We visit this place every year when we are in Myrtle Beach. My husband and Son are Marines and we find everything we can't find at the PX, or can't order online!!
As a Marine Vet this place is perfect for anyone who is either currently in service or not in at all, they have stuff for airsoft and they have actual Cif/iif gear. So if you're stationed close and missing something try giving these places a shot.
The store certainly had a lot to offer. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars... we went to specifically find an Army hat that is made in the USA. We did not find one, everything we looked at is made in China. However, the store had more than enough to offer and the gentleman at the counter was very nice to my teen. No local discounts are offered, military discounts are offered.
I absolutely love this place it’s my 2nd time being here on vacation and I love the ball caps and the T shirts and everything this place makes me want to come back every year when I walk inside the store it’s military heaven and it makes me think of all the retired and active veterans. The owner is very friendly and I love the bumper stickers and other stuff.
This place has a great assortment of merchandise. We went and grabbed a ruck sack for someone for Christmas. They had it cheaper than they had been able to find anywhere. We have been here several times and always walk out with something.
Visited this place with my military veteran dad. We were like kids in a candy store. So many amazing things. The customer service was great and helpful. I was able to see things I had no idea existed but my dad certainly did so it made for wonderful conversation between us.
Stopped in while on vacation looking for a set of Marine dress blues. Not only did they have multiple uniforms they were all in excellent condition and they had my size. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Chris and Kelly are OFFICIALLY our family! They made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and even saved us quite a bit of money! They also had a great sense of humor as we KEPT finding things we had questions about throughout the store. We will be coming back and referring family and friends as well! As a veteran, this was one of the BEST I've ever been to! Thanks guys!
Variety of items in there....no doubt on that. First 3 items I looked at were made in China which didn't appeal to me....
I overheard someone working there today tell a customer not to get a security job in Myrtle Beach....he stated the pay was low, which he is right on that. He also stated that the police would not help security personnel if in need and verified that with a Co worker behind the counter which he stated was an ex officer.......well I am 100% for police and the job that they have to do so I will not bad mouth them in anyway. Hopefully his thoughts and what he was saying doesn't truly reflect what the police feel in horry county, but I'm sure alot would not appreciate that remark whether true or not. I also thank security personnel that work in the field to help keep things safe , because you can never have enough people like that. Hopefully police do help when in need whether security personnel or regular citizen. I was there to buy some security items , but had to leave after hearing that conversation. I will do my business elsewhere...
I'm all for free speech and expressing your feelings but sometimes that can have consequences.....
Stopped by while on vacation in Myrtle. The roof was leaking onto the hats behind the counter and all over some display stuff. I would not consider this a surplus shop it's mostly tactikool gear. Majority of which is Chinese knock offs of quality American products. Disappointing they call it AMERICAN army navy. Little guy working was nice and helped me pick out some decent mre meals and a surplus rain coat and told me some brands to check out to finish putting together my battle belt. He also sounded disappointed in the product origin of most of the stuff sold in the store. Places in Fayetteville and Jacksonville have more legitimate surplus and less Chinese stuff. If you swear off Amazon and just really need your foreign made fix and the product you're buying is dry and doesn't smell like mold then I guess it's your place. But a leaking roof, and majority foreign made garbage throws it off for me.
Neatly arranged store with plenty to look and choose from. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help with any questions you may have. I am very impressed with their selection. A must if you enjoy military items, clothing, and support gear.
I love how friendly they are here!! The owner always remembers my boyfriend and I and he always talks with us whenever we come in. Being my boyfriend works security and gets his patches and pins from here plus he is a Marine Veteran and my son is in the Army we frequent this location often. Again, luv the service and we will always come to this store! Thank you for your service!!
Really awesome items for sale, great prices and an amazing staff, who go above and beyond! They made my son's Christmas great by personally making him a gift certificate, which they did not do at that time. But did it for me!!! He was so happy when he saw the gift certificate and was even more excited to spend it!!!
We were in town on vacation and my 10 year old son is into all things military. We were staying close to this store’s location and he wanted to stop in and so we did before heading out of town. The 2 gentleman working greeted us right away and were super friendly and helpful. My son was interested in a helmet which we found and purchased. They went out of their way to show us some other memorabilia and really made us feel welcomed and made my son feel special. Thank you!
Great surplus store with plenty of modern equipment including the largest selection of boots I've seen yet. As with all military surplus stores the stock changes based on what they get.. I'm very happy with the East German jacket I picked up! Staff was very helpful as well.
Wow. One of the nicest Army Navy Surplus stores I've been to in a long time! Mike and the guys gave me great service and help. Big inventory. A big variety and a little bit of everything. Even grabbed a case of MREs for festival camping season. My only recommendation is to have a shopping cart!

About 60% are new retail items and 40% surplus items. Has a large selection of military boots.
I was there on vacation and I met the very friendly and helpful owner. I found great gifts for my guy for Christmas that got big time kudos. They had a huge inventory with something old and new and just cool. They even a had online service.
