I can’t say enough GREAT things about Eugene’s Auto Repair!!! They did an OUTSTANDING job communicating with us as they worked on our son’s car. Although it took nearly 3 weeks it was worth the wait. May the Lord bless and prosper their business in an abundant way!!!

We had the most amazing experience with Eugene’s on Sunday afternoon. We had a wheel issue which turned out to be a locked up emergency brake. The guys came out and towed us to the shop and said they would get to it Monday Morning, at 7 pm Sunday night I received a call saying it was all fixed and ready for pickup. Never expected this to be completed on a Sunday night. They are professional, polite and go above and beyond! Exceeding all expectations! Thank you!

We got stranded on a Miami to NY trip just outside of South of the Border at 2am. Eugene picked us up, assessed the problem on site and towed us to his garage near by. He was able to source a part and get us back on the road within 2.5 hours. Eugene and Nick were fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were fair and Eugene even let us take a test drive to make sure everything was working fine before we paid. Incredible service.
We were traveling from Miami to Jersey, and our H3 just stopped, luckily we we in front of South of the Border. We needed a tow in the morning and that’s were we found Eugene’s tow and repair. we called and Eugene came out with the flatbed and took us back to the shop ( to look at we were oh man) but as they say don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Eugene and Nick saw it was a water pump issue that caused the belt to break and immediately got to work, ordered the parts, took apart what needed to be removed and had us back on the road within 2 hours. They were professional and friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The prices were more than reasonable, if you want fancy then don’t breakdown in Hamer SC, but if you need a good, trustworthy mechanic shop Eugene’s Garage is the place to go!!!

Eugene had me in the very next morning...the same day he had my brother and I back on the road to visit our mom and sister in Florida...thank you sir...and for the amount of time spent on fixing my car the price was reasonable ...
With our backs against the wall unfortunately we were forced to go to this location with Triple A due to a starter failure on our vehicle. The mechanics at the location were very nice but for a simple starter fix it took practically 5 hours. Understandably it was in an awkward location but Not having the proper tools as a mechanic or just the common sense to take off the tire to gain better access hindered them from doing the job in a decent amount of time. On the 4th hour standing there waiting they had their nephew come in and jump underneath the truck and had the starter in his hands within 20 minutes. The owner of the business was kind enough to only charge me for 2 hours of labor instead of 4. So it definitely raises the question why was I charged for 2 hours of labor for a job that should have only taken no more than 1.
They worst! I thought he was helping me being stranded. He never once said he was charging us. Why would I need him to tow having free roadside assistance. He picked it up and just dropped it at the tire place and they were in it together charging ridiculous fees that now I have to sort out in court. Just a godawful experience. Do not use him or go to Blacks Tire & Auto Repair. The manager Mike was rude and awful too!
My car broke down on I95 during a first ever major road trip. I was alone in completely unfamiliar territory with an 8 yr old child and we were pretty terrified! Eugene came out and got us out of there very quickly. He informed me of the problem immediately after getting to the shop and had my car fixed up and back on the road in a very timely fashion. EVERYONE at this shop was absolutely amazing and made us feel more than welcome and comfortable. I was quoted an incredibly reasonable price and they all showed us pure courtesy and professionalism. We are SO blessed to have found y'all. Hands down some of the best people I have ever met and I will NEVER forget you and your kind hearts! Thank you all so very much a million times over!!!
I love Eugene's auto repair. He has been working on me and my mothers cars for at least 10 years. He is a honest and very dependable man. We will continue to take our cars there.
We are from North Carolina and needed a new part for an older model vehicle. Some chain stores could not even order it and others ranged in prices from $390 to $790. Mr Eugene is a gem! Had the part within 48 hours and saved us more than $500. So do I love Mr Eugene's Auto Repair? The very top of the line.
My family and i were traveling back to NJ when our car broke down a mile down the road. Thank the heavens for Eugenes taking us at opening time and out on the road 930 am - had to drain, clean and refuel. They were great to work with and the family is just a delight. Being stuck in the middle of no where is really nerve wrecking and they made me feel 10x better after leaving.
Saturday 6/9/18 we was on our way home from a week at myrtle beach. 2 hours into a 8 hour drive pulling a 36 foot camper our water pump failed. Eugene s auto was on site within 15 minutes he ordered the part on the way back to his shop where it was waiting when we got there. Eugene and his team dropped what they where doing and jumped right on getting my truck fixed quickly and us back on the road. He even had me take it for a test drive BEFORE I had even paid him just to be sure it was working as it should. I would highly recommend Eugene s auto sales to any one in need of auto service.
