The Door switch, they charged for each button on the plastic and then for the housing plastic as well. $97 for a window switch. If I could rate this any lower I would. Will not recommend.

They have to many fees, add ons, warranty charge, core charge, etc plus the part price too. By the time u add all them extras on top of there steep prices too it's just cheaper and more convenient to buy from eBay who 100% money back guarantees ur purchases for free, or Amazon who is lowest price usually 1 or 2 day shipping and also guarantees ur purchase for free without all the core charges and add ons. And their staff is anything but knowledgeable and professional. They treat u like ur a criminal if u go there to buy their junky worn out parts and then charge top dollar for scrap basically. If u don't treat customers fairly and respectfully then u will lose them. And without satisfied customers u won't sell anything or be in business anymore. To not take these negative reviews seriously is not good way to stay relevant or in business. I have decided that it no longer need the product that lkq has to offer as i can get much better from several other options without the price gouging extras and being treated disrespectfully and unimportant. Too bad it's not like lkq used to be the place To go for budget auto repair parts but those days are long gone. And so am i. Good luck.and. Goodbye.

Zero stars. If I could put negative stars I would. They will not answer your phone call and after waiting for someone for 15 mins the phone hangs up in your face.

Horrible Experience at LKQ (SC) I came at noon and spent almost half the day (4–5 hours!) pulling tires with rims. About 25 minutes before closing, I went to the counter and asked for the $5 tire dismount service — they refused. I even asked to buy the tires together with the rims — still refused. Meanwhile, 5–10 customers behind me were still being served and buying parts until closing time. I have photo and video proof of this selective and biased treatment. As a result, I wasted half a day, lost around $200, and spent Labor Day on their dirty yard instead of with my family. I came for the 50% off sale — but ended up with no parts, no discount, just wasted time and money. I consider this treatment humiliating. I will be filing complaints with BBB, state and federal agencies to request full inspections of this location, and I will take this to small claims court to recover my losses. It would have been cheaper and faster to just buy new tires at a store than waste time on this junk. This place selectively sells parts and treats customers unfairly — I do NOT recommend it to anyone.

Don't call them unless you want to get hung up on. All I was trying to find out if they have any nissan frontier. They lady was rude and hung up on me. And website kept freezing up. On me so. Not a nice way to do business.

Ive used LKQ alot over the years, but this visit to pick up the parts I had pulled to complete a rear subframe replacement by far the best experience Ive ever had. I dont just mean with LKQ. Im talking life in general. Easily top 5 best things to ever happen, bested only by the birth of my son, democracy, and the scene from "Every which way but loose" where the monkey gives that guy the finger. My order was for rear upper and rear lower control arms, and the accompanying camber bolts. Thankfully, they had the same issue I ran into with bolts seized into the bushings, and instead of potentially damaging the parts I ordered, I received the entire rear subframe complete with all accompanying parts and bolts. I could have open mouth kissed the tattooed smoke show behind the check out counter when I heard this grand piece of information. Instead, I decided to leave a 5 star google review. Also, Robert, the parts puller is a life saver coming in clutch to help me finish this project. Thank you guys

Mrs. Bianca provided outstanding assistance to me and my family in finding parts for my Cadillac Escalade. She was incredibly professional and delivered exceptional customer service. She answered all of our questions and truly made the entire experience less stressful. Her helpful and courteous attitude made our first visit to this location both pleasant and memorable. We are very grateful for her support! One recommendation I would make is to provide a direct phone number for this specific location. It was a bit difficult to get in touch by phone, and having a reliable contact number would make things much easier for customers with questions. That said, the in-person service was so outstanding that I would absolutely return again. Overall, a great experience thanks to Mrs. Bianca’s professionalism and support.

I went for a tire & rim found one in great shape was able to get all lug nuts off but one went to ask if someone could help the lady behind the desk said no one could help because they were short staffed but I counted literally 8 staff members behind the counters 2 who were actually working checking guys out other 6 just standing there talking laughing. I walked back out to the lot and walked passed another customer & asked if he could help & said yes immediately he got the lug nut off in 30 secs (he had a better tool than I did) I tipped him $10 & he was extremely grateful. I’m only giving 3 stars because I did leave what I was looking for at a reasonable price & they have great customers who come looking & will offer a helping hand if needed.

Mixed experience here. Folks that were behind the counter were helpful & nice. BUT when checking-out with 4 wheels they wanted to charge a ridiculous EXTRA price for the 4 plastic center bore dust caps (that match the wheels). I feel that is a pretty offensive final price gouge they tried and left me with a bad taste in my mouth on my experience here. I most likely will not be going back unless I have no other option.

Good yard fair pricing only give the 4 because it was a hour away in you can’t ever get a human on the phone to ask about a part before going. They ended up having the GOLF fenders and hood I needed but not the bumper and they had the bumper listed online and it still is yet they marked the hood in fenders as sold. If the bumper was there or still is somewhere I would buy it as I cannot find this color anywhere else sadly…

Place is a rip off. Been there three times for a simple part I needed and they trying to charge more than you can buy it brand new with a warranty even when you show them it's cheaper online they don't care.

Greenville location is horrible go to greer the prices don't match what's online at greenville so they over charge it's not neat or in order they have a sign that says you pick and we pull but never have anyone to pull the part and try to sell rims but the rims have lock nuts on them and no key smh think I'll never come back to be honest and beware

So far my experience has not been good. Found them online called the number multiple times and after picking the 1-3 number they offer on the phone call I always get hung up on. Can't talk to anyone over the phone for some reason. Says there are multiple matches for the part I'm looking for online but when I try to call and confirm nothing...

I went to buy the part and first asked how much it was they said $102, when I went and took it off they said $400 and this is not the first time they have overcharged for no reason, short lady with facial piercings disrespectful to customers.

Absolutely terrible service, I brought my HOMESCHOOLED sixteen year old son and since he's homeschooled he isn't going to have a school ID. I was refused service by an incredibly rude worker with piercings all over her face. Getting refused service is one thing but having a terrible attitude is another. I guess you can't expect everyone to be a good talker. She should not be around customers. Absolutely unacceptable attitude.

I was told to meet the driver to pick up the car and he would bring a check. The driver said he never carries checks so I had to drive to the yard to get me check. I have since received a notice from SCDMV about not having insurance. I called the 800 number but she said they have not way to transfer me to the yard and she didn't have a number for them. She proceeded to hang up on me. Now I have to drive to the yard again. This was supposed to be easy and it's been a major pain. I'll just give it away next time.

Their call center quoted me a price for a junker in my driveway. They told me they would bring me a check, look over the car, and leave with the car and title. The person picking up the car said they never have checks and the call center should know that. I would have to drive to their office. When I went, the parts sales desk sent me to another building 100 yds away. No one was there. There were keys on the desk by the door. I hung around for 10 minutes, eventually walking through the whole building. No one was there. I walked back to the sales office. They said they called the girl working there and she would meet me there. I walk back, hang around another 10-15 minutes, wander around the building. No one there. I go back to the sales desk. Same story. I asked if they could have her ring them when she was at her desk. Some little round troll of a woman then says in a really nasty tone, "She's not going to call me and say she's there." I said "why not." And she said "Because she's NOT!. You can go up there and get your check or go get your car. I'm not going to argue with you." I was once held up at gunpoint and that guy was a lot more pleasant to deal with. I eventually got my check. Before I would sell them another car I would have it towed to their parking lot and torch it myself.

So glad we have LKQ in Greenville and in Greer! No real surprises. Prices online, inventory online, parts exchange guide online. If you are not 100% sure about the part your buying, pay the little bit extra for the warranty. The part I bought last week didn't fix the problem. Genuine factory part was $1300. Used part to fix a used car $75. They gave me 100% of the cost back, no deduction! My car ended up not being worth it to fix. I let LKQ come and pick it up and they gave me a check for $400! It’s fun and they have a pretty good selection. Their online catalogue is very useful. But prices are just too high. I needed new hatch struts, and she billed me $10 PER STRUT, when we don’t even know if they work. That’s the same as brand new online. Junky washer nozzles are literally more expensive than they are new online. $3 to get in, $3 env fee no matter what you buy. I used to love going here, but the pricing just doesn’t make sense

I think this place for buying used parts is pretty good. The sticker labels on key parts was a good idea. I don't think it's fair game to charge you to go in and pull your own part. There should be no entry fee! Also since there is an entry fee they should offer a yearly membership that would equal less on average to appeal to the regulars. There should be good perks for the regulars who spend a ton of money at LKQ.

$10 to remove fender, $12 to remove doors, $25 to remove radiators, $12 to remove front bumpers, $12 to remove decklids, $10 for headlights, etc. Look for him, he's homeless but working for his money instead of begging on the streets. Hard workers, good guy, keeps your hands clean and cheap labor. Their everyday at greenville lkq near outside soda machines. Edit: i hired him for 3 weeks, turned out he was a Meth Addict and didnt want to work without it. Untrustworthy, never on time, smelled like pee, had money for this but not for food and sanitation.
