  I had made a call to Freightliner and was told the part I need is no where in the US and is on a National back order. My driver happened to be in Summerville stuck. I called Big Rig and by the grace of God they had one. They knew of the nationwide shortage but they did not gouge on the price. They were very reasonable and charged what it should have been. They were honest and it was refreshing to work with a company with morals. Thank you Big Rig, you were a life saver!!!!

  Beware of their 35% restocking fee! Make sure you need the part before you purchase from them. $1500 part - 35% = $525 restocking fee. They won’t get anymore business from me. Response to the owners response to me: I can read fine. I never said it wasn’t posted or attached to the receipt. I’m warning drivers about your restocking fee. Maybe you should read the review again. I’ll revise my rating and give you 1 star for your professional response.
