I sure don’t post many reviews, but these guys deserve it. Patrick, the manager and Rodrigo the new guy are both fantastic and willing to go the extra mile to help. These guys are earning my business every visit.
Patrick and Matthew were extremely helpful all day ( called a few times and came by twice lol ) with my questions and needs. Did an online order and it was ready within the hour. Great customer service from top to bottom! Definitely will continue to bring my business there 😊

I had to purchase a battery over the phone for my wife who was out of town. I had them install it. I checked it when she got home and found the hold down clamp not attached at all. Common guys, one bad bump and that bracket could have shorted the battery and burned my car to the ground.
I love O’Reilly auto parts but keep up the image guys. I called you to keep my wife safe. 3 stars only because I love the brand……
The ac on my Subaru stopped working and I was determined to fix it myself. I went into Simpsonville location and met Patrick. He went above and beyond to assist me. He also gave me the courage to meet my repair goals! He put up with me for 2 days with patients and grace. The repairs were a success and I owe it all to Patrick. I give 2 thumbs up for his premiere customer service and his presence! This is my “to go” shop. I hope it will be yours as well ❤️
They have 1 employee, AJ, who should not be doing this job, pulling parts is NOT his thing. Went to pick up rear rotor and caliper he looked up on the computer and got parts and sent us in our way.... Get home he gave us a front rotor not for my car and a caliper that also wasn't correct. Stuff happens, not a problem. We look up parts, take screenshot of part and part number and head back up. They didn't have the caliper, no problem just a return and get it from FI. Show AJ picture of part and part number, he made some jokes, haha, he got us the correct rotor he says (like how can you mess this up, I showed a picture and part number) and we go on our way to pick up the caliper from FI. Get back home and of course the rotor is again wrong. Call up there AJ answer and is really dismissive, we called a bit before close, the phone rang for 3 or 4 minutes before he answered. Go back the next day after praying he wouldn't be there (feeling a bit angry at this point with the situation) and we ended up dealt with the Sunday morning manager who was amazing and kind and got us on our way with the correct part. Basically AJ helped to made a 30 minute job take hours upon hours, times precious AJ double check your work.
This was my second time stopping by here. The same guy happened to help me again, Jay. Every business needs a Jay. I'd purposely come back here again vs other nearby auto parts stores just to have his help and great personality!
This is a great store! The employees are hardworking, attentive and professional. The store manager Patrick is knowledgeable and super helpful! Even when they are busy he makes sure to answer any questions the customer may have and he goes above and beyond.
New management is a complete joke, i believe the worker patrick who’s a manager is the one who i attempted to receive help from he was rude and declined to help saying he couldn’t work on vehicles then moments later he goes outside to work on a customer vehicle. He complained about me trying to work on my car after buying a part at his store the old team with paige would never discriminate against me it’s not worth the hassle going here when there are two other shops on the way especially when you’re dealing with employees that don’t reflect the standards and values of the company they work.
During my visit, I received the installation of wiper blades. Upon leaving, I noticed that the arm of the windshield wiper was broken. The manager determined that the store is not responsible for the broken arm. I do not recommend this location.
I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts when I Really Needed Some Help. I was @ Car Wash on the Weekend , when I got ready to leave , my battery was dead. My car called for a Really Difficult Installation and The Associate did not hesitate. He worked diligently for at least an hour to do the proper installation. In the End he apologized for taking a while to install my new battery. I apologized for having a car that was so difficult. I am so proud that I decided to go to O'Reilly's . Thanks for All the Hard Work ! And Thanks Again !
No complaints here, I know jack all about cars... But I went in there with a picture of the part that I needed - expecting it to be something that they'd have to order, or that I'd need more info on. I showed the picture to one of the employees, and he found it in about 2 minutes. Not bad pricing, employees were friendly and helpful, clean store. 5/5
The prices are a little more than advance auto, which is the only reason why I am giving them four stars instead of five. However, the selection is at least twice as good. The quality of the parts, and the tools are objectively better. The staff is very helpful, kind and courteous. The last three times I’ve needed parts or tools, O’Reilly has had exactly what I needed, when Advance, and Autozone did not. Even with the prices being higher, I am debating switching all of my automotive parts business here.
Been coming here for about a year getting parts for 3 cars. Each time I come in I am greeted and asked if needed help with anything. Store is always clean. They have parts that I need without ordering them, a reward/point system, Great quality of products, decent size collections, and friendly customer service.
Out running errands for the husband and was given a parts list to get. Everyone here was very helpful and nice. I had no idea what the parts were and they helped me get exactly what I needed and even got me some good sale items to save on cost. Came back and the husband was happy with it all so that was good. Been here a few times and it has been good every time.
I called this store the night before Thanksgiving looking for some spark plugs no other auto stores were stocking. Not only did they order them immediately, but they had my parts delivered by 0730 on Thanksgiving morning and ready for me to pick up. Great service.
