Literally our savior today on our way back home from Rock Hill! We blew a tire with our 2 year old in the car & after calling every other local place around they were the only ones willing to come out to help us! They came a good distance to help & were very friendly. Thank you!!

As I was moving/traveling from OH to FL w/ my truck fully loaded my alternator went out & left me stranded late in the afternoon on a Saturday. Unable to even receive er roadside asst thru my extended warranty I panicked. I called Jebbys in complete distress. Him & his wife rushed to get me to a safe place, get my truck towed, the part and serviced & had me back on the road. All within a matter of hours! Genuinely great people & some of the best service/assistance I have ever received!

After blowing a tire on the interstate and waiting 2 hours for AAA, I was so thankful to find someone local instead! They came out immediately to change my tire and were so kind. Very thankful for their help!

Today Jebby’s really saved me and provided the utmost in service and care! It was a Sunday and I was stuck off of the highway with no real idea where I was - they worked with my insurance, and called me personally to find me and make sure I was in safe location. Then the office manger Laura even drove out with the tow, so she could pick me up as we rode behind my vehicle. They stopped so I could use the bathroom and get refreshed before we made the journey to drop off my vehicle. As a single woman, the amount of care and patience they showed me was just extremely kind and beyond considerate. I felt completely safe and taken care of. They turned a bad situation into a real show of hospitality and professionalism. If you are ever stuck - please give them a call!

I've never had a good experience with a tow company before. But this company wasn't only understanding of my situation. they went above and beyond to help me when they could have just said it's not my job. If you ever need your car towed I strongly recommend Jebby"s Wrecker.

Got stuck in a mud hole. Called Jebby's, and they were out in no time. Very reasonable price, and really nice.people. I can recommend them, but I hope I don't ever need them again. ?

Thank you for coming out on 77N, professional friendly service. Definitely glad I called. I highly recommend this place. Wife car had tire iron that wouldn’t fit the lugs. They had a super low jack to get under the car and got the tire off and then put proper air pressure into the spare.

Called these fine folks when Good Sam failed to find a tire repair service for our camper. They were fast, well priced, and extremely friendly and professional! Would highly recommend and will be using again if we get stranded here again!

This guy got to us fast and did his best to remove a flat tire on our trailer and replace it with the spare. He was working on the side of I 77 with vehicles whizzing by him and not getting over. We couldn't pull off the road because we would have gotten the trailer stuck. In the pouring rain and fog. I definitely recommend. We had to prepay but it was worth every penny and a tip. We were traveling from Florida to NC and none of us wanted to finish the trip soaking wet.

While traveling home in an RV we just purchased we stopped in a rest area. We could not get it started after shutting off the engine. Jebby's came out on a Friday night and got us on our way. They are reasonably priced and have exceptional service. I would not hesitate to call them again!

While traveling from Charlotte NC, to Florida the car’s dash indicated that the tire pressure was low. Panicked, we pulled over to a gas station to fill up the air, however the warning that our tire pressure was still low remained. We called AAA—of which was no help because though they could tow us, or put on a spare, they couldn’t fix our tire if it was damaged. Too far from Charlotte to turn back around, we typed in “tire repair” into our phones, Jebby’s was the closest establishment to us. Upon arriving to Jebby’s, Jeb, Laura, and their son all helped to get air into our tires (turns out all four were low despite the fact that we had it serviced in Charlotte just prior to leaving), and back on the road. I wish that a place like Jebby’s existed in Charlotte! I have never truly trusted a mechanic, especially ones in big garages, but I would trust Jeb and his family with my car. If you live near Jebby’s in South Carolina I would recommend you use them for whatever it is your car needs! It’s rare you find honest to good people like them in our modern world. Thank you!

Blew a tire off of 77, and could not access the spare to change it myself. Had places to go. My 'roadside assitance company was not cooperaating. These folks got out within a half hour and got my tire changed. They want to be paid ahead and I dont blame them. Pay them and get it done or wait for some clown. I am grateful to these nice people.

I was traveling home alone from South Carolina and blew a tire along I77 North 10 o'clock at night. I didn't even know what city I was in. I called one service and was told they didn't have anyone to send out that time of night, despite the fact that they advertised themselves as a 24-hour service. I called Jebby's and was greeted by a warm, alert woman who helped me figure out where I was and sent help. Jeff and another young man arrived within a half hour, changed my tire, checked the car for additional damage and ecured my bumper and wires beneath that were destroyed when the tire blew out. I was still 65 miles from home and had concerns about driving that far on a donut. He said, "I can't promise you anything, but I'm confident enough that if my wife were in the same situation, I'd let her drive on home. If anything happens, just call us back." That was music to my ears! He made sure I made it safely onto the highway and followed behind me for a few feet to make sure the tire was stabilized and I was okay. I'm so grateful for their help, and I would have paid double for the quality of service and concern they gave me. Thank you guys so much!!!

They were lifesavers ! I was stranded with my granddaughter on the side of I-77 with a flat tire , without a spare ! They came to us treated us like family . They actually went out of their way to find the only tire around . They drove me and my granddaughter about 40 miles and actually made a stop at the store for my 7 year old granddaughter to get something to eat ! I can't say enough good things about them . We were definitely stranded and without their help , we would have never made it back home and we live in Conway SC which was a good 3 and a half hours away . If I could give them a 10 star rating , I would !!

We were stranded on the side of the road and googled roadside assistance. I found Jebby's and am oh so glad I did. In no time he had a tire to me and on our truck an we were on our way. Wonderful people and wonderful experience.

Debbie, Jeff and their son were God sent for my family of 4 as we were stranded on the side of the road late at night, hours from our home. They worked with our insurance company Geico and quickly picked us up, baby car seat and all. Transported us to a nearby hotel until they were able to replace our rare BMW tire the next morning. They are so family oriented and genuinely kind. They were even so kind to stop and let us purchase a couple of pizzas before we were dropped off at the hotel. Our car is running beautifully and we are on our way back home as I type this review. We highly recommend this highly experienced and kind company to anyone. Companies like this are a very rare find these days. A true gem!

I was stranded in a country town in SC with a flat tire. After getting the run around with my roadside assistance (who were absolutely no help!) These guys talked me off a cliff. Every other tire store was closing and no tow truck could get me anywhere in time. When I called Laurie answered and she was an angel. Truly calmed me down. (I’m very dramatic.) if I ever get stranded again, I hope I am in reach of these wonderful people. Jebb and his helper were very friendly and got the job done as fast as they could! I appreciate them for being so prompt in getting my daughter and I off of the side of the road. I called and didn't know where I was and he was very patient with me in trying to figure it out. Once I got him the estimated location, he and his partner were there, got my tire changed and my daughter and I were on our way. Didn't take more than 30 minutes. Now that's great service. It's scary when you relocate and your car doesn't agree with your plans and day. Thanks Jebby!

Jeff is absolutely amazing. Traveling 1000 miles from Florida to Pennsylvania & I needed a tire in the worst way at the worst hour of the night. He did everything to help me & had amazing prices given the hour of the night it was. Very good people. I highly recommend this family owned company. Thank you guys so much.

Broke down 435 miles from home while pulling a trailer. He was able to get me, the truck, and the trailer to the nearest dealership on a Sunday and paid special attention to make sure all was done safely. Great family owned business and terrific guys. Thank you.

I called Jeff and he was there I’m a 1/2 hour. I had lost the whole tire on a trailer and at first wasn’t sure what to do. He followed me on the highway with tow truck flashing going 25 mph to get off the highway to safety. He assessed the situation and got parts the next morning to fix problem and I was on my way late afternoon. I would recommend Jennie’s services to anyone. Thank you, Jeff and Jeffry!

Called them with a blown tire Sat 6pm. Jeff was terrific in finding a solution to get both my car and my wife and I quickly back to Charleston 180m away. He had me hooked up in an hour and we were home in 3hrs. Honest and Trustworthy and he will solve your problem.
