Had more problems with my truck when I got it back. Air filter was full of dirt and never had my truck run this bad! Transmission plug was half a turn from coming out. Idk maybe if I spend 5000 for repairs these should have been checked.
My vehicle was stolen and towed to this shop. When I called them I was told it would cost 225$ to release my vehicle. When I arrived to pick it up the same day I was told it would cost 330$! We ended up paying 225$. Very unprofessional.
My mom was in Loris SC and she hit a deer. She'd tried to call highway patrol and did not have good cellphone service. She called Mark's Body Shop and he couldn't understand exactly where she was but Mark still went looking for her. He looked until he found her. The best towing and body shop around.
My son had a fender bender at myrtle beach, Mark's went and towed it, set up rental car with enterprise and repaired my truck.. used genuine Ford parts and truck looks great.
05/18/2012 Friday evening on hwy 9 on the way to Myrtle Beach we had a couple deers jump out in front of us. We were screwed. Jeep inoperable and 911 & State Hwy Patrol put us on hold for 10 mins and even had to call back. However the only good thing was Mark and other guy that did not get his name. They towed us to their shop and even gave us a ride to Loris. So someone could get us from there. They really helped us out in a big jam and went above and beyond what they were suppose to. We didn't know anyone close by, no hotels, and no rental carts close by. They told us how and what to expect. These guys did us right and never had to. Thank you
