I highly recommend going here if you need car repairs! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was stranded two hours from home with a flat tire and busted rim and the technicians Lee and Tony did a wonderful efficient job to get me back on the road. The manager, Alan, as well as Michael and Cisco were also pleasant to work with as they kept me informed throughout the process and advocated to find a solution to get me back on the road. They also checked in the next day to make sure I made it back.
Very accommodateing,, Michael bowen was absolutely wonderful . Very knowledgeable and made sure I was informed with the steps that mechanic was doing. I was well taken care of. AAA on tanner was the best service I have ever experienced. Jakob and Lee I appreciate!
I highly do NOT recommend. I took car in for oil change and tire rotation. They kept my car for 2 hours and did not perform tire rotation. I was told that my lug nuts were swollen and they could not do it. They also said it would cost $200 for lug nuts! This place is a rip off. If you want to throw your money away take your car there.
Great place to plan a vacation. Our friend, Sara Testerman, is incredibly knowledgeable, sweet as pie, and goes the extra mile for her client's satisfaction. She's an expert at planning an exciting vacation.
Clean inside with waiting room, prompt service with a smile, and I love the detailed report that they provide digitally (which you can access later on to remind yourself). Alan and Jeff are great people that take care of you and car!
Definitely recommend this shop, they did everything they could to help get my vehicle back on the road. They explained the problem(s) and said exactly what they'd do to fix it. Everything was properly documented and clear.
We just had our car serviced there and I can not compliment them enough for their kind efficient care and service through the whole process. Alan Hardy, who was our contact person, went Above and Beyond to see that ALL our needs were met, and helped with transporting my handicapped husband, and with getting our car back home. They will rip you off. I went to get my brakes checked bc it was about time for them to be done. They gave me a quote for 1,000 dollars. Saying I needed all 4 rotors and pads replaced. I felt like that was high so I said no I won’t get them done today. Then they’re like well how much would you pay we can lower the cost. And that felt way off, shouldn’t the price be the price? After an hour and a half of them trying to get me to get my brakes done there (which I didn’t) and me telling them no 10+ times I finally got my car back. I call my dad bc it just felt so off. And he was in shock. I sent him a picture of the quote and he calls his car shop to get a quote as well. His car shop quotes me 550 for the same thing but says I probably do not need all the rotars replaced and it would most likely be 300 or less for the brakes. Do not trust this place. I mean to say well what would you pay for us to do them today. They were gonna take advantage and make me pay double if not more!!!
Will be back, think they can earn a 5.

My car battery died and needed to be replaced. The car services team helped tremendously to help me track down my battery warranty and get my car back to me quickly. Thank you team!
Just had a flat tire happened on my lunch hour on this extreme rainy. Took the car over to get the tire fixed and they didn’t charge me to get it patched! Happy Customer!
Had my car towed here after a breakdown. The people here are amazing! Their courtesy and consideration went beyond all my expectations, especially given that I was rather frantic at the time. They repaired my vehicle in record time and at a very fair price. Over the past 10 years I have lived in Greenville, I have tried many different maintenance and repair garages ... Thursday during the rain, I hit a curb at Walmart and blew out a tire. I pulled into AAA because it was near the exit. After assessing the damage, I went inside to see if anyone could change the tire. I am not a AAA member so I wasn’t sure they would be able to help. Alan went outside with me, took my keys and assured me he would take care of it. The tire was damaged beyond repair so I needed a new tire. Alan gave me several options. The employees changed the tires so I had two good ones on the front, put on the spare and ordered a new tire.
I returned the next day to get my new tire.
I was treated in a courteous and professional manner. The entire staff was helpful. A shout out to Alan for exceptional customer service! I don’t live in town, but I highly recommend this business.

This establishment has blocked the road to be able to access my neighborhood and is now forcing residents to drive through traffic and sit in line at the newly built whataburger next door just to get home making getting into my home a 20 minute ordeal instead of just two minutes. I will be revoking my four year old membership with AAA due to this disrespect to the community and will no longer recommend the membership to my friends thanks for making my life and daily commute a lot more stressful for nothing.
I needed roadside assistance and Aundre provided the service. He was very courteous, very professional and very helpful. Although I’ve needed roadside assistance only a few times in my 27 years as a AAA member, this was by far my best experience.
The service center is an amazing space to get your car worked on. They were very fast in assessing the car's service needs, then spent a good amount of time with us breaking that down with a document filled with pictures to showcase what they did and could do. Every step had the price break down, and at no time did we get pressured to do any specific repair or service. Their staff were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. Their pricing was very fair, and far better than most I've seen. Highly recommended.
I’ve been a AAA member for years but almost exclusively only used the roadside service. I came to the tanner rd location to have them inspect my truck and was treated with so much respect and kindness. I was walked through the issues my car had as well as my options. No one pushed me to get repairs my car doesn’t need, and everything was done fast. Thank you AAA for always having amazing service. Taking my cars here from now on!
Coupon for oil change and tire rotation is a good deal. I suspected they didn't do the rotation last time, so this time I sat at the window and watched the entire time. No rotation, nor did they check my air filters. Brought it up to the advisor but the technician insisted he did the service. Not interested in arguing about something I can't prove but I won't be coming back. We serviced all 3 vehicles here. Plus they constantly recommend unnecessary services. I don't need to change the coolant on a 2- 3 year old vehicle that has 10 year 100k mile coolant from the factory.
If you want to go to one of the worst auto repair shops in Greenville where the employees try to overcharge you on repairs then go here. AAA has become an absolute disgrace in Greenville and these employees don't care about being honest or truly disclosing all fees and can tell by the effort they put in every day and the attention of detail they put into the work on your vehicle.

I went into AAA for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to insist that I needed over $500 of maintenance services including brake & transmission fluid changes by saying they were “way overdue”… I had just had all of those services performed at my car dealership a few months prior.
If you choose to use their services, know EXACTLY what you are going in for—because they will lie to you to try to make you spend $$$. At least get a second opinion before agreeing to any work they suggest.
Took my care in to get a crank position sensor put on and I told them what the problem was because I just had the transmission replaced and after everything my bill was over double what it should have been. I will never go back to this place again. The $150 diagnostic is a way for them to inspect your vehicle and try and get you to spend more money and charge you for it.
I wish all AAA offices had auto service facilities attached. I came at my appointed time and they took my vehicle right away. They were friendly and courteous and reasonable priced. I would use them again for future services.
I had my car break down, friend had AAA so we took it to this garage. They diagnosed it the next day, no problem. I called around to compare offers and the gentlemen I talked with took such good care of me, and even tried to match my best quote and gave me a generous turnover time for the repair. I did not use them for the repair itself for other reasons, but not at all because of the service I received. I dealt with two gentlemen who were both wonderful, and very kind and understanding when I decided to go with another garage. I'm sure the work would have been great.
Let me first say that the customer service was great here, but I felt like I paid way too much for the service. I have a new 2021 Nissan Kicks and got a nail in the tire and was charged $44.00 just for them to plug my tire. I paid and that is on me but I just felt like that was a lot and being that I am a woman and did not know I was taken advantage of. I don’t think I will be using this company again.
First time using a AAA repair facility. I have to admit it won’t be my last. Friendly staff. It was easy to make my appointment. They got me in a little early and gave honest recommendations for my vehicle. I would recommend.
My first visit to an AAA Car Care service center was exemplary. The staff were professional and energetic. The facility was clean and bright. All my questions were answered freely. Checkout was quick and easy. I will definitely return.
I finally made time to visit the AAA office in Greenville-Tanner Road since we don't have one in our area. I was super impressed with the customer service I received from Katie and Rachel at the travel desk center. They are well informed and well travelled and will provide you all the information you need for your upcoming trip. The amazing part was they do with a BIG SMILE! How great is that!!?? My visit at this location was great and I will return again soon.
Timely service, polite / courteous staff, everything was explained to our satisfaction. My concern is that they are a tad pricey on tires, "they" could have suggested a less expensive tire as $170 for 1 tire was out of our budget so I "feel" that I was taken for a "ride" as that was all "they" had in stock. Our "busted " tire was dealt with in a timely fashion.
