Purchase went smooth with John at Bennett buildings, and i enjoyed dealing with him. On install day, it was delayed by a few hours due to trailer flat tire, but I was kept informed as to updated schedule, and they showed up late in the evening, and completed my install. Very happy with quality of structure.

John was responsive and easy to deal with, Leann with the shipping was polite and friendly, and the delivery driver, hard-working and friendly. Great overall experience, shed looks good and is exactly what I needed. Overall great experience.

I recently went to Bennett Buildings of Longs to order a 20 x 30 shed roof, and John Shoaf did an excellent job of designing the shed on the computer and filling in all the options. He underwrites for Longhorn Steek Structures from Pilot Mountain, NC. The price was a little high but the product quality and install was outstanding. It took about 5 hours and I've never seen 3 guys work so hard in my life! I highly recommend Bennett Buildings and John Shoaf if you are looking for shed roof of any size, big or small. Dan Haggerty

We buy a repo building, had it for about a month. It now leaks, where's its a repo they won't fix it. Way to stand behind your buildings! Next, find out today the amount owed on the building is 14k. We have paperwork and at the very end where you sign says 10k. We put 4k down. We went through the rto process so it put the building back up to 17k. Nobody explained that to us. We assumed the 4k come off the 10k.. because that's what the paperwork said right next to where you sign. Unfortunately our 4k is just gone and we owe 14k instead of 6k. I'd not recommend buying from these ppl at all!! They conveniently leave the part out that there's a higher balance and it's on another page and in very small writing. Very disappointing! No sir, don't need another copy, nobody done their job in explaining a thing. We are out of $4,000 cause you guys didn't explain anything. Take that 4k and use it to fix my building.

I had the absolute best buying experience with Mr. John S. He let me browse his lot and was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to make the purchase. The young guy that delivered it was as equally amazing in that he maneuvered a 10 by 16 shed around a rather large tree like a pro and my "she shed" now sits perfectly where I wanted it to be. We got to the place, person did not acknowledge us or say we will be right with you - even though he was with a Customer , ! Customer service very poor !

Bought a storage shed from Bennnet Buildings about a month ago. From start to finish the entire experience has been great. Daphne helped us look at and compare our options and ended up ordering a new shed built to our specifications. I was told to allow 3 to for weeks for construction and delivery but was contacted the next week and received delivery. The shed is built we'll and looks beAutiful and we are extremely happy with our purchase. and will be recommending Bennet to everyone. Thanks for all your help guys!

We bought our shed in 2017. Within a year, we noticed a leak in one of the corners. When we called, we were told that Bennett Buildings was under new ownership and no longer services the buildings sold under the previous ownership. We are still making our payments as scheduled for a shed that I will have to tear apart and rebuild myself. This is very poor customer service and I will never recommend this company to anyone! Beware!

My wife and I purchased a building from Devin at bennett building of Little River and told him during the process that not only were we new to town but new to South Carolina. Devin never mentioned that we might have to have a permit to place this building on our property. As it turned out we were issued a stop work order and after four months of battling with the city we were forced to pay to have it moved to the other side of the house to meet the set backs for our neighborhood. I called Devin and emailed him, he offered no help just said it was the purchasers part to obtain permits. The home office sent me one email then nothing else. In short, there are plenty of other building lots to buy from, do yourself a favor and stay away from bennett buildings as they have zero customer service after they get your money.
