I purchased a 2021 dodge charger a little over a month ago & I love it I was skeptical of purchasing from here due to some of the reviews but I’m happy with my purchase the buying process was quick & easy the only down side was the car was completely on E when I purchased I wish it was filled up or at least on half a tank but overall I’m satisfied with my purchase
Drove 2 hours to see cars I was interested in… big mistake, and waste of time—Ed was the sales person, and he only spent not even more than 10 minutes with us before he left and wasn’t very open to showing us the cars and was in a rush to leave, while we were literally the only customers there. He immediately assumed we weren’t gonna buy anything or were serious meanwhile we scheduled a viewing in advance, while he was showing the cars the car I literally wanted to buy, he opens the door and hits it into the other car, and the door has dents and scratches all over the front door side—not shown in pictures of course! but carelessly damages it more and obviously shows us all, they don’t take good care of the cars here, and beat them up more. Then he made an unnecessary remark about a someone in the lot driving around having a Canadian plate saying how they need to go back to Canada, which is not even professional behavior and immature. Was gonna ask some questions about the car but then he decided to leave and walks away giving a brief bye without giving me the chance to. Also we wanted to test drive two types of chargers to see which one felt better to drive for my boyfriend, and didn’t get to because you apparently have to now put an application to drive charges or challengers here, which makes no sense to apply to purchase a car you don’t know how drives.

Don’t buy a car from here without knowing or asking about salvage titles alot of there cars have it. I call into the branch to speak about a dodge charger talked for about 15-20mins and then soon as I mentioned salvage titles and accidents the sale rep/manager hung up on me immediately after mentioning salvage titles and never received call back or anything.
The management staff was friendly. The process was quick and easy. They made sure there was no hassle at all with trading in my vehicle and was able to get a good price on a newer model. Any problems with the vehicle they kept to their promise to fix.

Its now been 2 years of owning the vehicle. After having the entire laundry list of PRE-SALE ISSUES finally corrected, with my own hands and by my own research, I can honestly say i regret ever stepping in the door. The vehicle they sold me was an incredibly polished turd. Should've followed the warning signs and paid better attention to the red flags. Also, do not waste your time with their warranty. It covers absolutely nothing.
Check engine light issues ive been chasing since the day of purchase (yes they had me go to another shop, where I was led to believe they'd fix the issue, NOPE. Just reset the code and acted as if nothing was wrong. Every 50 miles, systemically this light has reilluminated for the past 2 years. Had I kept better records, id be making a much more formal complaint to the BBB, but in hindsight I figure ill just warn others... this car was an absolute LEMON. - evidence of a prior undocumented accident, caulking around the upper manifold (to mitigate cooling system issues), THEN IT NEEDED: radiator replaced, fuel injectors replaced, thermostat, plugs, map sensor, among a slew of other maintenance concerns ive been chasing - luckily i didnt NEED a long drive reliable vehicle. Such a headache. For an overpriced vehicle from the git-go. Oh well. Its fixed now. By someone who didnt know jack about cars, and now has a GREAT working knowledge. Everything happens for a reason?
Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
Unless youre learning how to become a roadside mechanic. In which case, your future project awaits!

Ed and Sami did an outstanding job. Ed met me immediately and did not sugar coat a thing. He understood my wants and needs, as well as my concerns and hesitancy. Together we looked over the lot and found the perfect vehicle for my children and I.
Management did a wonderful job ensuring we got the vehicle no matter the issues presented, and they went above and beyond in every facet to ensure we left happier than we arrived.
I would definitely recommend Universal Imports to anyone looking for a reasonably priced used vehicle, from an honest dealer. Once again, will update if any issues. But no news will be good news, I definitely am satisfied with my purchase! Thanks Universal!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! got sold a lemon that lasted all but 3 months! i went with a trusted adult and explained how we needed something that would last. After 2 days of having the car all kinds of different lights started turning on and went down hill from there!! TOOK A 6900 LOSS SMH WHAT A SHAME!!!!
Run run run they will be hearing from higher officials because of this. Paid over $10grand outright cash for a paper weight. Sold a 2018 ford explorer that is already in the shop for a bad head gasket and the title they sent is completely fudged up. They never had it transferred into their name along with other issues. I was told what they are doing is illegal by the Ga DOR. Took it to the tag office yesterday only to be told that there’s nothing that can be done to have the truck registered in Georgia because the dealership never got the lienholders clearance signed off on. Run run run run run run bad people to do business with.

Although they seemed nice and they did help me out with the price of the vehicle itself. I still paid almost $20,000 paid straight out not financed for a vehicle that had a blown head gasket and then had to pay another eight grand to put a new motor into it because he says he knew nothing about it, but yet when the old motor was tested, even see what was wrong with it, found that he had put blue devil within the motor to hide the fact that it had a blown head gasket
Sam was very helpful with the whole process. Even after the buying process he helped us get a new part we needed to fix one thing on the used truck that we bought (we knew about it prior). There were a lot of good options on the lot and we are very happy choosing this business! Would buy from them again.

would put 0 stars if I could I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and have had nothing but problems they don't disclose how poorly they rebuild cars. The owner does all of the repairs himself I bought a Jeep thinking it only had a rebuilt engine when in reality every part under the hood was from different random cars just to make it run to get off the lot. Two weeks after purchasing the car my First light came on and It's just one after the other. After taking the car to a mechanic to get fixed I found out where all of these parts came from. Ac unit from a ford, transmission from a mercades........ If you plan to get a car from here you must demand to be able to take it to a mechanic to get looked at. Very shady business being run here.
sam the owner is honest straight forward and will tell the facts like it is. he was very helpful and transparent. besides being a smart well spoken and spiritual person he is also a man of his word and went out of his way to do other repairs and upgrades to the car that i expected. i will highly recommend him. his wife efficiently finished the paper work. my wife and i enjoyed meeting his young girl at the dealership. a true family feel in the business.
I’m an older woman and in social security and only have a set amount to spend. They didn’t have anything in my price but I asked the owner if he would work with me to get it into my price point. He did. He was very nice and informative. I got a great car at a reasonable price. He was so fast and efficient and I drove away with it the next day. I drove about 2 hours to go to this dealership to look at a vehicle I saw online. Once I got there I ended up purchasing a different newer model vehicle for not much more money!
