered me an overnight storage fee of a reasonable amount and they would tow it to their tow-yard for safe-keeping overnight and then tow it back to NC for me the next day during their normal business hours. As far as I know, my truck was not damaged while under their care of my truck and it arrived to a Ford dealership in NC safely the next day. Super grateful for all parties involved in helping a stranded female and their beloved dog from being stranded in rural SC in 18* weather.
Was unable to get her name that handles dispatching drivers but she is extremely unprofessional, snarky and disrespectful. Zero de-escaltion skills and lacks the ability to follow simple instructions. She continued to be combative after I simply asked for a driver to come look and assess the situation, even if they were unable to successfully pull the vehicle. I could not verbally explain the situation as the vehicle was stuck in grass and mud. If a driver was tasked, they would be able to physically see the situation and give a definite answer instead of her since she wasn’t the driver to do so.
My son's car broke down on I-20 so we called AAA. AAA dropped the ball and the car was left overnight. Thank goodness it was not damaged. Called Cola Towing and had wonderful service with them. Danny, the driver, picked up my son's car and took a picture of it for him because he was so worried about it. I have nothing but great things to say about Cola Towing, Danny (driver), and Leanna who helped me feel better about the whole experience!! Thank you Danny and Leanna!!
Got this company through AAA. I had a flat tire. AAA gave me a wait time of an hour to 90 mins. Oh well what could I do. The next minute I received a message that Robert from Cola Towing would be here in 5 mins. In total, I think we waited less then 10 mins, I was pleasantly surprised considering I was in a small town an hour+ outside of Columbia. Robert was great! Unfortunately it wasn't a simple fix that couldn't be done there and we ended up needing a tow. I would highly recommend Cola Towing and Robert!
Got in touch with them through AAA:) Unfortunately didn’t catch my drivers name, but he was amazing. I’ve had a horrible past 2 days, and he was able to distract me from my issues on the way to the dealership! Hopefully if I need a tow again, I’ll be able to use them!
Lost a tire on the highway and got this company through AAA. First of all, dispatcher Maddie is great. When there was a confusion with our membership status she was calling to inform us of a charge but was quick to fix the situation when informed it was covered.
She was very communicative in delays and the status of our driver. Thomas, Our tow truck driver was quick and professional. Then hospitable on our short tow to the shop. These two took a lot of stress out of this whole situation.

I used this company thro AAA, and will never again. They towed my car from Columbia to the Mini Cooper dealer in Greenville for repair. When the car was delivered back to me (by Mini services) it was missing the tow cap cover on the rear bumper. I spoke with the service manager at Mini and he said it was missing when the driver left. I then spoke with the manager at Cola Towing and asked her to speak with he driver. When she got back to me she said that the driver told her he put the cap back on. I then relayed this to the Mini service manager, who called the Coa Towing manager. She insisted that her was wrong, even tho he told her he had video from the parking lot. She now will not take his calls. Seriously, this is approx. an $80 part and Cola towing is trying to avoid responsibility. Will be filing a complaint re Cola Towing with AAA when all of this is done.
A dispatcher called me shortly after placing my AAA call with a 15 min arrival time. Thomas arrived in no time and quickly unlocked my car. Thank you Cola Towing for your quick and efficient service.
