Ronald is Awesome! He always says hello to people, helps folks if they look like they're struggling especially older people. He is a pleasure to see whenever you pull up. The other man I think his name is Lucky, could take some tips from Ronald.
Open late, convenient and not usually too busy. The workers are pleasant, helpful- just ask them if unsure. I always acknowledge them and get a friendly reply.
man was rude as heck!!, was being racism towards my boyfriend family, not letting them put waste in bulk but then lets me and hispanic boyfriend do it!!!, the bulk wasn’t even full, we had to go down to 905 dump and there waste was fuller!!!!!, but still allowed us to throw our stuff
away!!, never going there again!! 1 star.
The Caucasian man working there is horrible. He yelled at me yesterday for not using the small opening for the cardboard, instead I walked in the bin and placed them there ONLY BECAUSE I could not get to the opening due to him standing in front of it messing around with the boxes. He said he was not his job to stack cardboard for people. Then proceeded to yell at me for parking my car at the household dumpster if I had cardboard. I had both!!! He sits in his truck all day and watches people. He is very confrontational.
It is clean for a trash place but an d dude there named Andrew is VERY rude and nasty acting. He has always been rude and snotty for as long as I have been going there. Maybe someday he'll lose that chip on his shoulder.
The Caucasian man that works weekends needs to grow up and learn to speak to people with respect without prejudice. I'm not sure how he passed a background check for the county, but he's a ticking time bomb.
This facility is a great place . Very organized & very clean for being a trash & recycling center . I’m from Pa. originally. They need those back there . Great job Longs recycling center !!!
