I cannot express how amazing Pete was when I had an accident. He was unable to get a truck to me but gave me extremely good advice and walked me through the best way to handle the situation I was in. He called me back several times while I was awaiting law enforcement to file a police report and to ensure I had a safe method of moving my car and getting myself to my destination. I cannot overexaggerate my gratitude for his advice and consideration.
what can I say that Pete is the best guy in town for towing and I use him every week for 8 years always happy with him and I’m a dealer he always comes quick and glad I met him
ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! We called Peter after I had a blonde moment and he arrived within 20 minutes. He took a look and assured us he could get us out. He was extremely nice and good hearted!! He even checked to make sure that there were no fluids leaking and crawled under to make sure everything was OK.

I’ve used Rapid Transit Towing twice now, and both times were a class act. The first time I called, they weren’t available, but instead of leaving me hanging, he gave me the name of someone else who could help. That alone showed how much he genuinely cares about people.
The second time I needed a tow, I called again and this time they were able to help right away. Fast response, got my car where it needed to go with zero hassle, and the pricing was more than fair. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I used rapid transit towing the other day Peter was on time and very professional and friendly he asked me what was wrong with my car I told him it wouldn't start he tried to jump start it but it didn't want to start. He took it to the shop for me so they could figure out what was wrong with it. Gizella in the office was very friendly and polite letting me know when Peter was going to be here to pick up my car. I would highly recommend them for any towing issues.

Hands down the most genuine people I have ever dealt with. I’m not sure what one is nicer the husband or wife because they were both amazing to deal with. Pete and his wife provided excellent service. It was super fast he was at my place in about 30 minutes. Price was reasonable in my opinion. He towed my car from my residence to the dealership and it was a smooth and easy process. He’s super understanding. Highly recommend.

My VW Atlas got stranded HWY 22 after my 6 month old tire blew out. A kind individual stopped by the side of the road and offered to put my spare tire on my vehicle. After looking at my tire he told me he was unable to help as my tire has locked lug nuts and we did not have the key to unlock them. He suggested getting my vehicle towed to Volkswagen. I called 4 places before reaching Pete who was on a service call. He was the first person to listen to me and offer help before saying he was to busy or unable to help. He asked me to send him a picture of my tire. He informed me that it was a covering over the lug nuts and once those are removed we could change the tires out. My husband was able to get to me and change the tire thanks to Pete. This saved me a tow. Thank you so much Pete for everything!

Pete is amazing! When I called from the side of the road, he was on his way to Charleston with a transport. Instead of just telling me that he couldn't take the job, he helped me find another service that could help me. In fact, the first one wasn't available and he gave me a second referral. He didn't have to do any of that, but I really appreciate that kind of service. Rest assured, when I need a tow truck again, Pete is going to be my first call. Hopefully, I will actually be able to pay him next time.
Wow! I’ve (thankfully) never needed towing service- but I am so grateful that Rapid Transit Towing was recommended to me! Pete offered to drive to the auto shop with my car! Pete and his wife were my lifesavers Monday afternoon. I broke down after a trip from Georgia. Being stranded from out of town with my son was pretty scary. They both are extremely nice people. Pete picked me up and took me to a local parts place who was able to get me a mobile mechanic so I could get back on the road. I would give their company a 100 star rating if I could.

Pete, the owner, was a great friend of my father. Him and his family are wonderful people. Daniel and Amber who are over the shop are honest and reliable people. This is the only shop that we let service my dads 87’ Buick grand national. They keep it real and are experienced technicians. Wouldn’t go to any other shop on the beach! Thank you Rapid Transit.
Pete is absolutely the best. He helped me with a tow in myrtle beach 2x and kept me up to date throughly with how long it would take him and even text me a picture of my vehicle when he dropped it off. Called Rapid Transit and they were able to get to my vehicle in 20 minutes, if that. The owner, Pete was extremely professional and assured me that he’d get me taken care of with no problems.
