Called them for inshop service for one of my driver, at first they told me rates and everything else about waiting time...Once my driver arrived there they were very rude with him and after that they called me told me that we need to pay them 500$ deposit just to check our truck, the issue was sepernite belt and i told them that at first. I DO NOT recommened this shop to anyone in this are, go somewhere else will be more more better for you and your truck. BIG SHAME for this shop.

This business has a bad rating and I understand why. They were contracted through Penske to help with one of my drivers running out of fuel. Their driver's total time of 2 hours plus the $87 in fuel resulted in an over $600 bill. They charge over $500 labor fee to drive to and from my driver. When I called to request help with this invoice, I spoke to Ashely who was very helpful and said she would speak to the owners about a discount. I called back for an update and Greg completely shut me down. Said our prices are our prices. I asked to speak to the owner and he stated again that the price was not going to change. He was not helpful at all. Other reviews indicate this company is money hungry and after my experience, I agree with that. Buyer beware!!!!

Please do not use this company. They are not useful at all. The dispatch said his mechanic was 25 minutes away from my truck. In the end the mechanic took 2 horas to get where my driver was. I got a issue with my air brake system the guy who arrive just take a look and said “ you guys try to change a valve so now I can’t do anything just take the truck to the dealer”. They ended up charging me 523$ for nothing he just do nothing and charge 2 hours for driving to the place where my truck was. They the lady said they were 25 minutes aways. This is just ridiculous. Stay away from this company. You guys are thieves.

The folks here are very friendly and willing to help, but get a bit carried away on the billing. They do not under stand EPA07 and newer exhaust systems. Parts Pricing is a tad high too. I had a unit in here that was coding for a DOC inlet pressure sensor, and needed a starter, they installed the starter, which then failed. They did their agreed upon work at their agreed upon pricing, but then I attempted to have them check a few more things on the Regeneration system, and the amount they charged for the couple of things I aske them to do versus all the previous work they did was way out of line. I believe what they did was take the opportunity to use my requested, non estimated repair request and capture their lost labor on the warranty starter. Buyer beware.

One of the scams with this place is to not fix the actual problem and keep you coming back to ring up new charges each time. Been there 3 times now for the same issue and nothing got fixed! In fact they did such a bad job the truck broke down within 10 minutes of leaving. What did they do about that? Well they sent a guy out and charged me another $400. In the end over $1,200 and the only thing accomplished was an oil change! Since then I have talked to other people who have the same treatment from them. The story is always the same--overcharge and not fix the actual problem.

Ordeal of 22 July 2017 I was forced to use this company from my roadside assistance company. I had a problem with my motor home while driving south on I 95 in Florence SC. The problem was my air brake parking brake would engage going down the road at speed. Needless to say, it MH would come to a stop quickly. The technician spent a couple of hours 'troubleshooting:" the problem. He stated he thought that an air proportioning valve was bad. He bypassed the valve and said that should get me to Charleston, my destination. The cost was over $350.00. $78.00 or so of that price was in "parts" fittings to do the bypass. I did complain about the labor cost as being so high, so he contacted his dispatch and reduced the labor by one half to get that total. The technician stated that they had a shop in Charleston, and he would get back to me so they could come out and fix the valve. Well we settled up, and he drove off. Before he could get out of site, the same problem still existed. I called his cell number with no answer and left him a voice mail. Never did return my call. So I finally just held the parking brake dash valve in by hand, probably not a wise thing to do and we proceeded to our destination. The next day I contacted the office, to find out a status on the repair, was told by a Marc, that the Charleston office did not work on motor homes. So there I was without a solution. So, I contact my road side assistance again, found another service provider, but stated I wanted to talk to them before the sent them out. We made arrangements for the technician to come out. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the rear brake canisters the parking brake diaphragm was leaking into the service brake side. Also the dash parking brake valve was defective. The technician replaced the brake canisters, and the dash valve and all worked as it should. The technician that charged $75.00 plus for "parts" to do the bypass, also kept the fitting needed to remove the bypass. Which by the way in case you have not realized did absolutely nothing for the problem? So had to go buy the fittings, and low and behold, that was only a $12.00 cost. I have not had them checked, but I guess the $78.00 in fittings must be made from pure gold.
