I took my car in for some dents that were creased. I won’t lie I worried about the match up bc of the color of my car. Justin honestly does go above and beyond. I am so happy with the outcome. They did more than they had to and his prices are more than fair. I would go back again and again and trust them with my vehicle. To anyone doubting go to Upstate they will have it fixed and you will not be disappointed. Thank you to Justin, Kenny and all the crew for the job perfectly done. I can’t express my gratitude enough! got my car back today looking better than before the accident. So easy to work with and a real down to earth guy. It's hard finding a mechanic I can trust when I'm used to my daddy fixing it lol but I'll definitely be trusting Justin and his team from now on. My car had been damaged in a rear end collision and these folks fixed it up beautifully. They handled everything with the other driver's insurance company and all I had to do was go pick it up when it was ready.
Took it Tues morning and He ordered the parts and I dropped it off Thursday morning same week, 4hrs later and it's perfect, , they actually done more than I asked
Back in December 2022, my brand new 2023 Niro was reversed into and obtained right front fender damage. After being told by about every other body shop around that I could not get my car into their shop until March 2023, I went to Upstate Body shop on Thursday December 15. While sitting in their office, Kenny made a phone call and made sure he could get my parts in quick. He secured the parts, my car went into the shop Monday December 19, and I got it back on Thursday December 22. The work was quick and efficient, and everyone there was friendly and great to be around. I recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repairs and/or services done!
I have had upstate do all of my body work sense moving down here. I always deal with Kevin bell. This guy is awesome. He makes sure my vehicles are done right an he makes sure the insurance company don't screw you over. Thanks for years of great service. Long as Kevin is there yall hot my business for life.
