Just got a simple oil change for my truck, I know it takes extra oil but the price they charge for that was outrageous… Also said I needed a new filter and was going to charge me an extra 40 for that otherwise very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner
We were traveling from Ohio and started having exhaust issues when we got off the highway. We called Meineke 1st thing Monday morning and got an appointment for 12 o'clock the same day. When we got to the shop they took my truck in, got it up on a lift and showed me the problem. We discussed the repairs and within an hour we were back on our way.

I Had to bring my mother in laws car into the shop because the muffler was making a loud noise. I appreciate the staff they were very nice. and helpful and were able to fix the problem without costing a Fortune. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back when my other cars need service.

I had a check engine light checked at another shop and they referred me to Meineke to get a second opinion on replacing a catalytic converter or not. I came in to Meineke and asked them to look at it. Within 5 minutes of taking my car back, they told me that I needed to replace my catalytic converter, obviously they didn’t do any sort of testing or anything, just read the error code off a scanner.
They come to give me a quote on a replacement and tell me that my car has to fit California emissions standards so it’s going to be more expensive. They estimate 3200 dollars for the replacement all together, including over 500 dollars in labor for a job that shouldn’t take anymore than 2 1/2 hours. I tell them I’m not willing to put 3200 dollars into my car that is pushing 110k miles, and the receptionist tries to talk me in to putting the 3200 dollars in, which is bizarre that she was trying to make financial decisions for me. After I left, I look at the inspection pictures that THE SHOP THEMSELVES sent me and there is a picture of my emissions label with a big circle around the statement saying that my car can’t be sold in a state with California emissions standards, which directly contradicts what I was told in shop. All research I have done since, and a quote I got from a different mechanic says that this replacement should be 1200 dollars at most, 2000 dollars cheaper than what I was quoted here. At best, the mechanics just didn’t read the label that they were using as evidence to charge me 2000 extra dollars. At worst, they were trying to scam me.
The real kicker is that I drove off, my check engine light turned off itself and I am having no issues with gas mileage or drivability. If you want to spend an insane amount of money on a repair that you don’t need, this is the shop for you.
If I could give these women and men 10 stars I would! I could not find anybody who wouldn’t charge me an arm and a leg to mount and balance my 37 inch tires. They did tho and for a great price. The nice lady up front and the guys in the back make that place, and that’s hard to find these days. I run departments myself and I watched them all interact like family it was a very fluid and sound operation and the owner should be mighty grateful! Yall have definitely earned a customer! Thank yall!
I can't say enough good things about this shop. They know what they're doing and they are honest. We've been taking our cars there for over a year and they have been excellent.
I had a right side vibration from hitting a pot hole about a month ago. Took it to the dealer but it wasn’t fixed correctly. Took it into Meineke and asked them to taste look at it. They found the problem and fixed it. I am so happy with the service there. Thanks for fixing my car. Much appreciated!

I had some concerns about my A/C. Tiffany was very helpful and provided information on what Meineke A/C Inspection entailed. Although everything checked out, I felt comfortable that a complete and thorough inspection was performed. I will use Meineke in the future.
You know they say customer service is everything well... this particular spot has exceeded the excellent customer service... The lady at the front that's pregnant did her absolute best thank you so much.

Excellent staff with Sloane & TJ in MB, SC. Sadly I wasn’t in town long enough to wait for the parts needed. They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to take photos and show me what was needed and the parts. Much appreciated! Definitely would stop again if back that way!
I called up asking what the Mechanic hour is and the lady said the mechanic our various from job to job. I asked for one example so I have a better understanding she was not able to give me an example. She said it varies from car to car. I then gave her the vehicle year make and model and told her the job that was needing to be done was 8.2 hour job. If you could please give me the mechanic hour she still refuse to give me a Mechanic hour in labor. Said the parts very in price. I said I have the part. She said they don’t install customer parts. How come You just don’t? They just Warranty the part you can’t give me a labor cost? I told her I was a master Mechanic graduate from NASCAR Tech. I just don’t have a location to do this job. Could you please give me a Mechanic hour? After providing her with the year making model, she said she needed all the information and kept bullshitting around. I quickly realized after 30 minutes on the phone and her refusing to give me a mechanic hours that this shop was stealing from people because she was not able to give me a mechanic hour and I called eight other shops all give me a Mechanic hour immediately this is the first shop I’ve ever had that told me The Mechanic hour varies from job to job, but we refuse to give me an example so that tells me that the shop is taking advantage of people and changing the prices according to how they feel. I quickly decided that this was not a mechanic shop for me to take my car too, after failing to give me an exact labor cost for there mechanic hour.
Everything was great until they told me they would not take a check and I had to use a credit card and they charge a 3% service fee to use it. If I was informed ahead of time, I would have gotten cash.
Always pleasant and knowledgeable also give you explanation of what wrong!! Today Tiffany was very great taking care of everything that what I call great customer service thank you...

The experience I had was emergency repairs on my Jeep Cherokee Lattudes. I was driving on the highway, and anti freeze and transmission fluid, conducted snapped, sending fluids all over the front windshield. The vehicle was smoking also. I pulled over on HWY 31, I waited 30 minutes, then I got it going I was trying to make it back home, but the vehicle really started smoking, so I pulled into UPS employees parking lot. I got out, and was trying to figure out , what to do next, when I realize there was a Meineke garage, next to the lot. I went over and talk to the manager, her name was Tiffany, she sent a mechanic over to help me, he check tge motor out and new right away, what problem was. So he help get it over to the garage, and Tiffany had mechanic get right to it, to find out the problem, and if there was major damage. We'll, the antifreeze hose was busted, plus conductor, so agreed to fix it. After that. Tiffany told to follow her to my vehicle, and while he was repairing one problem there was damage to the hose below it going into the engine. So I had to get a ride home, the car had to stay till Tuesday because of memorial weekend, everything closed on Monday. We'll tge dealership, that was supposed to bring the part, brought it over on Tuesday, AN according to the manager Tiffany, he put it on, but that part was no good, it was a defaulted part, that was sent to them, Tiffany was upset with the dealership, and she went to other dealership, to get it delivered to the garage by Wednesday, she apologize several times, but to be honest it was not her or the mechanic fault, it was dealership. Sotge vehicle was done Wednesday morning. Why, iI writing this, Is because tge manager Tiffany, went out of her way to get my vehicle back on the road quickly, she also was updating me, all the time. The mechanic was very professional along with everyone at this Meineke garage. I believe there that way, because of the leadership of tge manager Tiffany, and her professional way of handling situations, they took a emergency situation and took me in, which I was 25 miles from my home, and went beyond to help me. Being in the fire service for more than 37 years, I would hire them , in a heart beat, because of handle the situation, and that hoe's to the manager and her great people skills.
They were excellent! I brought it in for the alternator, and they did a great job! They went over the car thoroughly to make sure there were no other problems. They were professional and courteous!
I just want to say that I am very satisfied with this company. I brought in my Ram 2500 to have the front brakes done. The first ones didn’t work and they started squeaking again and with no problem at all they brought it back in and replaced them again. Thank you for your good service and standing behind your product.
Had requested a simple oil change and tire rotation on my Volvo 2007 XC 90 and expect just that. I took photos of my car wheel that are dirty to see if the car was rotated just in case. I was given the keys after an hour and was told all is good; at no point did they disclose that the technician said it wasn’t necessary because later when I left I noticed that the dirt splatter on the wheels where still the same as before. I went back and told them they didn’t rotate the tire like how I asked. Principal being, I rotate them with every oil change to keep the treads even. They end up rotating it after I said I still requested it and it’s on the ticket. 4 days later while driving on I-95 for about 700 miles later my low oil light came up despite not having any leaks on the car and them charging me extra for another quart! I was almost left stranded on the highway if I didn’t have an extra quart of oil in the trunk of my car. I was hoping that I would come back to here for more work but I’m not so trusting now.
