I don't know of anyone that wants to start off their day needing a tow. But its its where I found myself after my car experienced electrical issues. I'm about to start a new job, and my car decides to quit on me. I felt defeated and didn't know what I was going to do. I reached out to Strand towing and was greeted by Travis. He assured me we would get my car to the shop, and was actually on-site in 20 minutes! I thought I would have to follow him to the shop, but he took care of everything. He even sent me a photo of the car after he dropped it at the shop. Thanks Travis. I felt assured my day was gonna get better. I appreciate it!
Strand Towing has been an absolute blessing for our family and the many car troubles we have experienced. From towing my car on the side of 31, to my parents car being broke down in NMB, to hauling my golf cart from my home to the shop to be worked on, Strand Towing has always gone above and beyond for us. I traveled 4 hours to Myrtle Beach for a 3 day Had transmission issues and needed a tow to a repair shop. The repair shop recommended Strand Towing and they were great! Travis called me back to keep me posted on arrival times so I could continue to attend the sessions. He was pleasant, personable and had my truck at the shop in half an hour. If all the drivers are like Travis, you can't go wrong with Strand Towing!
Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a towing company. Travis is who helped us. Travis is the kind of guy that you would want to be in charge of all towing that happens in the Myrtle Beach area.
I had myself and a buddy both stuck in deep mud, far from a roadway. No one could get to us and no other towing company even offered assistance. Travis came out in less than a half hour of when we got off the phone to look at the situation and help any way he could. Even knowing that he couldn’t get to us to get us out, Travis referred us to one of his friends. Instead of saying good luck and leaving, Travis stayed the entire day to help any way he could in the process of recovering our trucks. If I ever need help with a disabled vehicle I will have Travis on speed dial. He would have been extremely fair on pricing had he been able to help us, and even without getting paid he was the most help I could’ve asked for. I don’t know what I would’ve done if he didn’t show up. Thank you again for everything you did Travis, you were really a life saver

Had a truck needing to get to NC asap for a reasonable price and strand definitely delivered opposed to local competition. Kayla was quick to have Mr. Travis come out , and within 20 mins and he showed up and got me taken care of. If I ever need anything else we will definitely be reaching back out!! Thanks guys
Sooo, typically a situation involving your car, police, an arrest of a loved one (your boyfriend), a tow, a tow truck driver named Jason, and an impound lot would most likely warrant a thumbs down and a "y'all suck"; however, twas not the case.
This wasn't the first rodeo where I was left wrangling money for a tow bill and my car...but it was the best! Jason and Strand Towing were fantastic! Super accommodating, super polite, sooo nice, extra efficient, and we're so reasonably priced! They put all the other companies (Quality !especially! Horrible place) to shame.

Travis came out at last minute I got my truck stuck in the storm and he was there within 10mins of calling him. He saved my butt can’t ask for any more from him he is the best.

My car started to stall out on my way to work. In a panic I started to call towing companies to find one that could help me without costing an arm and a leg. Travis was AWESOME! He went above and beyond. He met me at work to collect my payment and then went to my home to pick up my car. He also sent me a text message to let me know that my car had been dropped off at the car dealerships service department. The process was quick and easy and Travis made it a very smooth transition which helped tremendously. I highly recommend them if you ever need to have your car towed. Ask for TRAVIS!!!!
So. The dreaded GM 6.2 got us while out to diner.. story for another time. Called another tow company that said they would be there "within the hour". An hour later I called back and was essentially told they didn't know when it would be. Keep in mind we are in the middle of the parking lot with a dead truck and two older people. Frustrated I called Strand and got Travis. What a blessing. He said no problem.. I got you. 15 min later he shows up, hooks up, and down the road. Super nice dude, kept me informed of what was going on, and I hope I dont need them again. Lol.. but if so, they are going to be the ones I call. Thanks again Travis.
I called and spoke to Kayla about getting a car towed and she got everything set up for Travis to come out and tow my car. From the time I called to the pickup and drop off was super fast I must say all done within a hour and a half. Travis was a lot of help and gave me some helpful info. Both Kayla and Travis were very friendly and helpful.I highly recommend strand towing.

This one is the best!!! Starting with Kayla. She was wonderful. Letting me in a time of stress that they were close to my position and the Driver would be there to assist. Robert called to discuss my Jeep as it has been greatly Modified to make sure he understood the issues and to decide the right vehicle to bring. He showed up on time and was very professional. My car broke down at coastal grand mall. I called around for prices to get my car home and after calling strand towing and speaking with Travis I didn't need to make any more calls he was more then helpful and gave me a very reasonable price to get my car home. In less then an hour Travis went and got my car and brought it to my home for me with a smile on his face. I'm very greatful for this company and it's wonderful employee's. I had a great experience with this company! Very good price and very good timing. The communication was great and the payment process was also very simple. I highly recommend Strand Towing. I was recently involved in a serious car accident while on vacation in Myrtle Beach—our SUV was struck and flipped onto its side. Thankfully, Robert from Strand Towing came to our rescue. He quickly righted the vehicle and secured it to his tow truck. More importantly, he took the time to ease my wife’s concerns, reassuring us that everything would be okay and allowing us to retrieve our personal belongings. Just wanted to send my appreciation to Travis! My car decided it was a good idea to break down on highway 17 heading to NMB and that’s when I gave Strand Towing a call. The gentleman that picked up the call was Travis and he did a wonderful job all around, making sure that me and my girlfriend were safe, picked up and dropped off my car at my house at a great time, even went out of his way to talk to me about what might’ve happened to the car that caused it to break down. Overall Travis made us feel like I was talking with a friend instead of a business transaction/call and that’s what I can really appreciate!! Will definitely give them a call whenever another situation comes up!
Well my wonderful 2018 Nissan rogue had me stranded today luckily I was able to pull over into a parking lot in the shade go into the grocery store and get some ice cream to ease my nerves. Once everything settled down I was able to make a phone call to a local shop who gave me a number to strand towing and they were able to get to me pick me up and drop me off within an hour. For that I am so grateful.
