I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach and my car wouldn’t start. Nick was dispatched to help me. He got my my car started and told me how to get it to move out of park because it was stuck. When we left, he even flagged me down to let me know that my brake lights weren’t working. I am very grateful for him, he was awesome. I got fast help and great advice from Dakota, one of the nicest tow truck drivers possible. It didn't take long for him to arrive and diagnose what was wrong. He fixed it and spent time to explain it to this senior lady. His cheeriness and competence made everything better. Thank you, Dakota!
I came in today to get my car that was towed. The lady at the fronts attitude was so disgusting. Upon asking for my id for the car. She snatches it out of my hand. There was only one nice lady in there with blonde hair. The other ladies in there should not have jobs if they don’t want to be nice or respectful. Very awful experience. This place should be closed down.
Quality Towing is anything but that. Avoid this company. They will leave you stranded and waiting for several hours. After waiting for 3 hours on the road we were told that they would “send someone shortly.” Was getting period text updates of when a tow would arrive but would get more updates that gave longer and longer waiting times. Total waiting hours on the side of highway was almost 4 hours. The actual tow driver Eric was amazing, however the management and company he works for is unfortunately completely unreliable. They cared about our ability to pay them more than our safety.
I recently had the best experience with a quservice and wanted to share! They were incredibly fast to respond to my call, which was such a relief during a stressful situation. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. The driver (Frank)was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in what he does. He took great care in handling my vehicle and ensuring its safety. I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands. I highly recommend this service if you ever find yourself needing a tow. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I am very grateful for their assistance!
Tow truck driver was exceptional. Great guy. I didn't catch his name but he's from Jersey. I'm guessing it was the owner I had the pleasure of speaking to very briefly up front. I found him to be quite condescending, not even looking at me as he made remarks that I'm glad I didn't catch. Needless to say, I got my vehicle home exactly as I said. I even apologized that we didn't start on the same page. Again, the driver was professional and courteous. Thanks

The driver, Johnny was not only super nice, but very professional. Before towing my car, he tried to help me troubleshoot the issue. All of this in the rain! I am thankful for all of his help and getting my car to the dealership.

Got stuck in the mud and called Quality Towing to help me out. Ashley worked dispatch and was incredibly helpful. Richard showed up in a timely fashion and was incredibly careful with my vehicle. Very happy with the customer service that was given to me today. Thank you Ashley and Richard!
I am handicap and they would not even allow me to pay an extra fee to get my vehicle.
With one leg they made me go to the nearest gas station, get cash and still didn’t let me get my vehicle.
I waited outside because she said one person in at a time!!
I was here for over a hour, others came and got the vehicles!! Even a tow truck driver quit because they didn’t care about their customers. I still was not allowed to get my vehicle, see the open sign!? They supposed to be open 24 hours a day.
I asked for a supervisor and she left my on hold for over 5 mins. Just not to answer or give me a name nor a number.

To my battery when he could have easily towed my car. I am so very thankful for them today.
Today I was unfortunate enough to return to my car after lunch and discover it was locked up and wouldn't start. I called my insurance and within the hour Elliot was there to survey the situation. He was very professional and respectful of my wises. I had accidently also engaged the electric parking break and with the car being dead, we couldn't get it disengaged. I didn't want him to drag my car out, so he called Chris who had a different type of equipment that worked better in my situation. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty. He was able to get my car started enough to disengage the parking break and to get it in neutral so he could easily load it up. These fine gentleman made an extremely stressful situation a lot better. I didn't catch the dispatchers name but she was super professional and even called me back with an updated ETA when she had it. Highly recommend using Quality Towing for your towing needs.
Ryan (RJ), very informative, patient, and efficient. We had two flats tires on the back and a spare on the front. He treated our car with the utmost care putting on the flat bed. Needless, to say we had just had on of South Carolina's micro hurricanes burst through. Highly recommend Quality Towing we definitely use them in the future when needed. Stuck on the side of 501 and the first 3 tow companies I called couldn’t get to me for several hours. Quality came through and fast. Arrived in about an hour. Tow driver was super friendly and efficient. Had me hooked up and off to the dealership in no time. Should have called Quality first! Like the it says in the name, quality.
They said I might have a 40 minute wait but it was about 20 minutes. The driver was wonderful and the lady in office was very helpful. I thought the car needed a new battery and he gave me a jump and he thought it might not have to tow it but it ended up being my alternator because the battery wouldn’t hold a charge . This is a great team and company and I will use again if I need a tow. Thank you again
My experience was a good one. I got my tow through an auto club I belong to. When the woman from Quality called me she wasn’t particularly friendly but she wasn’t rude either. Our conversation only lasted a minute. The tow truck driver must have been close by because he showed up quickly. He was pleasant and efficient and had my car loaded up and headed out in no time. I would use Quality again.
Dealing with my car, breaking down was a very stressful situation, however, Quality Towing made me feel at ease. Within minutes of Geico, connecting me with the tow company I received a call from their office. They verified all the information and the issue I was having with the car. She told me they would be out ASAP. She was kind and understanding. She was not kidding. The truck arrived 20 minutes before the ETA. Less than a half an hour after being assigned, Christopher arrived with a smile on his face. Everything about the interaction was top notch. He answered all my questions and explained the process. My daughter picked me up and he towed the vehicle to the dealership. He made great time because shortly after arriving home, I received a call letting me know they had received it and we’re checking it in. Everything went so smoothly and made a difficult situation quite a bit easier. Would highly recommend! Thank you!
I hope I never have to call for another tow truck, but if I do, I’ll be calling Quality Towing. The office staff was amazing and sent me several updates on when the driver was going to get to me. The driver, Christopher, was amazing. I had to ride with him to the dealership shop and he was so nice and professional. Awesome group of people at Quality Towing.
Kindness doesn't exist here - just policy. And they will follow it even when they took actions that were not accurate. Having been told by them that we could not pick up the car on Saturday, and again on Sunday, the "owner", carrying a baby, proceeded to insist on the full amount due even though we could have easily proven fraud on Saturday and saved two days from all of us. Enjoy the baby food we just paid for - just seriously happy we didn't take the job.
Christopher did an amazing job. He put my car, exactly where I wanted it; and he went through great lengths to do so. He actually helped me put my car in neutral; without my car key; and that in of itself is a difficult task, considering you have to be underneath the vehicle to put it in neutral manually. His effort is greatly appreciated; if you have any issues with your car, call quality towing and services. Respectable company in my honest opinion.

Nice hot day the other day, my car decides it wants to overheat on the side of the road during rush hour traffic.
Receptionist was pleasant and professional, the Tow Mechanic, Brandon got there within an hour had my vehicle up on the dollies while working in mud and wet grass on the side of the road and at my destination all within 40 minutes.

Lifesavers After a my accident
I was recently involved in a car accident and was shaken up, to say the least. This towing company was an absolute godsend during such a stressful time. From the moment I called, they were calm, professional, and reassuring. The dispatcher got a truck out to me quickly, and the driver was incredibly kind and patient.
He handled my damaged vehicle with care and walked me through the entire process, making sure I felt safe and informed. He even helped coordinate with the body shop and gave me some advice on dealing with insurance.
In a moment when everything felt chaotic, they brought a sense of control and compassion. I’m so grateful for their service and highly recommend them to anyone in need—especially during tough situations like an accident. Five stars all the way!
Everything about my interactions with Quality was so exactly as one would hope for them to be. Sunday night I contacted Quality through my roadside assistance. The lady I spoke with was helpful, professional, and friendly. She provided clear and accurate information. The tow truck driver was wonderful. He attempted to jump my car. When that did not work, we all agreed to go sit until Monday morning. Monday morning, another great day interaction both on the phone and with the driver; who took my car to my chosen auto shop. I would absolutely recommend Quality.
First, I want to say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist at this location was extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in basic manners. From the moment my family and I walked in to retrieve our car after it was towed, we were treated as if we were a burden. Her tone was dismissive, her body language hostile—rolling her eyes, tossing her head back, and acting with clear attitude for no reason.
We approached the situation politely and provided all the proper documentation, including proof of our rental agreement. Instead of helping us, she continued to make the process difficult by constantly changing the requirements and making up new excuses for why our car couldn’t be released.
We were visiting from out of state and tried to explain we had no other means to get home, yet she showed zero empathy. The situation escalated when she began arguing with my husband in a way that made it seem like things could turn physical. She became more aggressive, threatened to call the police, and even mocked us about not getting our car back.
The woman in question appeared to be in her mid-to-late 40s, had light brown hair, light-colored eyes, glasses, and displayed behavior that we also believe was racially motivated.
This was truly an awful and dehumanizing experience. I would never recommend anyone do business with this place.
Tom was an absolute life saver this weekend. My car needed a miracle and he delivered. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and very nice. I will only be calling Quality Towing for all my car towing/ craning needs. Their prices match their value!
Daniel, Rich, and Harvey were instrumental in getting my car back home safely. I was supposed to go to work in this snow storm in a Dodge Challenger. Another vehicle was disabled on the George Bishop bridge so I had to come to a complete stop. After stopping I was disabled. The County Police officer was great as well. One of the tow trucks became stuck themselves, we all got off the bridge safely. Then got me home. Thank you guys for all of your hard work keeping people safe today!
The Quality Tow truck driver, Daniel, came to the location of our vehicle’s mechanical event on Highway 31 very quickly after we called. He skillfully lifted our truck even though it didn’t have all four wheels. We followed him as he safely delivered us to the shop we selected. We are pleased with every aspect of the service.

I got stuck out here in Myrtle beach, it was hard to get a towing company out here on a Saturday but these guys stay on business. I’m glad I came across them.
