Folks Looks like you definitely need to go by and check out this place. Great Selection of Items for the Entire Family and Daily inventory changes everyday so you might find that item you're looking for. The Staff is very helpful and will try to be as helpful as possible.
A great place to find special slightly used name brand clothing, shoes. This place has everything from furniture. appliances, glassware, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, just about everything you are looking for in your kitchen. Comforters, blankets, etc. They sell jewerly, mirrors, paintings, household items. To vases, and items you want to place around your house. A wonderful thrifting experience. You never know what you might find. I love to go for that adventure. Someone else's let go items become your treasures. Besides my great treasures the store helps people in great and dire need. You are giving back to help someone in great need. It's become one of my fun places to thrifting! And enjoy meeting others weekly. A blessing for all!
Used to be 5 stars, but their prices have gone up significantly. Clean location and friendly staff, I can usually find something here. Very easy to donate items as well.
It's a very big thrift store, and I loved it! It's just a little packed, and the woman working there was a 60-something-year-old woman. She was probably new, and we waited in line for about 20 minutes just for her to say the line was closed. We were like, "No, we're not going to stand in line for 20 minutes for you to say it's closed!" She said, "Well, I'm trying to take my break." We waited for another 10 minutes, and she said the register was closed again. There was a sign that said the register was closed, but nobody could see it until they got up there. The other cashier on the other side had about 20 people waiting until another woman came and told the 60-year-old woman she couldn't just take a break whenever she wanted to until someone else took over. So, she rang all of us up, and I'm not going to be going to that thrift store for a while.
Everything was arranged very nicely. It was like shopping in a department store. Quality of everything is also good.
If I had any complaints, prices were a little high for thrift store. Of course, that's just my opinion.
There pricing was CRAZY! They wanted $2 for some plastic “wine” glasses, they shouldn’t have been more than $.50 everything was way too expensive! Very disappointing!!!
Do not try to donate any large items at this location. They will try to find any and every reason to not accept the item. It amazed me that you try to DONTE good furniture that was barely used and the workers in the back day that they can't accept it because it has a scratch the size of a quarter. You can tell that it's pure laziness back there which is a shame for their customers who could use the furniture.
Nice store. Not much in the way of merchandise, the Wade Hampton store has a much larger selection, but the staff was very friendly. And my mother did find a couple of cute blouses. God bless.
I shop at this store numerous times during the week sometimes two or three times a week and some of staff in here makes me not wanna come anymore and I spent plenty of my dollars in this store. Crystal makes me feel like I’m unwanted in the store by watching people as if they are trying to steal or take something. I don’t like coming to store when I’m spending my money and you are thinking badly about the people spending their money. If it wasn’t for people like me she wouldn’t have no job. If I could I would give this store no stars but I had to put something. If this continues I will call the store owner George Allwes and let him know how Tammy and Crystal at this miracle hill is not providing good customer service. Today 5/4/24 the manager Tammy was off she came in the store with her 3 grandkids around 12:45pm and I watched them pick up all kinds of stuff and the color was blue and she had red, yellow, and other colors that wasn’t a dollar and Crystal came to register just to put her stuff in so that other employee would charge her full price. But Tammy and Crystal watched me as they normally do for no reason only because they were taking things themselves. They even look in the system at my information to see when I come in out of store and what I purchased. They need to do away with the new system because Tammy have looked in system and I got my phone number and called and left a message on my voicemail. She even looked in system to get my name and came up to me to see if that was me. This lady is doing too much and they need to find a new manager asap. I don’t have to take nothing I have a good job that’s why I come in the store and buy what I want and it’s keeping her and Crystal a job. She overprices everything so she can take from the store. Tammy needs to be fired because she is taking from a ministry don’t watch me when I come in store I’m a honest person so watch someone else. She left store with 4 bags and probaly didn’t pay $5.00. I don’t think I’ll be back until there is new management.
I used to love this place, but they have become so greedy. Thrift stores should be a place where poor people can afford to shop, but this isn’t the place. They have so many donations they can barely process them and yet they sell dollar tree items that are USED for more than what dollar tree charges. I understand they do great work for the community, but the community needs an affordable place to shop as well. Especially used items. I understand they up the prices bc of resellers, but at least resellers CLEAN THE ITEMS before overcharging for them. I hope they figure this out and stop price gouging for used items.
Found such a cute outfit here, and my now-favorite shirt. Obviously had a smell like all thrift stores do (old lady) but that’s expected, it’s a thrift store! Very happy with my visit! Everything is neatly organized and mostly where it should be.
Juanita is nasty. Maybe consider getting rid of her and your business may be more customer friendly. My husband was planning to purchase a comforter that was listed at $3.55. He got up to the register and she refused to ring him up, stating “That’s not the real price.” He questioned why she would say this and rather than give any reason, she said, “It’s $6.” She made this up entirely. It was clearly marked as being $3.55, no more no less- and he even offered to pay $5 for it to appease this less than personable employee, but she refused and demanded $6. He left without purchasing the item. Bottom line, I know times are tough with hiring, but at least hire people who aren’t going to run your customers out of the store. She is completely disrespectful, and dare I say accusatory for seemingly assuming that customers are making up their own prices...because so many people go around with colored stickers in their wallets waiting to rip off Miracle Hill.
I don’t want to see any “Response from the owner” unless it’s to tell me how you’re handling Juanita’s behavior.
I just left the store. Very clean and well-organized. Tons of great deals to be had. The variety of products is fantastic. The staff was friendly but looked very tired at 5 pm. I feel that they may need to have more employees working.
This use to be a nice place to shop, I don’t know what’s going on but the staff in there sucks!!! Candy , the black lady with the beautiful hair cut.( Don’t know name)Jeremy is the only ones that really show love to the customers. I used to tell friends, co-workers and everyone about this place. I usually donate extra change and everything. Never again I’ll put it where someone would appreciate it. Please by all means do something with Kim& Krystal because they lies !! You can’t talk to the manager because she’s never around. . I wish they would get all new staff before they are running some good customers away ,because a lot of peoples are actually talking about leaving that place because of the same reason. THE STAFF!!
The staff here is very helpful. There is an abundance of clothes to choose from. It's a bonus that you get to help such a wonderful Ministry like Miracle Hill. The store is very open and spacious and very easy to move the racks of clothes. Found a couple of golf shirts for under $5 a piece in like new condition. They even had some decorator fabric at a very reasonable price.

I think this place is awesome. Is so big and you can find great clothes for affordable prices. I like to go there when I am searching for a specific item.
But, you always find more things than you are searching for for sure! The staff so far had treated respectfully and they are friendly. I have donated tones of merchandise in this store because they have a program that they help the community. I heard that they don't believe in offering their community program to LGBT community. Therefore, I stopped shopping there as often as I used to. I like to help everyone regarding of who they are. I need to find out more about that. If that is completely true then I will never support their program again. Overall, the place is awesome.
What an amazing selection of beautiful items! The blue label sale today, through infinite largesse, gifted me some lovely trousers for a mere $ 2.00! I found gobs of books and some really cool shirts. All told, for $25.00 I am happy camper!

Clean and well organized...always. Even the shoe section doesn’t have odors. The employees are helpful and prices are low. Merchandise quality is surprisingly good with many new store items at thrift shop prices. Lots to pick from and they always open additional registers whenever the line gets long!
Nice, clean and doesn't smell. The process are very competitive. Sofa and chair $150.00 with a daily 15% discount, plus and additional 10% senior citizens doscount. AWESOME!!!
I love this place.... I don't get to go as often as I like, however when I do go, I always find something good... The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and that makes it easy to shop. My daughter loves the toy section and that's ok with me, because I have yet to purchase her anything over 9.00 and she has quite a few toys from here. I just love this place, on my most recent trip I wanted to buy a stand but I did not have the room to take it home and I just knew they would not let me buy it because most stores will not allow you to buy it and come back, but you never know until you ask. I asked the lady running the registers and turns out I could pay and come back and pick it up.
