Palmetto State Wrecker responded to calls from law enforcement to tow my vehicle when it was involved in a wreck. The car was eventually totaled, and when we went to their two yard to remove our personal effects from the vehicle, the gentleman that assisted us was so nice and professional. I brought a screwdriver to remove the license plate, and he offered to remove it for me. Once he realized we had a lot to remove from car, he allowed me to drive into tow yard so we wouldn’t have far to walk to transfer items. I really wished I would have gotten his name. He was so nice and helpful. I hope I don’t need another car towed in the near future, but if I do, I’m definitely calling Palmetto State. Thank you for making such a difficult week a little better!
we had a wreck yesterday and they handled the towing of our car. they made a horrible experience into a more pleasant one. today we went to clear the car out and the lady who helped us was very friendly. if we ever need a tow again i will call them 1st
I meant to leave this review in July. Great at what they do. The dispatch was quick and he had all the tools required to tow my car in the way it needed to be towed.
I mentioned one of my wheels should not be turned because of FOD interference between the rotary assembly and the rim and instead of arguing, the driver promptly got the correct tools to do the job the way I asked it to be done. All while being very friendly.
If I ever need a tow in SC I'll be sure to contact your team again.
Mike came to my house last minute to unlock our truck that had a dead battery. He was in and out within minutes! Speedy and reliable service! I can't thank them enough!
I just want to thank the driver that helped winch me out the ditch tonight. He was so pleasant (I think his name was Mike). He was there within 10 minutes and got me out. You don't find people like that anymore willing to go the extra mile (which he did). Such a great service & I will definitely be saving this companies number & highly recommend. They were fast, professional, and handled the difficult task (i just wasn't in a normal ditch... belive me) with care like it was their own vehicle. Did I mention how nice the driver was??

Two men from Palmetto Wrecker stopped to help my husband and me with a flat tire. We didn't have the right tool so they went to their business to get it. They changed our tire in no time . Our good Samaritans to the rescue. We are so very thankful.

My Sons car broke down on I-26 in the left lane which is an unsafe situation. These guys made it to him in less than 20 minutes and had him loaded up and back in Summerville super quick! They were there to pick up my car within 20 minutes and I thought I would be paying a couple hundred dollars for the tow because of the distance. I was extremely shocked how affordable they were. This a family owned business and what a great family they are! My car was hit and the state patrol called them in. Initially, the one son moved my car off the road so traffic could flow then the other son came within less then 10 minutes as a flat bed was needed. Fortunately he reminded me of how insurance companies act as I was initially gonna have it towed to my apartment but it would’ve sat over the weekend before someone from insurance could’ve done an estimate. The insurance company could’ve claimed damage happened from sitting in my apartment complex instead of the accident. So I had it towed to their lot to protect myself. The mother, Mrs. Barnette was very kind and helpful in a stressful situation. A lot of stress brought on by my insurance company and the body shop the car was towed too. All together, they were the most honest, respectful, kind, and helpful part of the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend them for and towing needs!

When I called I was told one price and at the end of the conversation, with no factors changing, I was quoted another price. The guy on the phone was very impatient and presented an attitude as if my business didn't matter. Needless to say, I didn't use this company. Customer service means a lot.

I highly recommend palmetto state wrecker!!! Mike came right on time. I was leaving for church and got no response from my key fob to unlock my car. I had a drained car battery. Someone nearby called palmetto state wrecker for a car issue of their own. I asked mike if he could help me out after he finished with the first person and he kindly replied I’ll be right over! I’m so glad he was kind enough to give me a courtesy jump! Definitely helped me have a great outlook on the rest of my day!

My friend and I were stranded with a flat tire and a no good jack and these amazing guys happened to be driving by.
