My car broke down. I called a few towing places. The best customer service answering phones was Quality Towing & their price is reasonable. I was told 15 minutes from the representative however, their driver Nelson, got to me within 7 minutes. Talk about really great service. He gave me information regarding where my vehicle would be and he was just very friendly and efficient the whole time. It’s good to know there are still business out there with great overall customer service. Nelson, you were amazing and answered all the questions I had with no hesitation. You’re a great asset to this company, I’m sure. Hopefully your boss and all of google sees this. You really were outstanding. Thanks Nelson & Quality Towing !

AMAZING SERVICE !!!!!!! Definitely recommend. These guys came to the rescue. I got stuck out here in Myrtle beach, it was hard to get a towing company out here on a Saturday but these guys stay on business. I’m glad I came across them. We are on vacation and had a flat. Daniel came to change our tire out and was extremely helpful and polite. He sent us to Quality Towing for a plug. I found the staff there to be very polite and helpful, they plugged my tire and put it back on my car. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Very professional & fast service. I received a text from my insurance that it would take between 60 - 90 min. until they would arrive, they were there within 15 minutes! Great company! My battery died while stopped at a gas station. They were quick and responsive in making sure they had technician out to assist. Ryan was fantastic. He tested my battery and was very helpful. Had me back on the road in 5 minutes.

Had a complete blowout late on a Friday afternoon and was desperate to get the vehicle to a service center as we needed the vehicle for weekend commitments. My car is low, and got stuck on a cement parking bar. I was so worried because i was out of town and didn't know what to expect, being so far away from home! Daniel came out and assured me that hopefully, it wasn't as bad as it appeared. He took pictures and got the appropriate tools he needed and got my car out in no time! Awful. Duplicitous. Rude. And I plan on writing as many people as I can. I have nothing but time on my hands now. I was there the day of accident. The crypt YELLED at me because he couldn’t handle two people in line. I asked the charges. No response. Called Tues explaining charges for tow and daily charge. Called Wednesday spoke to third person. I wanted to be sure I had the right amount Finally friday, able to WALK , suddenly there is 225$ in FILING FEES. No one said that on 3 different phone calls. I guess morality can be bought for 16.00 plus an hour of STEALING BONUS. The only thing that can say is this company needs to be given EXACT KARMA. I am quite sure they have done this on a regular basis. The duplicitous nature shows up on the skin, hair and clothes. It seeps into their building an erodes any morality or character. So anyone want to join A CLASS ACTION FOR FICTITIOUS NON POSTED FILING FEES. Let’s go back a few years. Make it worth our time, blood, and energy x

My car died half way through our vacation one night and I had a tow truck come out the next day after a few failed attempts at jumping the battery. Daniel showed up with his helper within 10-15 minutes of requesting a tow and after taking a look at my car he had it running in no time and was able to identify that it was indeed my battery that was the issue. Cant thank him enough for easing my worries! I was able to drive to autozone and get a new battery right then and there! He was super nice and informative! I highly recommend this company,they actually care especially if it’s an emergency while on vacation. Thanks again guys! 5 star rating all day long.

This place is really a nightmare, of course, the day I need to drive up to New Jersey my battery dies not a big deal so I call a tow. I will say something positive and say the tow truck driver was very nice. He was even early and very fast. Also the dispatch lady who called me was very nice and professional. Our big problem was the maintenance shop, I should’ve been in and out, but of course I wasn’t. There’s hardly ever anybody in the front office to talk to. They are either hiding behind a one-sided see-through glass or in the back shop. When you do catch somebody walking by and ask them for an update, they say they’ll let you know and then you don’t hear from them. We were at the shop for FOUR hours and they knew I had to drive up to NJ. They finally give me an update after an hour saying they are locked out of their system and they have to wait for somebody to come to the shop. I guess he finally arrives and then they proceeded to make us wait another two hours to try and clear the code on my car again with no transparency or updates. After being fed up, we said we wanted our car back as long as it can drive and the guy at the front proceeded to give a lot of attitude calling my gf’s father (30+ years as a mechanic) knowledge into question. Then he proceeded to write that message on my receipt and say they had the most sophisticated equipment. This guy is a clown for two reasons, one he really thought I was gonna drive to New Jersey with codes on my dashboard. And secondly, if his equipment is so sophisticated, why did the Jeep dealership just around the corner clear it in under a minute and charged me 0$. this place is nothing but attitude, Screaming kids and roaches. If it’s one thing I learned it’s don’t go to a mechanic shop attached to an impound yard.

Danny was great! He arrived in half the estimated arrival window. When I explained what was going on he took the time to test the battery and try to start the vehicle. He also explained everything he was doing. He and his dispatcher are very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend them if you need a vehicle towed.

After today I wouldn’t trust this company to tow a bicycle. My roadside assistance called them to tow my 17 yo from the middle of 501 in Conway. They take the call. I call back an hour and a half later for quality towing to tell me it was out of their area!! Nobody called me to tell me. They didn’t call my roadside assistance back and tell them. They just left my kid sitting there thinking help was on the way!!! Whoever was responsible for this negligence needs to be fired. Their incompetence put my child in dangerous situation. Screw quality service!!! More like no service!!!

Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Car broke down in 15 minute parking. It was 90 degree weather. Had an electrical problem car wouldn't start. They picked me up in no kidding 15 minutes and had my van ready for me next morning. Tow truck driver dan is great and so are the office ladies. Definitely recommend if you are in myrtle. Extremely fair pricing and the owner is a very good guy. This kind of service is worth a lot more money in my opinion

Backed my camper into my spot at Pirateland Campground and I unhooked it from the truck and when I went to park my truck the power steering started growling. I called my insurance company to scheduled a tow. They contacted Quality Towing. Tim was the roll-back driver got to me pretty quickly and got my truck loaded to take to a shop i had found online. Tim ask me did I want to let Quality's service center look at my truck. He called to see how quickly they could diagnose my problem and told me they could look at it today. Long story short they had my truck fixed by early afternoon ready for pickup. Quality Towing & Service Center is honest and will take care of your auto repair needs. I am traveling and knew nothing about them and they treated me very professionally and updated me on the status of the repair. Next time I'm in the Myrtle Beach area and need auto repair it will be Quality Towing & Service Center.

Absolutely do not trust this towing company- especially if you are traveling on vacation. They treated my daughter and her friends absolutely in the worst way possible. Seriously, why would you give teenage girls as much trouble as you did? It was absolutely shameful how you treated them. Fortunately a police officer was able to help them retrieve their property- despite efforts by your staff to block them. All the proper paperwork had been sent, insurance company had done their part. It sounded to me like your employee was trying to get cash from the girls to retrieve their property- contrary to SC law. At the end of the day your employees awful. My daughter asked” why are they being so mean to us?” Again, don’t use this company- if they show up to tow your car ask for a different tow company. It’ll save you irritation and delay later on

We are from out of town and our car broke down in the parking lot of Ripleys Aquarium on a busy Saturday afternoon. We got in touch with Quality Towing and they were courteous and friendly on the phone. A driver, Hayes, was out to us in no time. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and had the car loaded on the rollback lickety split. Hayes is definitely an asset to the company and I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance!
