Was in and out place looked cleaned for a trash dump. Took a minute for the guy working to acknowledge me because he was talking to another customer seemed like more of a friend. Offered no help just kept talking and pointed to furniture

A waste of taxpayer dollars. Typical Democrat business plan of selling the citizens ab idea that they're not going to support in order to grow departmental revenue.

Nice staff the very few times I have talked to one of them. Always pull up and dump what goes where and out very quickly.

Lazy government associates that will go out of their way to not empty your recycling bin. Makes me sick my tax dollars pay for these welfare queens. DO YOUR JOB!

Rude guy working there. My father passed away and I was cleaning his home out. He's paid taxes in Greenwood county since 1977 and his estate is still paying them. I told the guy working there this story and I lived in Laurens county and his reply was "yeah thats what everybody says". Fat, lazy, rude and acted like it was an imposition to help. Still fuming about. I'd seriously like to go back and give him a thrashing but cooler heads will prevail.

Petty, unprofessional, lazy jerks that look for a reason not to do their job. Any reason under the sun not to pick up your bin.

I'm so very frustrated with Greenwood County Recycling. I was told that my bin was not emptied because it was not facing the right direction, but I have yet to find any information on the website telling me which direction it is supposed to be facing or where it is supposed to be placed. To make matters worse, I have to wait another two weeks for them to come back to empty my already over-flowing bin:( I was curious (and a tab bit frustrated) as to why my neighbors stopped utilizing their bins, but they may have already encountered the problems I have. I have no problem turning the bin a certain way or placing it 3 feet away from the mailbox (you have to do this as well. I was not aware of this), but please make it known. Also, I don't think they will empty my bin if it is overflowing so that means I have to put all my recyclables in the trash:( or to a recycling center, but I own a civic and have two toddlers with strollers and a wheelchair. There is no way I'm going to be able to fit a bin load of recyclables in my car! AND you only get one cart so don't try requesting two. PLUS, the last time they dumped my bin, it seems that a lot of the paper ended up in my yard and not in the truck. I will continue to utilize their services, because I have no choice, but I'm not happy with them.
