So I called on Wednesday and spoke to someone about a pick up for 2 pickup truck beds.the lady said it would be the next day.well I waited the whole day and finally decided to about 230 for an ETA. The lady said that the only truck driver they had was doing personal things for ownwer.i was a little irritated and was a little rude.I contacted her today to be put back on the list and to apologize and that's when she got rude and first of all I don't give a day and time of arrival and 2nd of the owner makes our pay checks when he says something we don't have a choice ok far enough..however the scrap we bring gets sold to refineries for other things to be made with it that's y its called recycling. So if it wasn't for y stuff owner nor employee would have check.like I said first experience my last experience I'm reporting to the BBB.and if the place is closed to public then pick up is policy not courtesy
Great people, great payout, great service. The whole staff at allens is amazing our truck broke down out there and they tried everything to help. Great friendly staff would highly recommend anyone to come to this location. You won't regret it.
Sat there and watched me move 400lbs of steel for 35mins just to tell me they don't want to sell that metal. once I was finished may I add... I asked "you couldn't have told me this 35mins ago or maybe marked it so I didn't waste a hour for nothing " this **#$$# employee has the audacity to tell me atleast it was good exercise... it TOOK ALL THE PRAYING not to put my hands on this feller! I've spent $1000's and normally the regular guys are great but I will not be back anymore! Monday morning my company will be switching to hatchel&son and I'll preach it to the other vendors
very unprofessional people down there heard bad things and should have listened,they couldn't tell stainless from brass complained to the girl in office she said ill check into it and call you back 2 day later still no call do your self a favor and go else where!!!!
