Well I was driving thru the Walmart parking lot to park and go in to Walmart. I witnessed a tow truck towing a black Tahoe with people inside of it ( a young white male and female.) The person in the Tahoe puts it in reverse and comes off the lift. The driver of the tow truck fumbles out of the tow truck falling on to the ground cussing and screaming at the people in the Tahoe. Turns out to be brothers. Driver of the tow truck only had a pair of shorts while he was in a company truck. The driver of the tow truck sped off and returned to the Walmart parking lot recklessly . The driver was ranting and raving at his brother. That is NOT what I call professionalism. So y'all get 1 star just because I have to put something. A concerned citizen saw all of this.
Wish I could do 0 stars. Friends car got repossessed and we have been trying ALL day to get in contact with them. NO ONE is awnsering. Some “fast service” no one at the repo lot. No one awnsering calls. NOTHING!
Phenomenal! These guys helped me pull my Dodge Ram and mobile classroom out of the Mud on a Sunday afternoon. They were quick to respond and helped troubleshoot once on site to the best course of action. They didn’t rush anything and they got me unstuck safely. Highly recommend using them!
Nobody else would help me when my tire blew out on 378 they came out and helped me when I needed a tire change and I’m so thankful for them!!! Sweet people too!
Never showed and I waited around all morning. Bad way to do business. If you didn't want to do it, cancel right away so people can find other tow companies. Missing work and wasted time.
Had them tow my vehicle back to Pennsylvania and they gave me a good rate and came right away which I appreciate since nobody in the area likes to do long hauls at last minute
Awsome service! They are very professional and very quick! Did everything they could to save me time and money. They honestly look out for your best interest. They know how to properly hook a vehicle up and they treated my truck like it was there own. I was very pleased with the service. Stand up guys!

Today when I got out of work at 3:30, I tried starting my car go home. My car wouldn't start, so I called a family member to see if they could come look at my car to see if I possibly needed a jump. When he couldn't find anything wrong, I called for road side assist through my insurance company. They told me that they contacted this towing company and that the driver would text when he was close. 3.5 hours later and still no tow truck or text from the driver. So I called my insurance company back, and they said the driver should have already been there, but they would look into the issues. I ended up getting a case manager within my insurance company, and she told me she would expedite a new tow company and that it would be another 45 minute wait. The new company came before the 45 minutes even finished, he called and confirmed the information needed, and was able to tow my car where I needed it. The worst part about it all is, I had to sit in my car with no air conditioning in 100°+ temperatures. I will make sure if I ever need a tow again, it will not be Interceptor Towing.
Alex and his brother are crooks! I don’t recommend using them for anything especially if you have to have you vehicle towed back to their lot bcz they’ll find loopholes in the law to legally steal your vehicle and refuse to return it to you unless you pay them absurd fees! They are scammers and they break the laws right and left!!
Very professional and on time and they went above and beyond to help get me and my family on road would deff recommend if you’re in area and there open on weekends
Alex & Matt are angels! I will recommended them to anyone. I initially requested a tow but thankfully, they were able to fix my vehicle right there on the spot.
