Justin was the tow operator and boy was he outstanding! Due to my job, of 13 years, I have worked alongside tow operators and have a friend that even owns/operates a tow company back home where I come from. I would've thought Justin was a seasoned vet on the job and was stunned he had only been doing it for a short few weeks. He took good care of our heavy big 1955 Dodge station wagon, which unfortunately stopped running. I had her towed home and enjoyed conversation with Justin en route to my home. He was very professional, courteous and great conversation. Quality Towing got a great one!

James was great! I damaged my car and had to have it towed via roadside assistance. He was nice and knowledgeable. I rode along in the car with him to my auto shop. He made what was a very stressful situation a lot less stressful. Even though I did not have to pay for this tow, I will definitely use this business in the future.

I had Brandon and Brandon come out to tow me yesterday, they went to jump my car and realized it was just the positive cable lose on the battery, he tightened it and the car started right up. They were polite, professional, and took my anxiety from a 10 to a 0 quickly. Great guys!!!!

My roadside assistance company set up the tow, and Quality Towing responded right away. I got an immediate phone call to ask about my service needs and my safety while the truck was already in route. Eric was the driver and I can't say enough good things about him, he was polite, professional, and helpful. I was home in less than an hour.

Eric from Quality Towing came to help us with our car that absolutely would not start. He used his portable charger on our car before he towed it to the dealership and he was able to get the car started so it didn’t have to be towed after all. Eric was pleasant, very professional, definitely an expert in his field and seemed very pleased to help in any way he could. I would definitely recommend Quality Towing to anyone looking for a pleasant professional towing service! As an added bonus Quality Towing also does mechanical work on vehicles at their shop.

After 30 years in Myrtle Beach, I had my first experience with using a towing company on Thursday, January 8th. It was a very smooth experience with Quality Towing. Great customer service by Ashley who coordinated the pickup and Dakota, the tow driver, offered great customer service. My car was towed back to the Quality Service Center for repair. The repair tech did a great job in repairing and I was able to be without a car for only one day. Service and pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Quality Towing and Service. Struck in a busy intersection ( car broke down) with my elderly mother. Tow truck came within 45 mins, had the car moved from intersection and to our destination within and hour or so. The driver was professional, and courteous! Highly recommend! Thank you for saving us from being stranded!

The most rude and unprofessional experience. Rick needs to stop talking to customers. Had my daughter’s car towed via progressive road side service. I requested the vehicle go to another shop but the tow driver (who was very nice) convinced my daughter to take it to the shop associated with the tow company. Not the end of the world, however after speaking with the owner, I told him a diagnostic is ok but not an oil change. The oil had nothing to do with the cars issues. I also told to him to speak with me not my daughter as I am the owner and financially responsible for the vehicle.
He continued to call my daughter instead of me and changed the oil. The diagnostic showed no issues. Rick said I owed the oil change if I didn’t pay he would put the old oil back along with the old filter.
Long story short, spineless Rick didn’t put the old oil in. He just wanted to act tough on the phone. He wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence in the shop. Says a lot of about a “man” and business owner. Retire Rick.
Don’t go here.

Anthony towed my truck to the dealership after it cut off due to a faulty fuel sensor. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The company kept me informed of his location. I was very pleased and would recommend Quality Towing!

DO NOT GO HERE!
Update: the only good thing about this place are the tow people like Anthony are nice and helpful. The mechanics will rip you off and tell you one thing and do another. My car was not starting and they told me I needed multiple maintenance items done. I tried to get my car towed 8 miles away to another shop because they were ripping me off and they were going to charge me $250+. Instead I agreed to just do shock plugs and throttle body clean in which I got quoted $368. I picked up my car and they charged me the full amount when all they did was change the plugs, no wires and no throttle body clean. I couldn’t even talk to the mechanic because they leave by 5. When I got my car there was garbage in it, my maintenance light was on and my tire light was now on. I don’t even want to take it back for them to fix it because they might charge me for something they potentially caused. I went to a trusted mechanic who took a look and they told me I didn’t even need some of the items they suggested for me to get done and how they conned me. I should have listen to the other shop who told me this place has a bad rep and they often have to fix what “Quality” messes up.Dec 04, 2025 -
This towing company engaged in extremely unprofessional, unethical, and potentially unlawful conduct.
The tow truck driver saw me coming down from the third floor — which he explicitly admitted during our conversation — yet he still accelerated and drove off intentionally to prevent me from retrieving my vehicle on site. This was a deliberate attempt to force a full tow rather than act in good faith.
When I arrived at their office, I noticed signs clearly stating that credit cards are accepted, yet the staff insisted on cash, contradicting their own posted policy. This raises serious concerns regarding transparency, improper cash handling, and potential violations of consumer protection laws. No itemized receipt was offered beforehand.
Even more disturbing, during the interaction the driver made a discriminatory and unprofessional remark, pointing out that he is from the United States and I am an immigrant, and implying that local police would take his side because of that. Such statements are unacceptable, inappropriate, and raise serious ethical and legal concerns.
Additionally, the property has only one small, barely visible sign at the entrance, which is insufficient for lawful notice.
Given the driver’s intentional misconduct, the cash-only demands despite posted credit card acceptance, and the discriminatory remarks made toward me, I believe this company’s practices merit immediate investigation. I intend to file formal complaints with BBB, the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, the Attorney General’s Office, and property management.

Needed a jumpstart on my car and Anthony came to save the day! Service was EXCELLENT, quick and very professional. He informed me of all their their services and I had no idea that did more than towing. Would highly recommend! Let me be crystal clear: Quality Towing is the single most unprofessional, aggressively rude, lying, has no empathy, and downright miserable company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
The name “Quality Towing” is honestly the funniest joke of the entire experience — and trust me, nothing else about them is remotely humorous. The only “quality” here is the quality of disrespect they deliver with the precision of a surgeon and the enthusiasm of someone who truly enjoys being unpleasant.
The employees I dealt with didn’t just lack customer service skills — they behaved like courtesy was an optional add-on they’ve never once paid for. The level of rudeness I received was so intense I genuinely wondered if I’d accidentally auditioned for a hidden-camera show. Every word out of their mouth had the tone of someone who believes kindness is a contagious disease.
When I asked what I was signing when picking up car the girl handing me the papers could not answer what was. Then proceeded to give me attitude when I was reluctant to sign. Talking to them felt like arguing with a brick wall that also rolls its eyes.
Their whole operation gives the energy of people who wake up and choose hostility like it’s a multivitamin. The attitude, the scamming, the absolute disdain for basic decency — chef’s kiss, truly world-class terrible. Not to mention they are running a daycare in the back and dog boarding in the front. Which the dogs roam free, and multiple employees walk around with a child on their hip at all times while attempting to assist customers.
If you enjoy being talked down to, dismissed, and treated like an inconvenience for existing, congratulations — this is your place. If not, run. RUN.
In summary:
Quality Towing has no quality, no professionalism, no empathy, and no idea how to treat human beings with even a shred of respect.
A circus would be more organized. A toddler would be more polite. A malfunctioning GPS would be more helpful.

Prompt service. Anthony was great...so helpful! He even tried to help me get home but was told he could not. It was more than a tow...I have not lived her long enough to make friends ans it was like a buddy showed up to calm me when I was freaking out being g alone after dark with a car that stranded me. I had a flat tire and Allstate sent Quality Towing. The driver was there within 30 minutes and was very friendly. Quality replaced the flat, and another one for way less than the other places. Office staff, including the owner, were all very friendly. I didn't know before, but they offer much more than towing and I will definitely be back for all of my car needs!

I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach and my car wouldn’t start. Nick was dispatched to help me. He got my my car started and told me how to get it to move out of park because it was stuck. When we left, he even flagged me down to let me know that my brake lights weren’t working. I am very grateful for him, he was awesome. Also set me up with where to get it serviced the next day before I left to go back home. Thank you Nick!!

I recently had the best experience with a quservice and wanted to share! They were incredibly fast to respond to my call, which was such a relief during a stressful situation. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. The driver (Frank)was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in what he does. He took great care in handling my vehicle and ensuring its safety. I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands. I highly recommend this service if you ever find yourself needing a tow. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I am very grateful for their assistance!

Had an extremely positive experience with quality towing yesterday.
The driver, Johnny was not only super nice, but very professional. Before towing my car, he tried to help me troubleshoot the issue. All of this in the rain! I am thankful for all of his help and getting my car to the dealership.
I highly recommend Quality towing.

I am handicap and they would not even allow me to pay an extra fee to get my vehicle.
With one leg they made me go to the nearest gas station, get cash and still didn’t let me get my vehicle.
I waited outside because she said one person in at a time!!
I was here for over a hour, others came and got the vehicles!! Even a tow truck driver quit because they didn’t care about their customers. I still was not allowed to get my vehicle, see the open sign!? They supposed to be open 24 hours a day.
I asked for a supervisor and she left my on hold for over 5 mins. Just not to answer or give me a name nor a number.

Christopher did an amazing job. He put my car, exactly where I wanted it; and he went through great lengths to do so. He actually helped me put my car in neutral; without my car key; and that in of itself is a difficult task, considering you have to be underneath the vehicle to put it in neutral manually. His effort is greatly appreciated; if you have any issues with your car, call quality towing and services. Respectable company in my honest opinion.

First, I want to say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist at this location was extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in basic manners. From the moment my family and I walked in to retrieve our car after it was towed, we were treated as if we were a burden. Her tone was dismissive, her body language hostile—rolling her eyes, tossing her head back, and acting with clear attitude for no reason.
We approached the situation politely and provided all the proper documentation, including proof of our rental agreement. Instead of helping us, she continued to make the process difficult by constantly changing the requirements and making up new excuses for why our car couldn’t be released.
We were visiting from out of state and tried to explain we had no other means to get home, yet she showed zero empathy. The situation escalated when she began arguing with my husband in a way that made it seem like things could turn physical. She became more aggressive, threatened to call the police, and even mocked us about not getting our car back.
The woman in question appeared to be in her mid-to-late 40s, had light brown hair, light-colored eyes, glasses, and displayed behavior that we also believe was racially motivated.
This was truly an awful and dehumanizing experience. I would never recommend anyone do business with this place.Jun 04, 2025 -
Daniel, Rich, and Harvey were instrumental in getting my car back home safely. I was supposed to go to work in this snow storm in a Dodge Challenger. Another vehicle was disabled on the George Bishop bridge so I had to come to a complete stop. After stopping I was disabled. The County Police officer was great as well. One of the tow trucks became stuck themselves, we all got off the bridge safely. Then got me home. Thank you guys for all of your hard work keeping people safe today!

AMAZING SERVICE !!!!!!! Definitely recommend. These guys came to the rescue. I got stuck out here in Myrtle beach, it was hard to get a towing company out here on a Saturday but these guys stay on business. I’m glad I came across them. I appreciate their patience and effort for this hell of a job. They did the impossible!!! They are just the best. Wonderful service. Thank you for this experience.
