GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!!! I live in Charlotte, N.C. and was in search of a vehicle part that I couldn't find at any other salvage yard for over a week. After making calls to salvage yards all over NC, SC and VA and getting bad customer service, hang ups and the runaround, I finally found this great place online and called and reached an excellent sales rep named Barry. He told me that he would check the yard to see if they had the part in stock and contact me and let me know if they did or not. A short time later I was surprised and grateful to recieve a text with a picture of the actual part and a call from him confirming the availability. I then asked him to please please please hold the part and told him that I would drive there almost 2 hrs away to pick it up...He then took the time to come up with a plan of action that would greatly cut my travel time by sending the part on a delivery truck to a salvage yard closer to Charlotte, being that he already knew that a delivery truck was heading that way from his location at some point in the day. Baker Truck Parts not only saved me time they saved me money. I would definently recommend this place to anyone who is looking for 5 star customer care. Thanks Barry you went above and beyond. It only took me 55 mins to drive and grab the part, and when I put the part on my vehicle it was in excellent working condition...
Friendly and nice personality and loyal to his customer I was fixing a fri3nds car we both were checking salvage yards I called bakers he had part I told him I had to drive 50 miles but I was common my friend called asking bout same part not knowing if found it and bakers told him he had part but just sold it when we arrived Bakers told us about the call and we thanked him explaining that we were n 2 different towns and we were hitting on all junk yards n the nearby cities him at his house & me at mine so yes I'm very pleased with my experience & will do future business with bakers when parts r needed
I ordered a rim from Monty's Auto Parts, never again. The day I was supposed to pick it up I was told it didn't come that it had to be reordered. I called Baker's, the guy was super nice and super helpful!! Said he could have it in 2 days. He sent me pictures to make sure it would fit,he called the NEXT DAY, it came early plus he discounted the price for a few minor scratches. All 5 stars for this place. Wish I had of gotten the guy's name,but I will definitely do business here again if I need parts or anything. Thx Baker's!!!

Great place for hard to find parts. The staff is very friendly. I took one star because of my last purchase experience. I called 2 times that day and by the time I picked up my order the price had jumped a hundred dollars from the original said price that morning! I felt a little taken advantage of. You should back up what you tell your customers and not give random reasons for taking more of their money.
Well i called on wed for part they said they have it i come in @ 10 am was told part be ready by lunch .its almost 2pm no part they lied and i bet part still gonna be higher than the new 1 .first time here and last time .... I dont like LIARS
Woww $320 on a used door, ppl please go to lkq pull a part it's $60 their. These guys are crazy, prices are ridiculous. Even other competitors offer them for half $150
Towing company is a ripp off. Towed my vehicle stored it in the junk yard and brought it out on a flat tire after charging me over 300.00 and did not have a receipt book available. Absolutely killing people who are in a bad spot.
I would give it no stars if I could. I tried to order a part. I gave them my part number and she said she could have it the next day. I thought that was awesome seeing that it was very hard to find this part. Well the next day the excuse was the guy had the wrong part number, then she said the next day she could have it. The next day the UPS man forgot the package. The next day was oh he only sent half the part. She said I will call you when it comes in that was a Friday. The next THURSDAY I called and asked why no one has called me. She said oh I've been out sick with a stomach bug all week. We will have your part tomorrow shipped by FedEx. I went up there and seen FedEx packages on the counter the next day. Oh your FedEx truck hasn't came yet she said. This was Friday 7/21/2017. She said I will call you as soon as it comes in expecting to come in that day from what she said. Now today (the next Friday) I called to cancel the order and for them to destroy my credit card info and that all of this was such bad business!! I finally found the part in Spartanburg and the guy has been so awesome and helpful!! I think the lady thinks im a stupid woman and that I know nothing about car parts and FedEx deliveries and such... Honey I worked with auto parts for 10 years prior to my current job. Don't play me like a fool. That place is such a joke. Rant over :)
Terrible never going back lost out on three days of work bc they couldn't deliver the part I needed when I was told it would be there next day at 12 and still haven't seen the part
BOUGHT A REAR END FROM THEM, THEY CHARGED ME A CORE AND SAID THEY WOULD REFUND IT WHEN THEY PICKED UP THE CORE, AFTER CALLING THEM 3 OR 4 TIMES AND WEEKS AFTER THEY NEVER WOULD COME AND GET THE CORE. BAD BUSINESS, COULD HAVE JUST CHARGED ME MORE, I CHARGE MY CUSTOMER MORE AND ALL WOULD BE WELL, INSTEAD I HAVE TO BITE THE BULLET ON THE CORE AND LOOSE MONEY

Spoke with Sergio 3 times over 2 weeks about the condition of a motor for a Nissan Pickup. They wanted more than other yards and would not budge on price, but was 40 miles closer to me than the other one. I called the day that I was driving there to TRIPLE CHECK that it was OUT AND IN GOOD CONDITION before driving 90 minutes each way. When I arrived another employee quickly pointed out that the engine was STILL IN THE TRUCK AND HAD NEVER BEEN TESTED. They casually told me to come back tomorrow like I lived next door! They would not ship the motor to me OR give me any more than a $50 discount (which made their price the same as others)...I will never go back there and am telling everyone I know to stay away!
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my I life, and I am at a junk yard weekly, the parts they sold was completely damaged they would not accept it back, horrible customer service . Don't waste your money at this place you will regret it.
