Well let’s start off by saying it’s not the most friendliest place to go to like a lot of these local stores in loris. I went the first time and they had one boy doing all the work and wouldn’t let him eat his lunch , the other guy literally was just sitting watching him so that’s a red flag. Idk if it’s prejudice or what but the feeling is off when you go in there , they look at you like “ok what you did want” no speaking or nothing… I spent close to $700 one day on two batteries and some other things , come to find out I didn’t need it and tried to return it lets just say I had to go alll the way TO CONWAY to get my money back because they didn’t have enough cash for to refund $280 , then they couldn’t even put it back on my card. I ask if they would have it tomorrow and he says he doesn’t know… I just feel like they were playing games and didn’t want to return my battery. Some of These folks in loris really give off prejudice and O’Reilly is definitely one of them … I’ll save my time and time and take my money elsewhere next time. I definitely didn’t feel welcomed and definitely don’t shop were i don’t feel welcomed.. wish I could give it 0 stars for the customer service.

I guess I will start from the top, I bought a torque converter 7th of January, recieved it 7 days later, put the part on my car at a certified mechanic, it was a bad part, took it back to O'Reilly 2 days later they said the warranty had expired, which they didn't even tell me there was a warranty on it, spoke with manager would not give me my money back, but could order me a new one which I didn't want, so I said go ahead, while waiting I called corporate to see if it was even possible reason why they wouldnt let me return it, corporate said they would check into it, and let me know, they never returned my call to follow up, ok recieved new converter, put it on my truck, truck running great, take back the old converter for the core, system wiped clean, no record of me even buying the part there, the manager is not a very nice person, always give me problems Worst experience ever, Loris South Carolina O'Reillys

Pretty good people. If they don't have what you need they will have it for you sometimes in the same day. If not they will have it the next day

This is a racist oriley went in this morning to get oil and filter they wouldn’t take my money said they just open after being open for 30mins the manager was unprepared to make change for his customers saying he doesn’t have enough to break a bill , I know that however he was unprepared due to me working management in circle k stores so I really felt it was a bigger issue. And felt discriminated against .

I dealt with a man named Will and he was awesome. He didn’t get annoyed with me even though I had to call him several times lol. He was VERY patient with me and got what I needed. He also gave me information on everything I had questions about. He was very good at his job. He also knows what he’s talking about and is very helpful. He should have a raise and be the manager of the store. Thank you will for all of your help. You are the absolute best.

I WAS a firm believer in using o Reillys for everything related to vehicles i had a commercial accont with them and was there at least 3 times a week until today I bought a A/C compressor and got it put on and it was bad from the store and when I called them they acted like it was my fault and didn't want to help with anything to do with it so I would recommend everybody stay clear of them

Went in to look at hand sponges for washing the car and a bucket. Found them easy and then got wipers (on sale, BOGO) BOSCH. Saved $20. Will go back to get the washing products and possibly get rotors & brake pads too. All needs to get done. Also going to get the products to clean inside. Need to detail this car the best I can. Great help too!

I like O'Reilly's over the other parts places in the area. They get you out quick and keep promises to get your parts. The are friendly and helpful.

All is good at O'Reilly's and Lourdes Great service I've been going there for years the only problem I have is I'll spend over $30,000 the past couple years I haven't received one coupon or discount or anything in that matter

These guy really slammed the door and rushed to lock it As soon as I got to the door. Nevermind the fact that I need oil and the gas station was out. Im stuck here in the front of the store with my hood up and no help. They play nice but the only good one was the guy Jameson he helped you no matter what. Im going to Advance Auto freak this place

No one behind the counter. I waited 10 minutes to pay for some catckean and both employees were outside with customers. Get them some help and stop cutting corners. I left it setting on the counter and walked out.

Parts cost almost the same price as Carquest and Napa, my advice is 2 do a store 2 store price check then compare the prices.

Great service! Had a problem with a faulty new battery i had purchased 4 months agk and they were able to diagnose the problem and warranty the battery and make it right. Every experience I have had with these guys has been great so far. Definitely recommend them!
