I had to stand up for myself because they wanted to charge me storage fee for 6 days for keeping my car for 3 days from the 8th at 11pm to the 13th at 2pm. The dude comes out and tells me" just pay the bill if you want your car" and I was like , NO WAY, I'll pay the correct amount not whatever price you want me to pay to get my property back. I couldn't even believe what I was hearing from them. They know ppl need their vehicles and will pay whatever their told to get it back but that's not right this is the US and we have laws and rights and we should not be hustled like that. Why risk your reputation like that? So disappointed.
Great service, friendly people and professional work. A tow and body repair will be expensive wherever you go, but here they will save you money and time.
Had our vehicle towed there on a friday,couldnt get a hold of any one for an estimate,left messages no call back ,finally 4 days later a rough estimate on phone from receptionist which was unclear,Wanted to talk to the owner ,he finally called and was going to get us a detailed estimate using used parts,I called back on thursday said he was still trying to figure out .So I was so frustated I wanted to pull the car out of his shop,They wouldnt release until I paid him $833.I said for what? they said for estimate which I never got $50 a day for storage plus the original tow.So buyer beware they like to charge for storage and estimates,that takes forever, there are better body shops in Mrytle beach
Incredibly helpful, compassionate, and kind helping with towing my mom’s car and retrieving her belongings from the lot after she ran it off the road due to a medical event. It was a hard time and they were so gracious. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else after the way they cared for me and my family.
One of your tow driver drivers who responded to a accident of 707 at 6 pm on June 5 was driving irresponsible. Speeding past people no blinkers while cutting people off. Just driving like a horrible person

Professional, friendly and always there to help in a time of need when your vehicles becomes disabled. I called and was amazed at how fast they arrived! Would 1000% suggest using them for all of your towing needs.
My recent experience with Shoreline Collision was horrible. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. This company has sent me and my insurance company on a wild goose chase to get my car for two weeks. I was in a minor car accident on a Saturday afternoon, and I had to have my car towed from the scene. This was not my first-choice company to get my car from the scene but because I am a young girl, and college student that is not local to the area I asked the officer at the scene to just get me a company that is trustworthy. However, Shoreline is the exact opposite of trustworthy. They didn’t answer the phone the following Tues-Thurs of having my car and on Friday they claimed my car had been towed to a salvage yard two days prior. I will also add here that my accident was in no way bad enough to have my car totaled. When insurance called the salvage yard, they had no idea what they were talking about. Shoreline then claimed later the same day that they did have the car and I needed to come up there and sign to release the car. So, the following morning (Saturday) I showed up during office hours to sign and I spoke to Kendall who was very rude and let me stand in the rain while he spoke to me saying he couldn’t do anything for me. I was able to see my car from their gate so I knew for a fact that it was on their lot. My mother then called and spoke to Kendall, and he was even more rude to her on the phone and admitted that I did not need to sign anything anymore, and that insurance could pick my car up on Monday. When Monday came Shoreline claimed to not have my car AGAIN. This issue went on for another week so for two weeks Shoreline lied and claimed my car was not on their lot when I knew that it was because I saw it when I went on Saturday. It took a total of 13 days to get my car from their lot. Shoreline charged over $900 in fees which is absurd! Do not use this company even if they are the last ones left on Earth. They are incredibly rude, and they are liars. I would not ever get my car towed from them and I definitely wouldn't trust them to do quality service fixing my car. They should be shut down immediately and after reading these other reviews I see that I am not the first person they have screwed over. Beware
The work they did was good..... Had to stay on them for several weeks to get them to correct something..... I feel if I did not stay on them they would not have corrected it..... But they did an overall good job
used this place for where I work at and the first time I called them it took them two hours for them to show up and the last time i called it took them 4 days to come and they still didnt showup on the fourth day the people came back for the car and it was still there so if yall cant pick up one car in 4 days something wrong
Just want to say that my daughters love your pink and purple tow trucks. We drive by your location every time we are in the area just so they can see them.
City of Myrtle beach should be investigating their business practices. If you have any dealings with place and if they made you pay cash only attorney general of SC is your answer. They will call customers and tell them their car is totaled so they drop titles off. Bad business and take advantage of hard working people
I brought a car from them and was told to have NO MECHANICAL ISSUES had the car for LESS THEN A WEEK had to replace the battery and then car fully stop running 2 weeks after buying the vehicle when I was in the middle of the highway going 70 miles and hour which lead to the person in the passenger seat to be in critical condition! And has been in the hospital for almost 2 weeks now. As for the car the transmission needed to be replaced and I only had the car for less then a month and that would cost other $5000? I contacted then multiple times and I get told that there “to busy” to help. I WILL BE UPDATING MY RESPONSE when I find a solution for this problem as of now I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Your putting your life of someone else’s life In danger or your wasting your money!
First of all, dropped my vehicle off for them to fix the fuel pump. They “couldn’t” do that. So my car sat there for days (storage fees added up). I understand that. However, when I go to pay the storage fees they said that there was a $250 PROCESSING FEE. Not $10 not $15 but TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLAR P R O C E S S I N G F E E. what a joke. Never using this place again
