This guy is corrupt! Had my car for two months now and hasn’t sent a letter of lien to myself or the finance company of my vehicle and is now trying to charge for two months of storage. He also said if you want the car to pay me “in cash so I can keep it off the books”. The predatory towing law that was enacted in 2022 is exactly written for corrupt towing company’s like this that keep peoples cars and then try to charge for weeks or months of storage without any notice. Beware of this company!
Towed my Class C RV off HWY 95 after an accident and was extremely supportive and helpful. Randy (owner?) helped guide me through some terrible service from my Progressive claims rep and stuck with me until my RV was safely at a reputable repair shop near me. Hope to never need them again, but would highly recommend them.
They were great! They even siphoned a whole take of gas out of my truck so I wouldn't have to pay a hazard fee at the storage yard. Great guys.
