My car broke down and 803 Towing & recovery was there within 15 mins of me calling to pick up my car and take it to the mechanics shop.
The price was very good compared to other towing company’s I’ve worked with in the past.

Was involved in an auto accident and my vehicle was towed to this company. They were very helpful and when I went to recovery my belongings they were very courteous and patient with me. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends and Would use them again should I need any towing again.

Do not go to that place for ECM or electrical problems. Took them 2 days to tell me what was wrong, took them over a week to get the part and then over a week to fix my truck and it not even be fixed. Mechanic clearly didn’t know what he was doing when programming the ECM because now other stuff not working on the truck that was working before the ECM went bad. Now have to take it elsewhere to get reprogrammed correctly. They also took my $230 AFM/DFM adapter said he left it in the truck and it’s not so paid just over $1300 for a truck to get fixed that still isn’t fixed. Extremely upset about this.
Most tow companies take a while to come out , but 803 Towing and Recovery came pretty quick. I didn’t even have time to call someone to pick me up ! Lol but seriously very nice person ! Even offered to take my family and I home ! I really appreciated him in that moment ! It meant a lot ! Would recommend them to anyone ! He went above and beyond.
803 Towing has been an absolute blessing. I had a situation where my car was overheating. I did not have the resources in my apartment complex to fix it, nor could I drive it to my parent’s house to work on it properly. I scheduled a tow through my insurance and 803 Towing showed up right away.
I could not stay with the vehicle in the blistering heat, so I left the car unlocked to go to the auto store, and 803 Towing handled the rest.
They handled my car with car, and loaded everything up without me having to personally be present, allowing me to accomplish other things. From when I made the request until the car was in the yard at my parents house was approximately 60 minutes, which is fairly impressive. It highlights the companies expedience and their commitment to helping their customers. I would highly recommend 803 Towing to anyone who needs a tow and wants their car in the best hands possibly. 10/10!!!

I had a situation to happen that caused my car to need towing day before yesterday! I was limited on funds, and needed a tow very quickly! So, I went to google to find a tow company, and 803 Towing & Recovery was recommended among the top three. The reviews were awesome, which encouraged me to try them. I gave them a call, but for some reason, my phone lost signal, and the call dropped before someone answered! Almost immediately after that, I received a call back From a very kind woman who said she noticed I called, and asked if I needed help! For the life of me, I cannot remember her name, but she was so welcoming, so polite, and immediately started to help my Anxiety Go down before we even started talking about the business at hand. She made it a point to make sure I was mentally OK, which stood out to me! To make things even better, she agreed to tow my car at the lowest price I have ever heard of, and were there in less than 15 minutes after we got off the phone!
Mr Steven Arrived with the most welcoming smile, And funniest sense of humor! He made us laugh and briefly forget that we were in the sweltering heat, and having that type of emergency! He went above and beyond to take care of us! He treated us as if we were a part of his own family! I told them that I pray to never have to need them again for obvious reasons😩😂 lol, But if I do need this kind of service, they are the first, and only company that I will be calling! I will also be recommending their service to everyone I know, and to everyone I may meet that is in need of it! Megan, i think that who i talked to on the phone when setting up the tow she was honestly very polite and told me straight up that it may take over an hour because there was someone else before me. Steven ended up making it to me in maybe 30 minutes, give or take. I was able to get a ride with my truck to work so that I didn't have to call someone else. They were also the cheapest one since I had to go a pretty far distance. I already recommend them to a customer at work. I would definitely recommend again!!! Thank yall so much!!!

We were stuck on the interstate after a collision and 803 towing was there right away. Even though the directions that were provided to the tow company by our insurance company were a little lacking, they headed out our direction right away and called when they got close to find our exact location. It seems like they were there in under 15 minutes, quite a feat considering our location and traffic. The tow driver was very helpful and courteous. Overall, the best part of a very bad situation.
Had my car break down on me in Lexington, SC and out of the 3 places I called they were the cheapest. But even with that the dispatch was very friendly, and the driver was also friendly and very professional and called me before he got to the car and called when he got to the drop off. Would definitely call them again for my towing needs!
Very fair price and very helpful. They got my car from West Columbia to Blythewood and even got it to the spot by my house that I wanted them to. Wasn’t sure if they’d be willing to either since it was a tight spot but they did and I’m glad they did.

803 was the contracted towing company through my insurance after I was in a accident while moving across the country. Steven (the owner) provided me advice about where to tow my car after seeing pictures of it and saved me the hassle of towing it 2 hours to my final destination since it most likely would be totaled.
He was informative and kind after a scary situation. Not to mention it was 8 pm on a Friday night! I fully recommend 803 Towing & Recovery. (Also, I don't usually leave reviews, but that's how much I appreciated their service!)
My vehicle broke down on the side of the road. Steven was there very quickly to help get my car off the dangerous interstate and to a repair shop. He even went above and beyond by dropping me off at work. I would highly recommend.
