I have used Lane's towing many times for my vehicle as well as my son's truck. This company is always prompt to pick-up and deliver. Always had a great experience with Lane's Towing! Can always count on Lane's.
Lane's towing showed up on time for the "undecking" of an electric vehicle. Simple process helping get a vehicle to the ground off the big rig. The EV was transferred onto their tilt bed at 8a local time but they refused to drop to ground until payment was complete. They became rude and unprofessional toward my customer. I was in communication that I'd be into office within 10 minutes as I am based out of CO. Lane's towing threatened to tow the EV to their yard and FORCED the consignee to pay.
I called Lane's towing exactly within promised of 10 minutes but it was too late for them and made customer pay.
I do these EV undecking's all around the country and have NEVER had any tow truck company act in this manner.
I won't be contacting them again if/when I have a delivery near this area.
These people screwed me they said they wouldn’t charge a storage fee so I was able to wait to get my car and when I did get my car they ended up charging me a storage fee these people are liars!!
Called Lane’s towing to help me remove a stripped lug nut on my vehicle. He showed up super fast and with a little finesse, he was able to get that lug nut off. I tried to pay him but he insisted that he was near by and only took less than 4 minutes to get it off.

They were not only courteous and accommodating but extremely friendly. They worked with us on payment and time to get the car back. I can't say enough good about this company. Called on a Saturday am 645 am early as our sons truck had a front end tire BREAK off the hub on Hwy 61 coming home on leave almost to Summerville. The owner was kind and calmed my nerves assuring me he could get to him quickly even though it was rainy and cold. He brought him and his truck to the house in less than an hour. I called Palmetto Wrecker and they came all the way out in the rain just to tell me they would not tow my vehicle.

Disappointed with this tow company. Needed a customer vehicle moved from their house to my business, a total of 1.6 miles. Charged $85! I agreed to pay for tow,instead of customer via dispatcher. Jim Arrived at the customers house and demanded they pay before he load it on truck. Left message with dispatcher to contact me, she replied to contact Jim. Reached out to Jim with no response after more than 24 hours. Very unprofessional with my customer and not good for business to not communicate! Will not use again nor recommend.

Lane's Towing was great! We had a truck that was on it's side after rolling down a 15ft embankment and AAA wouldn't provide support. The weather was horrible and the job not ideal. Called Jim and explained the situation, he quoted a fair price over the phone, agreed to accept the job, and arrived in less than 20 mins. Very nice and pleasant personality, worked efficiently, and was able to complete a difficult job with relative ease. I would highly recommend Jim over at Lane's Towing, they've earned our future business anytime we have a need for towing services!

Wouldn't tow to destination, but did tow to a closer, safe location and didn't it VERY fast. Eta was at 30 mins maybe, but showed up in less than 10 and was loaded and off loaded 10mi away in under 30. I do recommend them and will use them again if needed. Thank you guys!
