Sent my son to have his battery checked. The lady told him the battery was bad. After a 2nd opinion found he only needed a new battery cable. Hmmm, was she trying to take advantage of a 16yo? Want be using AutoZone in Winnsboro.
After choir practice on Thursday night, June 12, I decided to take care of my Check engine light, which indicator that it could be my battery. I tried calling the other auto parts store in town, but they didn’t seem really interested in helping me. I dropped in by AutoZone on the Bypass in Winnsboro, South Carolinaand I got A-#1 service from start to finish. I got out in record time with a new battery and excellent customer service all the way. Hadi and Jeremy are a great team!
These guys went out of their way to help me change a map sensor. I have never had better service at an auto parts store. Thank you staff for all your kindness and positive attitude ❤️
We ended up here due to an incident on the road coming home, where our front passenger window was shattered and busted out (big mowers on the road). The gentleman who assisted us went above and beyond in insuring it was covered up before we left, when all we went in for was to see if they had some plastic material to cover it up with. His end result helped us out a lot.
One of the gentlemen I talked to on this morning at approximately 8:16 am was very nasty and unprofessional! Don't go here they are rude and don't like to answer questions or help you with what you need! Lazy and are about themselves! 0 Stars if I could! Thanx!
I was in and out very quickly. Very knowledgeable staff. double check to make sure my parts were correct before just letting me walk out. I wish this was the one back in my home town.

Needed a ball joint press to complete my job. None available for purchase but I could rent one. The manager said they had one but someone had it. He had no idea who or how long they had had it. Seemed to care less about it.
They know more than the computer does in most cases. Most of the employees seem just shy of being a mechanic ( most). Yes, that means some know more than others.
Very disappointing to come to the store bright an early for a diagnostic check just to be told they will not perform any free services until after 10am. I’m not quite sure why one has to wait until after 10 for this type of service. So you will only service me if I’m making a purchase before 10? Salesperson didn’t even make eye contact...just oh no we CANT perform any FREE services until after 10
