Worst place to buy parts , parts are no good no warranty no money returned lost $1500 on transmission and trip don’t buy anything from this place when I asked them for warranty or the money the called police to get me out so they don’t pay

Worst experience ever! The people there are very rude, unprofessional. Do not waste your time. We call in advice, confirmed that the part is available, drove 1.5hr to be informed that the part is not for sale, when I saw it still on the car at the front yard… they probably just did not want to spend their time removing it. What is completely incomprehensible is that the part is still for sale at the online platforms. No sure how they are still in the business!

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The customer service was unprofessional, and communication was practically nonexistent. This is NOT how a business should be run especially one that relies on customers needing urgent parts or help. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

A 3 star review is terrible I will not even consider doing business with this place. The review shows Gary as the main problem management should get rid of him or force him to respect the people spending their money. Good luck.

I suggest you find another junkyard they lie about the price they lie about having everything ready we drive 4 hours to come here just to wait for hours to get what we came for that we was reassured was out and waiting for us then we were told it was one price but its 4 or $500 more than what they said these people here are nothing but liars should be more like Pollock's not Polaris

This the most unprofessional place I have ever been to! When I walked in they had no customers 1 guy on his cell phone texting and the other guy on the computer. Nobody greet me for 4mins. It was awkward. The business phone ring once and they picked it up as if I wasnt in there. For the first time in my life I felt invisible. After 4mins I walked out and wrote this review. 8/17/2023 I’m bk in 2025 The service still haven’t changed!! Please spend your money elsewhere.

Gary the owner has the worst customer service known to man. He is always rude an arrogant. This is the last time my family and I utilize this place for ANYTHING!! The lady at the desk was pleasant. I can only imagine what she must go through on a daily basis working under him. Let's all keep her in prayer

Very rude!!! A sharp tongue is not good company policy, nor a proper business attitude.Your'e not the only junkyard in the upstate. Learn common curtesy, why don't you. Very rude on the phone.

No issues whatsoever. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Price was fair. I will definitely be coming back here when I need parts, and it's way out of my way. It's difficult to find reputable companies in this industry.

Exceptional service and experience !! Had the coil pack I was looking for at a fraction of the cost anywhere else. Had my part fast and it worked perfectly. Will definitely call them for anything I need in the future !!

Pollards had a very hard to find part I needed for my wife’s Acura and at a great price! The customer service was also phenomenal. Huge shout out to Lee for his help!

I called Pollards 8:02am. I told them gentleman who answered I needed a window regulator for my Expedition. He put me on hold for 15 seconds and told me he had what I was looking for. I got there at 10, he told me it'll be 20 minutes to pull the part.....15 minutes later I was out the door. Will definetly pull back up.

The radio went out on our 2014 Ford Escape and we called Pollards to see if they had what we needed. Andrew was very helpful and was able to pull the parts we needed so my husband could install! Finally could use the radio/Bluetooth again! Also pulled a ceiling handle so we could replace a broken one in our escape as well! Great service and would definitely use again!

Pollard’s Auto Salvage is the best! Andrew and the crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and bend over backwards to help their clients. They helped me keep my older car running with their inventory and were amazing when I finally retired the old girl. They towed her to the yard and I still got a little cash return. You won’t be disappointed doing business with Pollard’s!

Great business men! A lady can visit this establishment without a man! These men know how to take care of their customers! Friendly professional service where race and gender aren't on the top of their list, but good service to whomever they serve is. I recently purchased an alternator from them and they stood by their merchandise until they made me happy!! If you can't afford the new parts for your car GO HERE!!

This was my 3 visit to this place in the last three years. Prior to this visit they were rude and unprofessional and I walked out without getting my parts. So on 05/18/2022 at 1:30pm I came in and told them I'd bought four new parts and they all didn't work. So I wanted to get one from him that worked. He said quote ( the common denominator in this is you) I walked out I won't be back ever. !!!!!

There's no 0 stars...Rude when I walked in. First man didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Quoted me one price on the phone with trade in part. I accepted this, and brought the part (I told him that I was BRINGING THE PART). He charged me a higher price. After going back and forth about the charge, he finally says that he didn't see the radiator in my hand. Had they looked up when I walked in the door, maybe they would have saw it. Or how about "Ma'am did you bring the trade in?" Terrible atmosphere. Radiator didn't work and they wouldn't refund the money. Hadn't even been 24 hours!

I was skeptical about going here because of all the bad reviews but they were the only place within miles that had the part we needed. The man I talked to was very friendly. I let him know we were coming from Georgia and asked how long it would take for them to get it off the car. He said he would give the order to his guy and have it ready when I got there. I had to wait no more than 30 minutes for them to bring it out. That man was also very friendly. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Never go there called in advance to pick up a starter was told it would be waiting once I got there the guy brung me the invoice for 70.00 for the part after paying it. He said he would be back in 5 minutes with it after waiting so far for almost two hours and after trying to get a refund I'm still here waiting my advice is NEVER VISIT HERE. They don't value customers service it's seems like everyone here has a attitude. My advice is shop elsewhere.

I recently made a post concerning a used gas tank purchase for a 1986 Nissan 300zx. I'm not sure whom I spoke with on the phone because she never gave her name nor did I ask. To make a long story short. I may never had written the post if someone from the Pollard team made an attempt to come an speak with me. I paid for the product in advance. I called and asked about any rust issues which you said there wasn't any. I waited in my car for hours in the 97 or higher degree heat to receive the product.I called and asked how much longer the wait was because I was starting to feel ill from the heat.You gave me good advice on where to go to maybe help cool my body temperature. After all that said and done, .You guys had me waiting outside your locked gate (waiting for a refund) knowing that I wasn't feeling well and that I also had to drive an hour and a half back to Columbia. Which no one showed up. I understand now that I can drive back up there and pick up the gas tank or 50 dollars from the 75. (Restock fee).This going to have to be a 75-dollar lesson that I'm just going to have to eat. Yes, I will lose my money but in the long run. The Pollard Team may lose even more

Bought a rear end. Owner said that they would not deliver if the shop was closed. Well they delivered as well as damaged. The owner blames my mechanic. So much for being honest business man. He is very rude and a bit arrogant. My father was a mechanic for 40yrs and got many many parts from here. I will not be returning.

Wouldn't recommend buying anything from here . I'm a body shop 2 hr's away from them and have purchased a 350.00 headlight that the mounting tab was the only thing broke, From what I was told. The lens is busted and can't even get a response or return phone call !!!

Bought a throttle body for $178 it didn’t work, I emailed and asked Andrew to call me, he didn’t he emailed so I called him. I told him that it didn’t work I already paid to have it taken back off and reboxed to return it. He told me to go to auto parts store to have it tested knowing it had to be on the car but I didn’t so I took it they could’ test it then when I called back and left a message he didn’t return my call I had to call him again he was a smart a** about it we ended the call and then he started emailing me calling ME, the paying customer, a scammer, when all I did was pay for a bad part that he didn’t want to exchange I will never do business or recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Very rude, lousy customer service. This is the first and last time I use this place. I was told that the part would be ready in 30 minutes. 50 minutes later, I'm still waiting. I went in to speak to the owner about the wait and his reply was "you're lucky that you aren't waiting two and a half hours". I'm just waiting for a small Ford amp that is mounted on the bottom of the backseat on a f150. Ridiculous!!! Total time of me waiting for this part 1hour and 30 minutes. The amp only had four screws and two plugs on it!!!

Very rude when I called and asked to speak to manager or owner. They do NOT pay you for your good engine, battery, tires, etc. If they're still in the car. They will rip you off and only pay for frame. I would recommend before you shop here to take any valuable working components out of car before you sell it to them to make your moneys' worth. Tip: replace good tires with bad ones cause they wont pay for those either.

Bought a transmission from them and had an ASE certified shop to install. Transmission turned out to be bad. The woman at the counter was very rude. She was making excuses and would not replace or give me my money back. It was a nightmare.

Pollards had exactly what I needed, I called a day in advance for the price of rear vent panels on a 02 escalade. I was quoted a price of $75.00!! Great you may say,and Indeed it was. But when I came from 1 1/2 hours away to get this part, they decided to double the price. I would not EVER in my life deal with Pollards again.
